The studios are located a short walk from the Serranos Towers / old town of Valencia, and has lots of good transport links around. The pool came in very handy during the hot weather! The other facilities like the laundry room were also really useful.

When we checked in to our room, there was a musty smell that didn’t go the whole time of our stay. In the information pack we were told that there would be light cleaning everyday and our linens changed every four days, which I don’t think happened. There is no hair dryer provided in rooms (these can be requested by reception staff, but none were available each time we asked).

The location is fabulous, it’s a gorgeous walk over the bridge into the start of the old town. I found the rooms very modern and it was nice and quiet. As a solo traveller it felt very safe.

Towels are only changed every 4 days. I was staying for 4 nights and when you take 2 showers a day because of the heat and you get one hand towel, one for body and one for floor outside shower, it’s just not enough There are no towels for pool or availability to pay to use one , I was told to go buy one in a nearby shop so offering this little touch would be good and I would have paid

The pool was fab, though v shallow. More like a plunge pool but you could still swim if careful not to stub your toes :) The price was great and the staff were responsive. Whatsapping with queries was very helpful.

A few things went wrong; a leaking ceiling, a window that didn’t shut. I couldn’t work the air con that easily. I have to say that I didn’t find the cleaning all that thorough and during the week I stayed they only changed the bins (daily) and towels after 4 days, no sweeping the floor or anything like that

I checked into this place for a few nights in Valencia and was impressed by its facilities. It has a pool, gym, work and study areas and nice places to relax. Staff are there 24/7 too and the location although a bit further from the center has a bus stop less than 200m away if you search on the Internet and maps you will see how convenient it is to get around. The room itself is big enough for 1-2 people and has good storage for your belongings. Modern feel and clean and neat.

There was no cleaning during my stay and therefore I had to use my own toilet paper when the hotel ones ran out. You can hear noise from the other rooms and when people come and go as there are many rooms on one floor.

I liked the room, breakfast bar was a nice touch, storage and shelving was great for organising my things. Lots of seating in the room so I didnt feel I had to sit in bed whilst in the room. Lots of hooks for hanging towels and clothes, great shower. I liked the gym, terrace and pool area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room is great one person but I think if there were two people I would have opted for a bigger room. Bed was big and comfy, tv access was easy. Great location for me to visit friends living in Valencia, and for me to walk or get the bus around the city. I liked the variety of seating on the terrace also, benches, beach type chairs and sun loungers etc.

The room could have been cleaner on arrival, but I raised this with the reception and they were super nice and sorted it quickly. The coffee didn’t taste great from the machine but that’s minor. I felt there could have been more utensils, tea towels and maybe a kettle, again minor but would have made cooking a bit easier.

This is an excellent place to stay for a few days in Valencia, especially during the busy August peak season when booking options are limited. The complex offers a good number of rooms. - Great location, close to Turia Park and the Serranos Towers. - Access to a gym and other common areas on-site. - The rooms are new and clean, though not large, but they're comfortable for both rest and work. - Fast internet, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. - Daily cleaning keeps everything spotless and well-maintained. - While there is a charge for on-site parking, I easily found free parking nearby. - The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly with temporary bag storage.

- No kettle in the room. - Sometimes it can be a bit noisy, depending on your neighbors next door. But nothing critical.

Excellent location and staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh towels were provided.

I think our room must have been brand new as there were some kitchen utensils still in original packaging and crockery in bubble wrap which was a bit strange. Also, only one mug, one glass, one plate etc. A coffee pot would have been good to have and maybe a couple of extra pillows in the room. The only other thing, the main door to our floor wasn't soft close so whenever people were coming and going the door would SLAM shut at all hours. So that was a bit annoying.

I really enjoyed the property. Room was nice with new furniture, clean, everything worked properly. I stayed 9 nights and chose also terrace which was great choice (you can dry clothes, or enjoy breakfast). However it is not necessary because downstairs is also large community area. Room is not on the zero floor, but first floor. So you have a but of view too. It was comfortable and exactly 10 min by foot to city center/ old town. About 5 minutes to Lidl and Mercadona. Room includes kitchen, fridge, own bathroom, TV. has nonstop reception, also pool is on the roof. It had a best price in the time of searching (my parametres excluded hostels with shared bathroom). However it is not “classic” hotel, breakfast are not served. For me it was a great budget option, and would stay again. It is like your little apartment very close to center. The tram (number 4) to beach - it took approximately 30 minutes, but it was direct.

Cleaning room and changing towels each 4 days. I would be more happy changing towels at least each 3 days (linens not requieres so often).

We had an amazing stay that truly exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic—just a short distance from the city center and with easy access to public transportation, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, a perfect spot to relax. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities overall were excellent, and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided.

The only area for improvement would be to have more kitchen utensils available in the room. In our case, we only had two glasses, so having a few more basic items would be helpful.

A student uni accommodation during term, very quiet when I was there in June. 24hr reception and found it very safe as solo traveller. Had small rooftop pool and loads of lounge areas (pool/table tennis) bus and tram 3 mins walk. Can store bags before and after stay if needed. 15 min walk to castle & another 10 into main shopping area. 25 min on bus / tram to beach.

Some students around and can be noisy at night.
