The location was good and the apartment was spacious. Apart from an oven, it has everything you need.

I would say I was a bit dissatisfied with the breakfast since we paid 7 euro/person and they only offered a coffee and a pastry, that was a total of max 3-4 euros. And what was worse was the way the pastry owner treated us, she was very condescending. I really do not recommend paying for breakfast, you can find better places and a lot cheaper. We also paid for parking and we were quite disappointed when we learned that the apartment building did not have parking facilities, we were forced to leave the car 1 km away from the apartment which was really inconvenient since we had a small child with us. I would have appreciated to know that the parking was so far from the location before having to pay for it.

Only 10 to 15 minutes walking to the old town. Very convenient. The apartment was very clean and convenient. In addition, although we had a checkin at 3pm, we were allowed to enter 30 minutes earlier as we had an internet business call at 3. This was much appreciated from the management. The fact that we can get additional services such as early check in or parking online makes it very convenient.

It was a bit cumbersome at first to get acquainted with the online access for the site as every member of our party had to do their individual check in, but once we got used to the process it was ok. The parking, although at a reduced price is a bit far and in the other direction than the old time which means a lot of walking.

Clean space. Good lighting, well equipped kitchen with everything necessary for breakfast and not too complex meals. There's a ''cleaning kit'' that comes very handy if your the tidy kind of guests. Bed was good, not overly good but good enough. I had the studio with a terrace which was definitely a plus. You have a supermarket just across the road.

There's was some door slamming from other apartments during the night (Younger guests coming back from nights out) that did wake me up but i have a quite light sleep, i guess that could be solved adding some sort of foam tap on the door frames to prevent that from happening.

Good location. Parking on the street was no problem either. It was very nice to have a welcome gift in the room, as well as a starter set of washing utensils (for the kitchen & laundry).

Very loud neighbors who solved their problems in a loud voice in the stairwell (our room 003 was on ground floor near the main entry). They were constantly going in and out, loudly slamming the front door. The sound insulation is terrible. Also, the noise from the street was perfectly audible. When the front door was slammed, the room door also shook. Also, a bright green light above the door was blinking. It made it difficult to sleep.

The location is fantastic, with a supermarket conveniently situated just across the road and the city centre within walking distance. I stayed in a room at the back, which featured a private patio—a delightful bonus. The room itself was bright, spacious, and had all amenities. Both the WiFi and air-conditioning functioned perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the app-operated door locks worked flawlessly every time.

The lack of storage space was a bit inconvenient during my two-week stay. Additional drawer space or even an IKEA storage trolley would have been helpful, especially since there is ample room for such additions.

The location was very good, near the old center, you could get to the mail places walking. 10 minutes walking to the Central Market The check in was very easy, all instructions sent via chat and mail. It was very clean and modern

In one room was a little cold at night at the end of january. they have just air conditioning for heating and that room did not have one. The kitchen was well equipped, but they gave us just 1 tablet for dishwasher and 1 for washing machine (we stayed 5 nights..and payed 650€) No salt, oil or anything. Coffee capsules for a charge. But we bought from the supermarket and they had a Nespresso machine

Location is perfect,the type of accommodation/bedding was exactly the same as what we ordered.it was clean ,but a little bit tired ( please see photos)

Communication with the property’s staff was totally disappointing,I was told that I need to provide a lot of sensitive information (it wasn’t that hard),I was told that the property’s description isn’t correct due to the fault of Booking.com ( it wasn’t) etc

Everything was great. Comfy beds, clean and a very handy welcome package. Space is even better than in pictures Nice shower Breakfast was a really nice Spanish experience. People at cafeteria were really the best.

Since it was a 1st floor, the garbage collection came at 2 a.m. on the street. so that wakes us up. But that's "normal in Spanish cities" Parking is not available on location, and since it's a small street, it's hard to find a spot and come with luggage.

Super well equiped spacious apartment in good location for exploring. Deserves a 9/10 rating but minus points for checking in.

Check-in was unflexible, in my case information for 3 guests was not available until arrival so no entry for anyone. This caused extra workload and wasted time for me. My recent bookings with other hospitality put the customers first with only essential information being requested.

Big and clean apartments. We had everything that we needed including welcome kit and some snacks for our dog. Easy check in and there was a possibility to add extra services like 'travelling with pet", parking, breakfast, etc.

Prepaid parking is 6 min drive, 10 min walk. There is no possibility to park close to the apartment even for few minutes to move your luggage. The location is within walking distance to the old city, but the street itself is quite dirty.
