Check in starts from 15:00 but we checked in at 14:00 Check out 11:00-11:30. No fridge, so it’s hard to buy beverages and cold it.

We highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples. The facilities are clean and the twin room bed is massive. We also told the hotel that it was our first wedding anniversary so they made the room extra special for us for when we arrived. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We got the breakfast buffet which had so many options of food in the morning (bacon, eggs, fruits, cereals, donuts), so can't get bored of it. They also have a range of smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee! The restaurant was also amazing. We never got the food but we saw how tasty the meals were, and we had a few sangrias there, which were honestly the best we had in Valencia (and we definitely tried a lot of Sangria). If you want to get to the main beach in Valencia, it's about a 1 hour and 30 mins walk, but don't worry because the hotel is right next to a bus (which only costs 2 euros) that takes you straight to the beach in 25 mins, and they come so frequently. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk into the historical centre and is right next to the Turia Park, which we highly recommend having a stroll through. Overall, this hotel is perfect and great value if you're staying in Valencia.

The location. The excellent breakfast. The spacious rooms.The food...... But their star feature is the cleanliness. Praise goes to the housekeeping staff for their organised and discreet way of working in a humble, silent, and yet a very professional way.

The reception team. In one particular situation they gave me wrong information.....and almost no effort was done to rectify their mistake. They know my email address. If they want, they can contact me personally and I would suggest to them how they could have come up with flying colours, notwithstanding their mistake. Everybody can make a mistake, but it is how you try to rectify it that makes the difference between excellence and mediocrity.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious, with variety of choices that changed every day. The hotel restaurant provided the option to have dinner included, which was helpful when I arrived late. Staff were polite and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. The location was convenient as it was close to bus stop and metro station.

There was no satellite TV, therefore no option to watch the news or any programmes in English (Spanish channels were only available). To my opinion the hotel was too expensive for the facilities offered (with the exception of breakfast, dinner and restaurant service that were excellent).

This hotel definitely exceed our expectations, We stayed there in January for 5 nights and never get bored :) Metro line is quite close, also you can have a nice walk through Turia Gardens, which are just in front of the hotel, to reach main city attractions. Breakfast is fabulous, you can also have dinner in the hotel.

We had a really pleasant and enjoyable four-night stay at Turia Hotel in Valencia. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets provided every day — a detail we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from: fresh orange juice, smoothies, cupcakes, muffins, and plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was always fresh and well-prepared. The location is also a big plus — it’s within walking distance to the old town and right next to a large shopping mall, which was very convenient. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Turia Hotel for anyone visiting Valencia.

Everything was good

A good sized, well furnished room, with air conditioning. Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable restaurant and bar area. The breakfasts were awesome with a large selection of items, definitely something for everyone's taste. Location was good, with a large park nearby, easy access to the Metro and local buses. I would suggest purchasing a Valencia Tourist Card, for unlimited use on the Metro and buses in zones A & B. They are available for 24, 48 and 72 hours.

To use the shower you have to stand in the bath, which is something I, personally, do not like. Others may find this to their liking.

The breakfast and the dinner were both excellent. Food quality and choice was high quality and healthy. The staff in the dining area were superb and friendly. The whole operation runs like "clockwork, with a smile!" The location is very good. Close to all the main tourist sites (we walked to them), buses and metro on the doorstep and thr hotel is situated right on the amazing turia park. The room was beautiful and spacious with lovely marble floors and a great view from 7 floors up across the park and the old town. It was kept immaculately clean by the room staff throughiutnohr 5 night stay. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and huge thanks to all the staff, who made our stay so welcome.

Can't think of anything

The hotel reception was manned 24/7 and had English speaking staff. They were able to help with directions and advised places to visit within walking distance. Food and drinks were available in the bistro and although the staff could speak little English and us little Spanish we were able to communicate. The breakfast was exceptional. A huge variety of food on offer to suit all tastes. The room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely size, perfect for our needs. The hop on hop off bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk away which gives you access to a huge amount. The Bioparc was fabulous, would definitely recommend. You need a day there. If you have a 48 hour hop on hop off ticket it is 3 stops from the hotel. Old Valencia town is walkable but can also be accessed using the hop on, hop off bus. Definitely worth a visit, loads of museums and churches to choose from and the central market is a must see.

From the airport we could only get to Alameda on the Metro. We caught a taxi the rest of the way as it was late evening and very hot. The taxi fare was 10 euros (rounded up) not too bad.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Turia and really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was excellent, and the waiters were very attentive. On our last day, one of the waiters brought out a cake with a candle on top and gave a birthday present to my husband during breakfast because it was my husband's birthday. And most importantly, they celebrated it even though we hadn’t told them—it was a wonderful gesture. I have never experienced such a thoughtful surprise in a hotel. If you only want to visit the city center, the hotel is located right in the middle of the city, and you can easily reach everything on foot.

The room was a bit outdated. When we arrived, we had to wait until 3:00 PM to get our room. It would have been better if check-in was available a bit earlier. It is a bit far from the beach. We mostly spent our time swimming, so it took us about 30–40 minutes to get there.
