Excellent breakfast, beautiful comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. There was no noise at night, so we could sleep very well. Location was great for exploring the city, we could walk everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The stuff was friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay a lot. The only thing I would like to mention is somewhat weird design of the shower: there is a milky glass wall towards the room, so the person in the room can see the siluette of the person taking the shower. It didn't not bother us, but it might be uncomfortable for someone else.

Friendly welcoming staff - great location- easily accessible public transport - excellent room size with ample wardrobes and a fantastic double shower - kitchenette and fridge in room - general ambience and feel of the hotel.

Not actually the hotel but the access to the parking is VERY tight - if you have a SUV or large car you will struggle (as we did) getting in and out of the -2 level car parking. The turns are very tight and concrete walls not forgiving at all. Costs 18 euro per day, which appears quite reasonable for a city, but beware the access !!

We liked the city tour offered by the hotel. Our tour guide was Pablo and he was very attentive and informative. He gave us a few good suggestions about local places of interest and restaurants with typical Valencian cuisine.

The breakfast lacked quality products. The coffee wasn’t good and there was no fresh juice. I didn’t particularly like the bathtub being placed in an open space in the room.

The location is very good, with everything in walking distance, close to a metro station, as well as two of the hop-on hop-off stations. It is also outside the crowded and somehow dirty narrow streets of the city center, but still very close to this universe. I also appreciated the fact that they knew about my husband’s birthday celebration while there and they welcome us with a very nice room decorated with chocolate candies, ballons and a nice hb message. Good breakfast.

We didn’t quite like that there was very cold in the room, it was as if nobody had stayed there before, it was smelling like winter. And we were not very successfull in solving the problem with the air-conditioning. It was also strange to have had a bathroom for disabled persons, it was not very mentally comfortable.

Checkin was super quick, we got a free Genius room upgrade. The staff was very friendly and helpful (they even do a free walking city tour themselves). Room was huge and comfy. It had everything we needed. Location is awesome, walking distance from the city centre, just next to the botanical garden.

There's not that many good restaurants and cafes nearby. You'll have to go elsewhere, although you can find some decent ones nearby. There are also some grocery stores, which might help.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to most of the sights of the historic city and the center of Valencia. The room was a good size for a short stay, was cleaned and they even provided us with extra heating. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. We are grateful for everything.

What was a slight inconvenience for us, is that there were no towel hangers in the bathroom. I don't think there is anything else.

The room is very new and modern, with a balcony and nice views. The bed was super comfy, we only spent one night but slept wonderfully. The rate was amongst the most affordable options for this period (las fallas) and we were happy we found this hotel.

Overall the experience was very nice. 2 things to point out: The toilet has a glass door right next to the bed and doesn’t really give you a lot of privacy. There is no power outlet next to the bed, in order to charge the phones overnight. We had to unplug the telefohone on one side in order to do that.

We recently stayed at YOU & CO. Quart Boutique and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining modern aesthetics with cozy touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also a major plus, with several bus stops and a metro station nearby making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Valencia!

The jacuzzi in the bedroom was amazing. The room was so lovely, I loved the extra special touch of chocolates on the pillow. The staff were lovely and friendly. A lot of attention to detail throughout the whole of the hotel. Exceptional value for Valencia city centre

I understand not wanting glass in the rooms with the jacuzzi, but plastic glasses in the room would have been nicer than drinking fizz out of a mug

I was really really happy with this hotel! First of all, I wrote a note while booking the room where I said that I wanted a nice room with big windows if possible because I will surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. When arriving the very nice lady in the reception told me that everything was done and she even gave us an upgrade. When arriving in the room I saw that they even decorated the room a little bit with balloons, even a Happy Birthday quote on the mirror, and some sweets and cava. I was really really happy and more than satisfied with choosing this hotel! Thank you very much again and hopefully see you soon! :)
