Great location, lovely decor, very quiet rooms at the back of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Roof top bar was not ready for the warm weather. A private function was held at the hotel which guests were not notified about. Hotel bar was out of use for patrons for a whole day and evening drinks. Exceptionally noisy party which meant you could not relax in your room in the afternoon or evening. Disappointing not to be told in advance and lack of consideration for paying guests.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at NH Collection Colón in Valencia. The location is perfect—right between the old town and the newer parts of the city—making it easy to explore everything Valencia has to offer. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and very comfortable. Our room was stylish, quiet, and spotless, with all the little touches that make a stay feel special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations and a warm smile. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day right. We thoroughly enjoyed discovering both the historic charm of the old city and the vibrant, contemporary vibe of the new areas—all within easy reach from the hotel. Highly recommend NH Collection Colón for a relaxing and stylish stay in Valencia!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day. The staff was truly exceptional—friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. A standout for me was the breakfast; it was absolutely amazing! As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I really appreciated how they thoughtfully catered to my needs, offering delicious and safe options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and attention to dietary preferences!

A very nice hotel; perfect location for city tourism in Valencia (close to direct metro station from the airport and walking distance to old town, shopping and all major sights). Staff very helpful, including with restaurant recommendations. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel, with a buffet and a la carte brunch included in the price. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Valencia.

Room cleaning service should have been more attentive; for example: only one pair of slippers was in the room for two guests (had to ask for a second pair), the bottle with shower gel in the room was empty (had to ask for shower gel to be re-filled just so I could take a shower); the coffee cups for the room's Nespresso machine were not properly cleaned. Despite these shortcomings, I still recommend the hotel because of all the positive points mentioned above.

Really lovely spacious room. Big luxurious bathroom. We had everything we needed, shower gel, shampoo conditioner etc, plus make up remover pads, shoe cleaning kit. Was lovely to get some biscuits and a gift of a box of soap. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice both on the cold buffet and the hot choices made to order. We had the smoked salmon with rocket on toast and it was so delicious that had to have it the second day as well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Honestly could not fault it.

Nothing - loved it all

This was an incredible hotel. The staff were lovely and made every effort to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was incredible and really cooked well. There were plenty of options for all dietary requirements. The Hotel was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. The location was ideal and just only a few minutes’ walk from the metro, shops or incredible restaurants. All in all, a perfect and must visit Hotel.

There was nothing not to like. The only disapointment was that we could not stay for longer.

Hotel is in a very central location very close to the old town. Hotel was fabulous and our room was beautiful. We had breakfast included and there was a fabulous selection of juices, cereals, breads, sweet treats, cold meats, yogurt, fruits and cheeses. There was also a hot food menu which had a great selection. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. My daughter and I had a fabulous time 😍.

during the on-line registration I was given an option to choose a room from the empty ones - this made the stay very personal and I was travelling to meet MY room! staff was EXEPTIONALLY friendly. they put disposable all-you-needs (toothbrush, comb, makeup pads etc) in the room. nice hotel and room design!

no vegetables for the breakfast (except the tomato puree), soap and shampoo dispensers were pre-used in our room, toilet brush was missing so I had a fun situation there (but it ended good xD)

Quiet, spacious, attractive, comfortable & well-equipped. V comfortable bed, with bedding changed daily. Attentive staff. Small enough that the staff take an interest in you. Excellent location: close to the Metro but on the edge of the historic old town, most of the major sights are easily walkable.

Only negative: the room didn’t have any drawers to store clothes, only a wardrobe with a couple of free shelves. The rooftop bar is a lovely idea but not if the weather is poor!

Excellent location, fabulous breakfast, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Issue with our room which was solved very quickly and politely. Fabricio, front of house as well as reception staff were excellent!

Our room was a bit dark with only one window. A bit noisy as I am a light sleeper, it was located at the front of the hotel, my fault for not requesting a quiet room! Reception staff did their best to relocate us but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, and the room available was a downgrade and not to our liking.
