Getting to the hotel from the airport with such ease was the first thing as it was a relatively short walk from metro. Staff met then - Carmen - very friendly and helpful. Second floor hotel room was fantastic - spacious, calming decor, huge bathroom, well appointed with everything needed including fridge and safe. We also had a balcony so lovely to open doors. But never noisy. Location fantastic in the small square with a beautiful church, great cafe. Staff including Ana and Pablo were also very helpful with bike hire and we had a complementary 2 hour walking tour of old town with Pablo who was informative and interesting, and a great communicator. Young staff so pleasant and a lovely relaxed vibe in hotel. Very comfortable vestibule area too. Location of hotel nicely quiet but not remote, only 10 -15 mins from market/ cathedral. Lovely to return to each day! Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! The comfort and the aesthetics of the room, the location of the hotel, but above all the people of the hotel. I would like to make a specific mention about Alejandro, in the reception, who greeted us when arriving at the hotel. Alejandro is extremely kind, warm, professional, effective and knowledgeable. All the information he gave us about the sights of marvellous Valencia and some restaurants etc. was not only accurate, but also extremely helpful. It was a real pleasure staying at this nice hotel with all its beautiful people.

Everything was great!

The staff was so welcoming and kind. Everyone from the front desk, to the housekeepers to the buffet attendant. The room was great with a king size bed and two twins. Perfect for me, my husband and our two teenagers. Decor in room and in restaurant were also very nice.

We knew this ahead of time, but it is a little outside the main attractions. Took us about 15 minutes to get back and forth. Not bad though.

Location of hotel is great, you can easily walk up to the main square. Room is specious, bed was also really big. Personal on the reception is really helpful and speaks good english. Breakfast was good, not to varied, but everything was delicious. Overall I would say good value for money.

There were some constructions works in the hotel so it was loud at times, as well there was noise from the street. Although room has really nice smell every day after cleaning, I think a bit more detailed cleaning could help (there was dust on table etc).

Nice family room, big beds. Great location, quite close to the metro. Staff was very friendly! Aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast was decent, fresh fruit were great!

The bathroom would need an update and some better lighting. The plates at breakfast were often dirty.. and the coffee was not nice, so we always had to go get the coffee elsewhere after breakfast.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Good breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

Booked months in advance - asked for rooms (we had two) next to each other due to having a young child and needing help from my mother who was staying in another room and not only were we not placed next to each other but on completely different floors.

Location is perfect, walking distance to historical sights, just next to botanical garden, neighbourhood is quiet with a local taste. Metro station is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful about sightseeing. Breakfast is in a lovely hotel restaurant and has all one needs to start freshly prepared for enjoying the city. Our room was quite good with very comfortable beds and a small french balcony.

No complaints!

Everything from the hotel location, the room, the staff, the housekeeping etc was perfect! The complimentary city tour provided by the hotel was brilliant and it helped us to learn more about Valencia before exploring it on our own. Valencia is a truly wonderful city and thank you YOU&CO for making our visit more pleasant and memorable 😊

The location was ideal to visit both the historical center and take a bus to the beach. From this place there are more bus lines going directly to the Science Museum, as well as the beach. Overcrowded at times, at least you do not need to change.

The cleanliness might be improved a bit, but as a good value for money it is not taken as a major negative.

I had an appointment nearby, but the hotel turned out to be centrally located, a short walk away from all the major sights, but also a step away from the botanical gardens (which are free to visit) My room was really spacious, modern and beautiful. The hotel offers a decent breakfast
