The location was pretty good and the images corresponded exactly to the place. Everything was very clean and I was very surprised to see how well the cleaners were doing their job - every single day! The employees were very attentive and helpful.

I believe the sound insulation in the rooms could be better. For example, you could hear what was going on inside if you were outside - only loud things though.

Breakfast was excellent for what we wanted. It exceeded our needs. All kinds of coffee and milk, cream, herbal teas, orange juice, white & brown bread. Iberic ham, ham, tomato pureé, olive oil and seasoning, butter, jam, excellent fine pastry, Spanish omellette with potaoes, a wide selection of fresh fruit. Staff was excellent at dealing with your requests and very fast at providing the counter with food. And I can tell you from our 4-days stay, that we had pretty busy moments at some point, but they still managed to meet our needs and requests extremelly fast. They were really proffessional and friendly. The check-in and check-out was really fast. There was always somebody at reception desk to meet us. And I must say we got there quite late. Also our check- out was pretty early 7:30, they asked us for a taxi from reception desk to get to the train station. They were always very friendly and helpfull. Room service was also excellent. The cleanliness of the place is great of mention! Bed size and comfort is very good and two selections of pillows( thin and thick). We rested there pretty well.No noise, great isolation system. And we had a nice treat from the Manager of the Mythic, Caroline. On our first morning one of the hungers of the bathroom fell off. We reported it to the reception desk , just in case! . They told us not to worry and the night before of our check-out we found a friendly apologizing note from her and a box of Ferrerro Rocher to compensate for our lack of comfort, ( which we didn't had). It was really nice. So, that was to top our stay at the Mythic up to the full. Ps. I am Spanish , so please excuse my English if it sounds rotten or there are spelling mistakes! 🙉

The location close to the old town, the friendliness of the staff, the practicality and comfort of the rooms, a little paradise that makes all the tourist attractions and the Palais des Congrès accessible. In a few words, perfect!

The corridor leading to the rooms is a little noisy, and as soon as you speak, everyone hears you...not a problem for us, but for other guests...that's another matter.

Location was great,near by to the city centre (short walk across the beautiful bridges) Public parking and supermarket close by Very helpful and friendly staff The building was quirky ( built inside an old warehouse) and well presented, everywhere was very clean

No opening window in room, no natural light Storage space for clothes really bad, no draws only a small hanging rack Not sure the rooms where soundproof? No tea and coffee facilities in room ,given price of room ( Valencia hotels seem to be very expensive compared to the rest of the cities in Spain)would have thought these facilities should be provided

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and helped us plan a walk through Turia gardens on our first day as well as ordering a cab for us on the last day. The hotel had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and the room was big enough and spotless. The cleaning staff changed all the bedding and left the room clean and tidy whenever we left the sign on the door asking for the room to made up. The location is great because you can easily walk into the city but the road/area of the hotel itself is very quiet. The tramstop for the beach is a very short walk and there is a supermarket just round the corner. The location is especially convenient for vegans, as you have Easy Pizza (many vegan options) for takeaway pizza, Almalibre for breakfast/lunch & La Tastaolettes for dinner all within easy walking distance (plus loads of fully vegan cafes/restaurants a bit further into the city). This hotel ticked all the boxes and if I ever return to Valencia I will book it again without hesitation!

The location was perfect for experiencing the Fallas because it is very close to the old town but very quiet. The breakfast was very good also.

The room was a little small for a multi-day stay but the small space was nicely appointed. The breakfast room was always accessible and was very comfortable for reading a book or studying a map.

Situated in a renovated warehouse, this is a great modern hotel to stay at. The bedroom and bathroom are well equipped. The staff are available 24 hours and are all friendly. The hotel is located at the edge of the old city and is in a quiet area, it's easy to walk into the city and the tram to the beach is just 5 minutes away. Very good breakfast and if you want, drinks are available in the afternoon. Highly recommend.

overall I had very good stay in the hotel and in Valencia. The location was very close to the centre without being in the centre. Crew was very polite and helpful. I arrived at 3AM due to flight delay and people were ready to welcome. The breakfast and cleaning made my stay very enjoyable!

I dont have complaints actually. The only funny bit is that the hotel uses an energy saving system in the rooms, so that after while, the lights get off. Thing is that the sensor is only in the room but not in the toilet, so if you get longer shower, you risk to stay in the darkness at certain point

Great hotel with the rooms built within the shell of an old warehouse building. Hotel is entered via a small shop front, which opens through to reception which is staffed 24hrs, To get to the rooms you walk through a comfortable Breakfast room\Bar into the warehouse building. Location is about 15 minutes walk to the central square by the Cathedral. The nearest Metro is Pont de Fusta which is about 5 minutes walk. Staff were excellent offering advice on the local area and sites to visit. Continental Breakfast Buffet was decent value at 9 Euro per person.

Nice quiet area, rooms & bathroom very clean & cleaned to a high standard each day, lovely buffet b.fast,with plenty of choice& more than enough to keep one going until a.noon,all staff very friendly & helpful when looking for info re bus Nos& their locations
