Good location with easy access to the metro, rooms were comfortable and all you needed. Foyer and hotel bar were really nice, everything was clean, sleek and modern. Staff were always on hand to help and were really friendly. Welcome drink (Cava or Orange Juice) and free water at reception were both nice touches too.

The hotel staff were pleasant and very attentive when needed. We booked taxis through them which was very easy to do and gave us information on how best to travel around the city. The hotel is very well connected to the old town with 3 bus stops in close vicinity, allowing you to get to pretty much anywhere in Valencia. At the bar/restaurant the staff were great and quick to take orders or bring out food. We arrived late in the evening and was fantastic to see the restaurant was serving food until midnight. The food at the breakfast was of good quality but after a few days it did get very repetitive, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the food offered, especially with the hot food as it seemed to be mainly just eggs on toast that you could order with either some cold meats or avocado. The room was very clean and comfortable with a huge double bed. Our room was on the side with the main road but the windows were well insulated and kept outside noise to a minimal level. It would have been nice if there were facilities to make your own coffee or tea in the room, there was however unlimited coffee as part of the breakfast. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower but a bit on the small side and lacked storage for any toiletries. Overall we had a very nice stay and would look to stay again in the future.

This must be the friendliest hotel in Valencia! The staff are OUTSTANDING in how they interact with guests. No request was too much trouble for them. They were constantly cheerful and obliging. A special mention for receptionists Sebastian, Ion and Klaus and ALL of the waiters, who managed to be cheerful even at 07:00. These are all people who are clearly happy in their work, and it made my one-week stay in the hotel very enjoyable.

Nothing at all, except perhaps for the busy intersection where the hotel is located. But the soundproofing of the bedroom meant that the traffic noise could not be heard.

Perfect hotel for a few nights in Valencia. Quick drive from airport and about a 15-20min walk to the main attractions. Closer walk to a lovely garden too! Overall this hotel was absolutely perfect for a few nights. Staff were all lovely. Loved that there was a restaurant below that served food until very late. Breakfast as well was good value. Bed was comfortable and an amazing shower. Really nice touch is a kid pack of toiletries when you ask for a cot. Room had mini fridge. Would stay again.

Bed is very large which is great but in a small room the space is very tight. Almost too tight for suitcase on floor etc. Also, no kettle to boil water in room unless you ask. Room can be a little noisy from road but to be expected in city I suppose. No facilities like pool. Only 2 small lifts to get up and down to different floors which can have you waiting a few mins.

Due to unexpected emergencies, we had to change our entire schedule in Europe and change or cancel many hotel bookings. We didn’t hold much hope here, because all hotels we talked to before declined our request. Just to try, we submitted the request online to Kramer to shorten our stay from two nights to one night. Surprisingly the staff immediately modified our booking for free and refund one night’s accommodation fee. We were so nicely surprised and grateful because this was the first good thing that happened to us on this trip after all the chaos and chores. Obviously the staff here are very focused on customer satisfaction instead of just wanting the money. It really saved our mood for this holiday in Europe. The hotel itself is in great location, right next to a shopping mall and public transportation. With a few bus stops, you’ll be in city center. It’s also quite new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here if we come to Valencia again. And we recommend it to all friends and families who plan to visit Valencia!

Excellent hotel near Valencia Nord bus station and minute walk from old town. Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and very good Restaurant service (their lunch, "Menu del Dia" with three courses is inexpensive and very good, many local come to eat so their lunch hour (13:30-15:00) place is full. Breakfast was above expectation, Full Breakfast with egg, bacon, fresh fruit, and freshly baked breads. 5 minute walk to entrance to the park surrounding old city.

The reception staff were lovely. Room was spacious and clean. The bed set up was what we asked for. Beds were so comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great. Breakfast was plentiful, one of the best breakfasts in any hotel. Location was perfect. Shopping centre across the road was so handy.

Not a lot of information on breakfast times was given as changed at weekend. First day at breakfast was confusing as no instructions were given on arrival.

Location was good and strategic with a large shopping center just across the road and the metro station just 5 minutes walk away. Staff was friendly., room was clean albeit tiny.

very noisy. No matter where your room was located, you couldn't escape from the street noise as this is probably one of the busiest junctions in the City. Inside the building, noise traveled easily too. Breakfast was disappointing as it was not really a buffet which seems surprising as the the hotel has 70+ rooms

Friendly personnel, overall pleasant atmosphere. A hotel could be used when attending events at Valencia Palace of Congresses (Palau de Congresos)- easy to approach by buses or metro (city traffic card is reasonably priced) or 30min. walk, which is needed after long flights or hours at the congress. Proximity of an old town is an advantage.

Busy traffic just next to the hotel. However, my room on the 4th floor was sufficiently silent.

Very confortable and clean hotel. Great bed and decent sized room with a good bathroom. The staff were outstanding! I’d like to say a special thanks to Nehuén, who was really friendly, helpful and warm. A great hotel for a short stay with the Jardín de Turia park only a few minutes away.

Breakfast on weekends can be pretty stressful. I don’t think they can cater for the amount of rooms they have, so it becomes too busy and chaotic. Also there’s barely any options in the restaurant for vegetarians. The location is not bad, but a 20 min walk to the centre (which is fine, but because we travel with little ones, it’s something to consider).
