The location was great even if the city center is 1.3 km away - 20 minutes walk, Bus no. 95 is in the nearby of the hotel and it has a direct line to Oceanografic, Arts and Science Museum, Hemispheric and to the beach, too. Also, bus nr 67 goes to Bioparc - 2 bus stations. Carrefour hypermarket is also at 2 or 3 bus stations distance. With the 72h tourist card, you have free transport on all means of transport + free entrance to Bioparc, Hemisferic, Arts and Science Museum, Oceanografic. It costs around 80 euros per person/72 hours. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 1 living + kitchen all equipped. It was great for a family with children and grandparents. The sofa in the living was extensible. The bathroom had 2 sinks which was also great. The reception desk was 24 hours open and there was also a mini-shop where you could buy snacks and drinks. After we checked out we had the possibility to leave the luggage at the hotel until the evening when we had our flight.

A children's stool like FORSIKTIG from IKEA would have been very useful in the bathroom so that kids could use the sink on their own.

This was an excellent one bed apartment, clean, spacious and very well equipped. It was easy to find, tube from airport and then a short walk, and friendly reception even though we were early. It's out of the city but easy access to city centre using the bus ( a 73 or 95) and bus stops very near. The 95 can also be used to go to the beach area and the Arts and Culture area. Small bars and restaurants nearby plus a large shopping centre. It's in a very pleasant area, lots of greenery and Turia gardens very close so a very relaxing stay after the the busy city centre. Plenty choices for breakfast which were all good Another plus...the flats are serviced every 3 days ( clean towels and bedding) and this happened even though we were only there for 4 days

We liked everything.... ! The location was in walking distance from almost everything and the apartment we had (number 74) was just perfect with both a living room, large bed- and bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The place was very clean and breakfast was fine, no need for more. The Reception was always very kind (24 hours) and they helped a lot answering all sorts of questions (very informative and very supportive). Several bus stops nearby and tickets are only 1,5 Euro. Turia Park just next to the hotel and this is the most amazing place running through all of Valencia, highly recommendable to both running and walking. Goods restaurants very close and also several grocery stores where you can buy everything (and the prices are very reasonable - both at the stores, but in deed also at the restaurants)... The hotel is absolutely value for money and we can only highly recommend this place - in all perspectives....

The staff was very friendly, the apartments were spacious and it had pretty much everything you would need. It is comfortable and in a very good location. We loved they had private parking spaces available, it was very useful. Overall, we were very happy we chose to stay there and we would definitely chose this location again.

You had everything available at the reception, but you have to pay for everything (e.g. water, coffee). For the kitchen, they offer dishwasher soap for example, but not a dishcloth. It’s not a big deal, but it would be nice to offer some very common things such as a bottle of water or coffee as complementary, and all necessary things in the kitchen.

Very good location, close to bus 95 which took us to the center and the Ciudad de Artes area. Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need. The ladies at the reception were very nice, they helped us with taxis, maps, umbrellas, everything we needed. Breakfast is available there, for 11 euros, varied, quite good. View on two sides of the building, a bright apartment. Oh, and regarding the parking space - I read reviews saying it's really tight for large cars. We had a large car as well, but if you have someone to guide you or parking sensors, you'll be fine. The parking is safe and always available.

I couldn't say anything specific, maybe just the fact that in the morning you start to hear street noises, but that's also because there is a block of flats under renovation next to the hotel. Nothing really disturbing overall.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished and we'll equipped. The bed is immense, the bathroom has a bathtub and the shower works very well. The decoration is sober. It's appropriate for short or long stay since it has everything you need to store and cook food. Even the common areas were also extremely clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is calm but at the same time very close to a main avenue where bus lines run, the park, shops and a walk distance from the shopping mall and the bus station. The receptionists were extremely polite and helpful and the reception works 24/7.

The noise insulation was not so good and at night we could hear the neighbors upstairs having their intimacy moments. The climatisation is based on air conditioning and makes the air very dry - we stayed there in a very cold day and at some point we had to stop the climatisation and open the windows.

Maria Jesus went beyond expectations & planned our trip to the Arts & Science Museum. DANI answered every one of our many questions very patiently & thoroughly during our 5 night stay. He provided the best information regarding bus stops, restaurant selections & general directions. We were so impressed with him & his rapport with guests that we brought some pizza his way on our final evening before departure. The fact that he attended University in Boston near our home in US, in addition to all his other admirable traits, speaks highly of his character & super dedication to his job at Plaza Picasso. I strongly suggest to the administration that these two reception people receive a substantial raise for all they do because they are simply the best! This is an honest appraisal of their character & dedication from seasoned travelers & a professional instructor of many years. Many thanks in advance to the administration for this consideration!

One of the best places I've stayed in. Nice staff, very nice and big apartament, very very clean, you have everything you need-fridge, plates, utencils, coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice view, as we were on a higer floor (there are 3 elevators). The location is nice - 15 mins to metro station, there is a bus stop a few meters away, there is a minimarket a few steps away and a big Carrefour about 10 mins away. The Biopark is 15 mins by foot, and there are a couple of playgrounds around (if you're with kids). If I return to Valencia, I will be definitely staying here again!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We mislaid a stuffed toy and they went above and beyond to find it. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. You could get coffee pod machine from reception and purchase any essentials in the onsite shop or a nearby supermarket. The perfect place to come back to after a busy day exploring.

The walls are thin, there was some noise from the guests above us on 2 nights into the early hours. Ear plugs are an essential.

Comfortable bed and couch, huge balcony to have your own breakfast. Truly friendly and helpful staff, even provided umbrellas during rain. You can store your luggage if you arrive early because the check in is a bit late, or you can leave it after check out if you still have time before the return plane. Easy to get there from the airport: metro + 20 minutes walk. City center is 30-40 minutes by foot.

We booked an apartment with 2 single beds but finally received one with a king size bed. On weekdays the construction nearby was very loud so do not plan to sleep a lot.
