New hotel and staff (Caroline) was very welcoming and helped us getting information as to where we were and how to get around. When we told reception about the problems with the room they gave us complimentary breakfast for every day of our stay.

The room was too hot and we had to sleep with the window open for the first few nights and had noise from the traffic outside the hotel. The room was not serviced and no clean towels for the first few days of our stay. Room was only cleaned three times during out stay and not done very well. We had asked for tea and coffee making facilities to be in the room when we made the booking. We had a kettle, cups, spoons and sugar but no tea, coffee or milk. We asked on a couple of occasions for this to be available but it never happened.

Wonderful location (1 min from metro, supermarket and shopping mall, 15-20 min walk to the city center), open bar on the roof for vaping/smoking, convenient good size and nicely furnished room, big bottles of shampoo/body washer/soap (no need to take yours), clean, fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. BEST hair dryer we have ever had in hotels! No iron though, which wasn't a problem for us.

the only thing - there weren't hotel slippers in the room when we arrived and we got them only on the next evening (the floors were cold, and walking barefoot wasn't an option, and we hate to wear shoes inside the living space)

Great location , has very good amenities. The breakfast was very good with lots options and very fresh. The rooftop bar and pool are a great addition with good views . Very clean and staff are very attentive and friendly.

Didn’t like that I had to pay a €25 deposit per day , not mentioned any where prior to booking and still not refunded a week later. The parking is not onsite and costs are very high for the parking near by. There was a leak and strange sewerage smell in the halls and rooms on the days we were there but probably isolated issue.

We were needed to change the room due to flooding under floor in bathroom, after change second room had the same problem seems like problem in many rooms. Hotel new but clean level was not so good due to renovation roof and pool is not ready after renovation very strong smell of sewage in the bathrooms and in the reception area

The couch in the room is nice for design but very uncomfortable for sleeping Despite being mentioned in the room details, I had no coffee machine There is a minibar however there is no price list available, I even found an open chocolate at our check-in Breakfast is 7-10 nevertheless on Sunday, prior our flight they mentioned that is 7.30 so we had none

Newly renovated, stylish hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast amazing with a big variety of options and the staff very helpful and polite. It is a 20-minute walking distance to the center but public transportation is also available. Right behind there’s a big shopping center and a small amusement park for kids as well as many restaurants, cafes etc. Very convenient location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire place is newly renovated, beautifully designed, and of high quality. Everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stands out! Breakfast was a highlight – a delicious buffet with a great variety of fresh options.

It was excellent in every way! The service was outstanding, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—you can easily visit any tourist spot from Novotel. There’s also a supermarket and a mall right behind the hotel. When we arrived, we mentioned that we were visiting for a birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. A fantastic hotel!

+ location + cleanliness + staff + beds + quietness, the rooms are sound proof - not fully renovated yet. They are still doing some construction work and the terrace/rooftop pool is also not finished yet. Wouldve been nice if mentioned prior. - buffet is a maze, wouldve been easier and peaceful if all located in one place. - a sewage smell in the room every now and then.

Location great, on foot in 10-15 min to old town Valencia. Hotel is located next to shopping a mall with lot of restaurants. In 3 minutes walk, from the hotel there is a the bus station to travel from city to city. Breakfast - exceptional, everything included even wine :) Restaurant with in the hotel for dinner - new , modern but for us it was a fare 3.5/ out of 5
