We were told the apartment would be ready at 4pm but we went to reception,very close by, and saw Valentina who arranged for immediate access to the apartment at about 1230h. It was a wonderful to have such a helpful person to explain how the automatic doors worked. The apartment was on the 4th floor with 3 wide patio style doors which made the apartment airy and bright , 3 2 balconies and well situated with the main market nearby.

Our 6th visit to Valencia and the first time we staeyed at Down Town, Thia was easily the bestand we will return to Down Town next year, Nothing to fault.

The location was perfect-in the city center , only few min walking to Mercado central and the Silk exchange! We were in a studio with refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffeе machine. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. I would recommend the host to leave some instructions about their location and also even one capsule for the coffee machine in order to know what kind of capsules to buy. It was a benefit the option to leave the luggage before check in or after check out in the office of the host only for 5 euro for the whole luggage. The communication with the host was fluent and clear. We were satisfied with our stay! Thank you! We recommend!

The only minus was that they did not prepare the second bed and we had to do it by ourself, which is not a problem, but the bedclothings were very big and was difficult.

The location is good. It is in the old town, close to most attractions in the old town. The building is also quiet, with little noise. The apartment has quite big space. The kitchen is well equipped, with all you need for cooking. The rooms are kept clean. Bed is very comfortable. There is reception available in nearby building. The host answers requests quickly.

In the recent cold winter days, the apartment feels a bit cold. As the air condition is near the door, it is bit hard for the bed room and other area with a distance to the air condition to warm up.

Location - excellent Apartment is clean but needs freshening the paint in places and kitchenette needs updating Facilities - coffee, tea would be appreciated

Some sockets are not fixed to the wall properly. Paints needs doing around the entire apartment. Coffee and tea would be appreciated. The keyless access can be complicated Access to the building is difficult. Bikes parked on the hallway, main door very narrow for suitcases and pram and it makes it really difficult to enter the building.

Great hosts with regular communications as to location of the property, entry instructions and general useful information. Lovely apartment, clean and tidy on arrival and fantastic location in the old part of Valencia close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Ten minutes from the Central Market, if eating in, for all fresh produce each day apart from Sunday. Comfortable bed and extremely quiet during the night. Recommend without hesitation.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The staff who managed the apartment were fantastic. They helped when we struggled to get into the flat, they booked a taxi for us when we left. They were so helpful. The location was excellent for us and the street and building were quiet. The living area was spacious with a comfortable large sofa. We were pleased to find a kettle

The apartment entry system was a bit complicated. But we eventually got the hang of it.

This little apartment was a perfect stay in Valencia. The street looked a little sketchy upon arrival and the taxi driver was a bit apprehensive dropping us off but it is incredibly wonderful neighborhood centrally located and walkable to everything. The apartment had a washing machine and we were on a long three week trip so getting the clothes cleaned was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The view from the patio is incredible. The room is stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment but it is located near the Central Market and loads of restuarnats. IT is close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop and easy easy to get around from this location. Very pleased

A functional space, rather than somewhere you’d want to hang out. Some noise, but far from terrible given the central location. Hot water not super reliable in the morbingsy

We loved that it was right down town in the center of Valencia. You could easily walk to everything, or if you wanted to rent a bike you could easily bike to everything as well. It was a comforting little space for myself and my partner during our week there. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was very spacious and the location was ideal with easy access to many attractions, restaurants and bars.

The furnishings were very basic and the cooking facilities consisted of just 2 halogen rings and a microwave.
