The staff was very kind and welcoming, the room was clean and equipped with a fridge, everything was perfectly in order. I highly recommend this place. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and there are also buses and trams nearby — all public transport options are just steps away. On the same street, you’ll find several cafés, bars, and fast food spots like shawarma places, which is super convenient.

The only downside was the air conditioning. It broke down on the last night, and even before that, I couldn’t adjust the fan speed. The airflow was too strong, which was uncomfortable — when I turned it off, the room got too warm.

The location of Hotel is perfect. The tram station in front of hotel door, the subway Benimaclet is just 30 m from hotel door, straight line no.3 to airport and just 3 stops to rail station. The city center can be reach in 15-20 min, just after 3 stops at Colon or by 2 stops to Alameda, then walking in any direction to old town. From Alameda can change to bus line 95, at Porta del Mar which go straight to Oceanografic, Hemispheric, and at the end of line at Marina beach. This bus run along with huge parc Jardin del Turia. I recommend to buy just one card for transport, cost 6 euro with 10 runs/90 min. The every recharge cost 4 euro/ 10 trips. Can be used in family, but need to tap 2x or more at check-in/ out for subway or just check-in in the bus/tram. The breakfast room is quite small in the main entry hall, but I seen a lot of people taking it. And at first sight is looking good, but only cold cut salami, ham, cheese. A lot of croissaints, fresh grinded coffe on espresso machines. Personally I took breakfast at wonderful coffe terraces in center of old town. The hotel is very quite and surrounded of many pizza and kebap makers with very cheap menus and beer ( or beverage)included. The half liter beer mug on tap is just 2.8 euros or bottled at 0.33 2 euros. The opening time of all start from early morning till 1.30 am with tables indoor/outdoor. At 10 m from hotel door is a japanesse/chinesse restaurant with ramen menu or differrent choices of dumplings, etc and like neighborous regular price, cheap. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel for couples, families or singles.

For me was perfect for 4 nights in Valencia.

Great location right next to the metro and tram stops. The room was cosy, clean and had all the basics. Staff was nice and they offer luggage service; we could leave our luggage in the hotel until our room was ready. In fact our room was ready about 1.5 hour before official check in which they let me know via email.

As others pointed out in their reviews you do have to pay in advance on the hotel's website even though booking.com says "pay at the property" which was confusing. Also breakfast is overpriced for €8.50 per person, so we didn't order it. We could see the breakfast area near the entrance which seemed to be too small and thus very crowded. There are lot of cafes nearby where you can get much better quality for cheaper.

S add l though on a busy central street our room was quiet and soundproof. Terrace was a relaxing retreat each afternoon with loungers, table and chairs, catching the afternoon sunshine. Great breakfast each day; fresh, clean and well organised. Friendly helpful staff.

Be careful about when you go for breakfast as on first day a large school party were in and no discs in breakfast room. However a short walk to the nearby Jardins del Real made a great start to the day and on return breakfast room was ready for us.

The location is perfect. There are all metro line you need. I appreciate that we were checked in complementary early. The staff is very friendly and are willing to help you.

The cleaning was okay. The only thing we didn't like about it is that the linens were not changed even once in 7 days. Also there were no slippers. Also you should ask for a kettle at the reception as well as for an iron. Unfortunately, iron you should return upon using it.

Hotel Olympia Universidades was excellent. It is in a less touristy area of Valencia, which is fantastic for a good night's sleep. However, there is a transport stop in front of the hotel, which was perfect for travelling to places, whether it's the markets, the City of Arts and Sciences, or Valencia Cathedral. The hotel was welcoming, with staff at the desk at all times to assist with questions and queries; they provided useful advice and helped me to make the most of my stay. The hotel room was okay. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, but the shower had a bit of mould; it wasn't a serious issue, so I was not too worried. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely local area with convenient links around the city.

The shower should be resealed because there was some mould in the sealant, but it wasn't a serious issue.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the university. So, it was a bit far from the old town/ center (20-25 minute walk in hot weather- that is the challenge), but the area has its own perks and public transportation is very convenient. I recommend the room with the terrace as you can have a pleasant time there when the sun goes down. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

As I wrote above, the location might not be the best for some, but all in all not a big problem.

The location of the hotel is ideal for the beach and also for the city center. You have a direct line to the beach (bus 98) and a direct line to the city center (bus 70), but you can also walk to the city center and admire Valencia's buildings and streets. The room is big enough for 2 persons, clean and you have AC which even in May is a must in Valencia. Near the hotel you can find lots of places where you can eat local foods and drink beer. You also have a big park nearby.

The location is very good, one block to the metro (subway), Tram stop in front of the hotel. There's a grocery store in the same block, quick access to beach by tram. Staff was nice to provide an early check in. Hotel and room was resonable clean.

It was not super clear that one night payment was required to confirm the reservation and the payment was made outside of the booking app. In the first instance it looked like a scam, I had to call the hotel to confirm if the payment system was legit.

Location is really good. Close to the underground and to the tram stop. I had to change my arrival time and the staff was really kind on the phone understanding my situation. At our arrival the receptionist gave us all the information needed (places near and how to reach them). Our room was quiet and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. All clean.
