Good location with easy access to the metro, rooms were comfortable and all you needed. Foyer and hotel bar were really nice, everything was clean, sleek and modern. Staff were always on hand to help and were really friendly. Welcome drink (Cava or Orange Juice) and free water at reception were both nice touches too.

Location could have been more central but no real complaints.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the centre, right next to the Túria park and well-connected via public transport. Staff was very friendly and always helped us with a genuine smile on their faces. Breakfast was good, maybe not exceptional, but quality ingredients and overall a pretty wide offer. We would have preferred to have more fresh vegetables.

We stayed for a week, and in general the room was OK, but there were small details that suggested that it was originally designed with shorter, city break style stays in mind. E.g., after visiting the beach we did not have any space for hanging and airing our towels and swimsuits.

The hotel staff were pleasant and very attentive when needed. We booked taxis through them which was very easy to do and gave us information on how best to travel around the city. The hotel is very well connected to the old town with 3 bus stops in close vicinity, allowing you to get to pretty much anywhere in Valencia. At the bar/restaurant the staff were great and quick to take orders or bring out food. We arrived late in the evening and was fantastic to see the restaurant was serving food until midnight. The food at the breakfast was of good quality but after a few days it did get very repetitive, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the food offered, especially with the hot food as it seemed to be mainly just eggs on toast that you could order with either some cold meats or avocado. The room was very clean and comfortable with a huge double bed. Our room was on the side with the main road but the windows were well insulated and kept outside noise to a minimal level. It would have been nice if there were facilities to make your own coffee or tea in the room, there was however unlimited coffee as part of the breakfast. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower but a bit on the small side and lacked storage for any toiletries. Overall we had a very nice stay and would look to stay again in the future.

Breakfast Buffet free for under 5 when you book another buffet was great ! Staff was very welcoming and charming and accommodating . They really elevate the stay, both in restaurant and reception. Mercedes was super helpful and smiley (helped with our luggage holding, with a card that I thought I forgot in the room and did not made me wait in the queue so much as she was able to multitask and make the client before wait a couple of second to find what I needed since client before was going to be for a longer time at reception)

Neighbourhood is getting worse and worse. A fan in the room ceiling would be greatly appreciated for those who don't like sleeping with the AC on all night. AC 's very often don't work well in hotels Gym would be great and if it does not have one, partnership with the gym nearby would be great stuff.

The location of the hotel was very good if you need to go to the hospital (9 octubre) The receptionists were very kind. I had to call several times to ask questions and they were always very helpful. I asked for a quiet room on the last floor and they accommodated my petition. The room was big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable with two pillows each. There was a closet with hangers. There were bathroom amenities: shower gel, shampoo, body milk and a hair dryer. There was a free bottle of water in the room and there was water and different coffee options in the reception too. We had dinner in the hotel and the quality of the food and the price were very good. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say anything about it.

Despite being on the last floor (the 7th), we could hear the noise from the traffic in the street with the window open. It was hot in the room but there was air conditioning. The sensor on the lift didn't work very well as my friend tried to enter and the door didn't stop and hit her. I don't know how long it takes to go to Valencia city centre.

This must be the friendliest hotel in Valencia! The staff are OUTSTANDING in how they interact with guests. No request was too much trouble for them. They were constantly cheerful and obliging. A special mention for receptionists Sebastian, Ion and Klaus and ALL of the waiters, who managed to be cheerful even at 07:00. These are all people who are clearly happy in their work, and it made my one-week stay in the hotel very enjoyable.

Nothing at all, except perhaps for the busy intersection where the hotel is located. But the soundproofing of the bedroom meant that the traffic noise could not be heard.

Location is very good-close to the city center (20min walk), metro (200m), bus (in front of the hotel). Staff is really helpfull and polite. Reception non stop. Breakfast is very good. Coffe at breakfast is the espresso you drink in cafees, great! Room is very comfy, clean, bed is large and cosy. It was very quiet (end of may), we were able to sleep without any noise. Isolation si good. Two pillows 👍

Only terrase is missing ☺️ Any fresh vegetables like salad is missing at breakfast 🫣 Smell from the closet-not terrible but still existed.

Perfect hotel for a few nights in Valencia. Quick drive from airport and about a 15-20min walk to the main attractions. Closer walk to a lovely garden too! Overall this hotel was absolutely perfect for a few nights. Staff were all lovely. Loved that there was a restaurant below that served food until very late. Breakfast as well was good value. Bed was comfortable and an amazing shower. Really nice touch is a kid pack of toiletries when you ask for a cot. Room had mini fridge. Would stay again.

Bed is very large which is great but in a small room the space is very tight. Almost too tight for suitcase on floor etc. Also, no kettle to boil water in room unless you ask. Room can be a little noisy from road but to be expected in city I suppose. No facilities like pool. Only 2 small lifts to get up and down to different floors which can have you waiting a few mins.

Due to unexpected emergencies, we had to change our entire schedule in Europe and change or cancel many hotel bookings. We didn’t hold much hope here, because all hotels we talked to before declined our request. Just to try, we submitted the request online to Kramer to shorten our stay from two nights to one night. Surprisingly the staff immediately modified our booking for free and refund one night’s accommodation fee. We were so nicely surprised and grateful because this was the first good thing that happened to us on this trip after all the chaos and chores. Obviously the staff here are very focused on customer satisfaction instead of just wanting the money. It really saved our mood for this holiday in Europe. The hotel itself is in great location, right next to a shopping mall and public transportation. With a few bus stops, you’ll be in city center. It’s also quite new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here if we come to Valencia again. And we recommend it to all friends and families who plan to visit Valencia!

Warm hospitality and a great stay in Valencia! We had an awesome stay at Hotel Kramer – the rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to recommendations around the city, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The location is also great – well connected and close to the city center. The on-site restaurant was a bonus too!
