Perfect location, directly in the centre, you can basically walk anywhere. We had a room with big balcony at the top floor, which was very nice. You could see tower of neraby church or even Cathedral from there. Room was relatively big and quiet with minimal noise from neighbors (pretty rare in Spain!).

If you expect stylish modern "boutique hotel", this is not your place. Looks and feels like low cost hotel. Furnishing and wallpapers are bit tired already, and cleanliness questionable (there was lot of dust on the floor and don't even look under your bed). Bathroom lacked any ventilation. In common areas of the hotel they have white hallogen light, hospital style. Its not very nicely decorated, neither feels very cozy. I would not recommend for romantic stays. Overall feels highly overpriced for what it is.

The Hotel is very central but also very quiet. The room was large with a double bed and a chaise lounge as well as desk and cupboard so overall very spacious. I chose not to have breakfast but had water and a lemon slice each morning in my room before going out for coffee and four times for breakfast/brunch. And all around there was a lot of choice.

A couple of the male receptionists were not friendly, helpful or didn't smile. As I teach Customer Service I am very aware of how important it is and receptionists in every hotel/company/organisation are the client's/customer's first and most important impression. A smile costs nothing!!!!!!

Location is perfect and the setting itself.The look of the building and 24h reception.There is also an option to leave your bags before check in and after check out. The room for 2 is big enough

I didnt like the fact that I found other people’s hair on the floor of the room and the barhroom upon entering the room for the first time.There was also a used cotton swab on the flor in front of the bathroom that I had to take and put in the trash.So,bottom line I expected a slightly better hygene

Great location

We understand about the devastation València has endured and travel is disrupted. The hotel recommend a taxi to the airport 23 € and 15 minutes this was probably the case before the flood but it was actually 1hour and 50€ although we understand that the roads were congested as the trains were not running we did risk missing the plane and maybe should have got the bus to ease the traffic it would have been one less car This is not a criticism

Location was great! Exterior of the building is beautiful and our room was very nice. Only stayed one night before leaving Valencia, so didn't really get to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again, though, just in a different room.

We were put in a wheelchair accessible room (which we didn't require), so while it was spacious, the sink was low, the shower was walk-in, which is fine, but you need to be careful with the water, and the handshower was so high, that I could barely reach it. The hot water pressure wasn't great, the cold was great, but cold! The AC/heat didn't seem to work very well.

This was a wonderful hotel, located very close to Plaza de la Reina, in the historic part of the city. It was near all the facilities, and old buildings such as the beautiful silk exchange and the many beautiful sites. It was on a quiet street, opposite the very old and historic Las Cortes. There is no through vehicular access. Sleeping at night or early in the morning is a joy as you are not woken up. Our room was big with a free standing bath as well as an en-suite. It was very bright with two balconies. The hotel was very clean and tidy. All the staff were fantastic. We felt able to ask any questions. We were made to feel very welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel. Gracias.

Very central - the location was excellent! The staff at the hotel is very helpful and welcoming, and they gave great advice on things to do. We rented bikes via the hotel, and it was amazing to cycle around the park nearby and see the city. The room was clean, and it was so lovely to start the day with a coffee. The breakfast was good too - lovely yoghurt, muesli and juices in addition to pastries and bacon/eggs.

Nothing really - everything was great

Great location for the Fallas festival, reasonably quiet but right in the centre. Added a proper extra bed for our 7 year old. Just simple and easy.

It was expensive for festival week, but we booked fairly late. Breakfast was extra so we went to various little cafés around instead.

The room was simply immense and the location was ideal to have the good balance between being close to the old city center, Turia park, easy pick-up/drop-off point for taxis and public transport in general. I would rebook it for a short holiday again

Our bathroom could have benefitted by a better rack arrangement for towels and surface area for resting stuff. The shower area also could have benefitted by a stronger lighting but in the end they were marginal details that did not prevent us from leaving a positive review
