Property was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. The owner was very helpful. We found the kitchen perfect for our needs and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Definitely recommend it.

There was plenty of storage in bedroom and outside bathroom but as there was no handles on the doors you couldn’t get into them. There is a TV but it doesn’t display any channels - not that we were going to watch it, I was just curious. There are stairs up to an extra bed but they are not very sturdy - it was sold as a one bed apartment so not an issue.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the city center, with lots of restaurants, cafes and stores nearby, but still quiet and peaceful, not crowded or too noisy. There is a large supermarket nearby, and the central market is fantastic for fresh produce and local goods. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and has everything you need. The host was incredibly attentive and communicated perfectly, making check-in a breeze. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!

Location was really nice, 10 mins walk from the old town. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4 plus one baby. Thank you for providing the cot bed.

Not enough toilet paper, we had to buy a pack for the last day. No kitchen roll or napkins at all. No water provided at the check in and not enough coffee for everyone. Also the towels were just one each and it would have been nice to have a washer and dryer, unless you’re able to supply a few more.

No kettle! Lift out of order on 2 days. Electricity tripped when we turned the oven on in the evening. Management did reply with suggestions but we had just returned to apartment after a long day out and it was getting dark so was quite worrying until we fixed the problem. Stairs to mezzanine were not stable.

We liked everything. Perfect location. Staff was perfect. We needed earlier check-in and later check-out, and they approved everything. It was very helpful. Apartments are really nice and big. Very clean. Much space for clothes. Coffee machine, coffee and sugar, enough dishes, kitchen towel, dish washing soap and cloth Iron, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer...

You just need a knife, salt, oil if you want to cook smth

The appartmebt is beautiful. Very clean. in an excellent location. all attractions can be visited on foot. There is a bus to the City of Art near the apartment. What I liked the most was that we asked for an earlier check-in. they informed us around 11:30 that the app was ready and that we could enter it . It meant a lot to us. I am planning a new trip to Valemcia and we will definitely stay in the same app.

We only spent one night here, but the overall impression was very good. There is an elevator, two balconies, an equipped bathroom and kitchen, a comfortable bed and a large sofa bed. Clean and quiet, although the noise level depends on the neighbors' activity :) Good location, close to everything (center, metro). Nice contact with the owner (whapp).

Average place, not exactly clean, the sofa bed was uncomfortable. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, big ones. At the moment, a huge building is under construction close by, so there is noise early in the morning.

Great location for visiting Valencia as shops and restaurants near by and easy access to the dry river bed and the metro. It was quiet street so easy to sleep.

A few more coffee pods would be appreciated and basics like salt. Kitchen utencils could be cleaner and sharper knives.

Clean and easy acces. Everything was ready on arrival. The staff is always reachable via whatsapp. They contact you on arrival day and provide you with all relevant information for your stay (door code and key). Lots of space inside. AC avail (one in bedroom and one in living room).
