Beautiful clean hotel.. modern simple feel. Staff were amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable, would particularly like to name German on reception and Anna at breakfast service.. super efficient, big smile fab service. Breakfast was beautiful and well presented, served by waiter service which was a nice change.

Lack of storage space in the room! We were given 5 hangers between me and my sister (we asked for more and got a further 5) but that was it! It did spoil the look of a fantastic suit to have clothes and shoes dotted around the furniture. Disappointed that the roof top terrance was out of action.. being updated.. the terrace was part of my decision making process when I booked but it was never mentioned before we arrived.. staff did mention a roof top on sister hotel which we tried to access a few times but there was always a reason staff wouldn’t let us use it

We had a fantastic stay at Puerto Serranos in Valencia. The hotel is very modern, stylish, impeccably clean, and feels brand new. It offers a high level of comfort and is ideally located for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was the à la carte breakfast. Although the menu wasn’t particularly extensive, it suited us perfectly and, in fact, we enjoyed it more than the typical buffet. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Ferran, the restaurant manager, for his attentiveness and warm hospitality — he really made our mornings even more pleasant. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel seems newly renovated, very nice and modern. Room was spacious and with a nice view, and most importantly quiet despite facing the Main Street in front of it. Staff is very friendly and helpful, also communicating with you via WhatsApp which is very fast and convenient if you need something. A lot of cool little amenities in the room like toothbrushes, coffee, tea water at no extra cost. Location is fantastic everything in the center is within walking distance and also you can easily take a taxi, uber or a bus from in front of the hotel, since it is located on a Main Street, which will make it easier to get from and to the airport and also to go to attractions that are further away from the center like the beach or City of arts and sciences.

The new style of bedroom layout was a little impractical. Some of the shelve were so high they couldn't be reached. The air conditioning pointed directly at the bed so was draughty whatever the settings - we slept with the window open and the aircon off. The lighting over the sink was angled (our room was in the eves) so it was difficult to shave (one side of the face was in light, the other in permanent darkness). the wardrobe and shelving was very close to the bed and was impossible to access by more than one person at a time.

Helpful staff. A 2 night stay ended up lasting to a 3 week stay due to my husband bringing taken critically ill shortly after we arrived. The staff went out of their way to support me and family as they flew in to also stay. It was such a comfort to know there was help at hand . A special thanks to Ryan who always gave us a lovely hug and was so genuinely concerned for all our welfares. The hotel was a fantastic location for the old town and it was such a shame we never got to explore . Thank you again to mamagent and staff for your support during such a difficult time

The location of this hotel is perfect, sitting at the top of the old city and with the extensive walks along the Turia just opposite. For exploring the city there can't be a better location situated directly alongside the massive Serranos Towers. The breakfast was exceptional and a nice change from the usual buffet style breakfast. You order as much, or as little, as you like from the menu and your server brings it to your table. The choice was excellent as were the coffees. The chocolate brownies were superb but only order one as they are SO rich! The whole hotel is beautifully modernised with wood and concealing lighting everywhere. A great deal of thought and imagination was used by the architect. The bedrooms, whilst a little small, had everything you could wish for including an inroom safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Bottled water was also provided free. There was a WC separate from the washbasin and shower. The hotel provided robes and slippers and the towels were of super quality and really soft. The rooftop terrace and bar was a real bonus as views of the nearby Serranos Towers and over the city made a great atmosphere, espeically at night. Every single member of staff was a credit to the hotel. They could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Nothing could have been better but the shelving in the bedrooom was really design over practicality as some of the shelves you could only use if you were 8' tall! But that was a minor detail and di not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Location is fantastic for the Old Town and Jardins del Turia. Lots of nice cafe's, tapas bars and restaurant within an easy walk. Hotel was brilliant, exceptionally clean, nice modern decor, large rooms (we had 306), quiet and great AC. Staff were brilliant, especially Pablo, Ferran, Alba, Monica and a lovely lady on the breakfast shift whose name I did not get. Breakfast was good, you choose effectively from a 4 course "menu", great Bol Energetico's and omelettes and fabulous local ham. We stayed 7 nights and would have stayed more! Handy you could use Chromecast to hook up to Netflix on the bedroom TV's and a great rooftop bar

It's a very minor thing but breakfast was quite expensive if you only wanted say a coffee and a croissant some mornings

The hotel offers the best approach to the old part of the city. Itßs a very comfortable Hotel with a very helpful and nice staff. Our price / offering relationship was perfect because we found a special offering. Parking is directly under the Hotel (Attenion: not easy to park with a large car !). Would book there the next time again. Great place. And with the old town nearby all kind of restaurants (for all kind of prices) are nearby.

That we couldn´t extend our stay by another day because the Hotel was already fully booked (nothing negative - shows only how requested the hotel is :-))

Customer service was outstanding from the moment we booked the hotel. All the staff are excellent. They could not be more helpful between offering us coffee/tea on arrival in reception, advising us on local restaurants and nearby attractions. Even offered to park my car when we first arrived. The car park is very tight so challenging but doable. The room was so clean, fresh and very comfortable. And the location was super right beside the park and within walking distance of key attractions. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Valencia.

Beautiful A la Carte breakfast. So delicious! The staff were, all, so lovely, patient and helpful when I tried speaking Spanish. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, with the toiletries provided were of an extremely high standard. The T.V channel choice was excellent. We were 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral in the Historical Area and the Turia Park was a couple of minutes across the bridge. For you cooks out there the local Carrefour Express was doing an offer on Coosur olive oil (delicious) and you must visit the Market. The produce is amazing.

It´s not a criticism, but an observation. It would have been good to have the offer of an evening meal.
