The location was good and the apartment was spacious. Apart from an oven, it has everything you need.

I would say I was a bit dissatisfied with the breakfast since we paid 7 euro/person and they only offered a coffee and a pastry, that was a total of max 3-4 euros. And what was worse was the way the pastry owner treated us, she was very condescending. I really do not recommend paying for breakfast, you can find better places and a lot cheaper. We also paid for parking and we were quite disappointed when we learned that the apartment building did not have parking facilities, we were forced to leave the car 1 km away from the apartment which was really inconvenient since we had a small child with us. I would have appreciated to know that the parking was so far from the location before having to pay for it.

Only 10 to 15 minutes walking to the old town. Very convenient. The apartment was very clean and convenient. In addition, although we had a checkin at 3pm, we were allowed to enter 30 minutes earlier as we had an internet business call at 3. This was much appreciated from the management. The fact that we can get additional services such as early check in or parking online makes it very convenient.

It was a bit cumbersome at first to get acquainted with the online access for the site as every member of our party had to do their individual check in, but once we got used to the process it was ok. The parking, although at a reduced price is a bit far and in the other direction than the old time which means a lot of walking.

The location was very good, near the old center, you could get to the mail places walking. 10 minutes walking to the Central Market The check in was very easy, all instructions sent via chat and mail. It was very clean and modern

In one room was a little cold at night at the end of january. they have just air conditioning for heating and that room did not have one. The kitchen was well equipped, but they gave us just 1 tablet for dishwasher and 1 for washing machine (we stayed 5 nights..and payed 650€) No salt, oil or anything. Coffee capsules for a charge. But we bought from the supermarket and they had a Nespresso machine

The location is fantastic, with a supermarket conveniently situated just across the road and the city centre within walking distance. I stayed in a room at the back, which featured a private patio—a delightful bonus. The room itself was bright, spacious, and had all amenities. Both the WiFi and air-conditioning functioned perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the app-operated door locks worked flawlessly every time.

The lack of storage space was a bit inconvenient during my two-week stay. Additional drawer space or even an IKEA storage trolley would have been helpful, especially since there is ample room for such additions.

Everything was great. Comfy beds, clean and a very handy welcome package. Space is even better than in pictures Nice shower Breakfast was a really nice Spanish experience. People at cafeteria were really the best.

Since it was a 1st floor, the garbage collection came at 2 a.m. on the street. so that wakes us up. But that's "normal in Spanish cities" Parking is not available on location, and since it's a small street, it's hard to find a spot and come with luggage.

Big and clean apartments. We had everything that we needed including welcome kit and some snacks for our dog. Easy check in and there was a possibility to add extra services like 'travelling with pet", parking, breakfast, etc.

Prepaid parking is 6 min drive, 10 min walk. There is no possibility to park close to the apartment even for few minutes to move your luggage. The location is within walking distance to the old city, but the street itself is quite dirty.

How they treated my pet. It was amazing. The building is new and everything worked perfectly. If you want to explore the graffitti, that's probably the best place at Valencia. We saw a lot of street art near the university campi (Disseny specially)

A lot of young kids does a lot of noise. It's normal during the summer. So, I can't complain about it. Just mentioning that it is a entire building with apartments rented for tourists. I only felt that Jardim Botanico was a little bit too much of a "heavy" place. We discovered amazing places there but sometimes it feels like we were on a dangerous place. But it was only expectations and maybe the vibe (since granada & sevilla were much more cozy)

Good location close to the Metro from one direction, with direct link to the airport, and the old town in the other direction. It was also good to be near the Botanical Gardens and other places of interest.

The apartment was ideal for one person who is using it as a base whilst out and about most of the time. Unfortunately, there was a leak in the bathroom so I had to keep mopping several times a day or it would have been quite hazardous to use.

Stayed in the single apartment on the ground floor. It's modern, clean, tidy and as pictured. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of plates cutlery, a kettle, coffee machine(pods cost extra) a juice maker and other kitchen utensils. There was a small pack with new detergent, sponge and cloth. There was little to no noise and you don't hear much from other guests unless they are entering or existing the building There is a black out / sun blind for the window to block out all light. The bathroom is modern, clean and tidy. There's hand soap / shower gel, extra toilet paper in the cabinet and also a hair dryer. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the old town and with good bus connections The metro stop to and from the airport is a 5 minute walk. There is also a Carrefour supermarket about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Entry is via an app which was easy to setup and use. I ended up booking an extra night by calling the number through the app which was very quick, easy and a good price.

For some reason the duvet did not have a cover but instead was sandwiched between two sheets. This became very irritating through the night when the sheets would not stay in place. The toilet seat was not fitted correctly, was loose and would not stand up freely. The bathroom sink is very unnecessarily small and you'll get water everywhere. Not much space or shelf for toiletries so you'll end up using the top of the toilet or the edge of the tiny sink.

Wonderful, super modern, very clean and comfy appartement. Very close to the metro station and only 15 mins walking to the historical center.

Second bedroom doesn’t have the air conditioning, but has the lamp ventilator. We’ve got the offer with the breakfast, should not as we could find the better place with the better choice closer. But it is my mistake, as did not pay attention that it is a partner cafe who provides the breakfast.
