Everything is good in this apartment They live in the apartment water and coffee for you But it’s not good so late check in Check out 11.00 Check in 16.00 it’s to much time to make it clean 16.00 it is evening, you still clients time Another apartment provide 14.00 check in 12 check out So, next time I preferably will choose apartment with another check in check out time But if you want to be the best - you will change it

The apartment, cleanliness and comfort of the apartment along with superb location allowed us to visit many places in walking distance in the old part of Valencia! Beds were super comfortable and service and communication with hosts were superb and super timely!

The price during August which is peak was exaggerated.

Very spacious and clean apartment with a great location close to the historical city center. The whole building is managed by one company and is in great condition. Helpful call center and the easy and fast way to get the keys. Water upon arrival, olive oil, coffee capsules- everything is provided by the host. The apartment is exceptional and highly recommended! We enjoyed the stay and are grateful for experience which exceeded our expectations!

The location and convenience is unbeatable. Overall clean apartment. Great staff. Helped us with tips as well as taxi booking. Excellent communication. Coffee was replenished regularly.

It looks bigger in pictures, esp the shower. One bedroom out of two is upstairs. The upstairs shower/ toilet doesn’t have proper ventilation so it smelled damp.

The location is perfect for exploring old town on foot. The apartment is nice and clean, very comfortable bed.

The rooms are a little too tight for more than 2 people, you can only access to the bathroom through the bedroom. Kitchen is a minature, also shower door is slightly leaking. There is a little noise from the outside at night.

The location for the collection of the keys was about 300 yards from the property. If you didn't do your homework, it may be quite difficult to find the location. However, we found it as we had googled it prior to travel. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

The accommodation was self-catering, it was very clean and very pleasant, well located to the centre, and in walking distance of the tourist attractions. It was comfortable, tidy and had all everything required for a long stay, i.e. washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, hob, cutlery, towels etc. The beds were perfect, great night's sleep.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has everything that is necessary for perfect stay. The location is in top Center and on 3 minutes from the biggest sights in the city, on a very quiet street. I pay attention that in the apartment they have iron and a hair dryer because they forgot it to write down. We had a wonderful stay.

Location close to city centre, within walking distance. Adequate space for 3 or 4 persons. Clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Super comfortable beds including sofa bed. Luggage hold option is a big plus too

Would have preferred a tumble dryer and a modern Coffee machine option. Tends to get a bit noisy early in the morning but still the experience overall was positive

Verry close to mercado central, lots of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and market. We traveld by bus 95 to reach the marina and the beaches or 73 from bio parc (both verry close to The apartament ) The Turia parc is at verry short distance. The checkin was easy and the personal nice and receptive to our needs. The apartament has all the facilities (2 adults and one child) I higly recomend.

The ventilation in the bathroom must be improved or better cleanded.

The apartment is spacious and clean, completely sufficient for a family. Excellent location - within walking distance of the main attractions. Quick and hassle-free check-in thanks to the instructions provided. It is furnished with everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. It would be very helpful if small supplies such as napkins and kitchen paper were provided.
