Very local location, clean facilities, shower and toilet all work great, you have a little fridge too with two bottles of water inside, hairdryer available, free, speedy WiFi, smart tv, 24/7 access. Can be a bit loud if there are any events happening but businesses downstairs are quite respectful of the residents so you are able to sleep at night without any disturbances. There were some works happening which impacted water and electricity, luckily it didn’t affect us much, just occasional glitches with electricity which resumed within a second. They have an elevator too if you need it but be careful not to get stuck in it.

We liked everything however It can feel a bit cold in the apartments in winter so you may need to pack some extra layers, they do have an air con in the room but we didnt use it, however the duvets are really warm. Outside can be a bit loud because of how local it is.

It wat a good place to stay, central located, pretty clean, nice smell, good mattress and pillows, nice shower and a TV with Netflix.

We needed some glasses in the bathroom for toothpaste and toothbrush, also some glasses or cups in the room and a coffee maker/kettle for tea in the morning (evening). The "deluxe room" was actually the smallest on the 2-nd floor....so, I wasn't very happy with that. It was ok but this 4pm check in is pretty inconvenient for someone who wants to explore the city in 3 days, considering the fact that there is no reception desk or luggage room. I don't think I would go back.

Located in the centre of Valencia, close to Xativa subway station and train station Estacio del Norte. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Main square of Valencia within walking distance. The City of Arts and Sciences 15 minutes tram ride away. Modern room, on the small side though, but god enough for a short stay with not much luggage. Complimentary 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Free coffe in the hall.

Since the property is located in the centre of Valencia there is lot of noise coming from the street (we could hear it even on the 5th floor), but this is the price you pay staying in a busy and lively centre of the city. Even though rooms are quite new and modern, the building has an old and slow elevator for 1 person/140 kg only.

Arrived late after 9pm in middle of thunder storm. The door codes whatsapp message had "disappeared" so asked for it to be resent. The outer door instruction read "Left.number.tick". We didnt understand "left" so had to ring. "Left door" would have saved having to do that. 6th floor room a fair way on stairs but we did it. Lift for 1 but there was 2 of us. Room drains smelt a bit but it wore off with window open. Otherwise all was great and trouble free.

The kitchenette was lovely, cosy and useful. The hotel is located in a central area, which was very convenient. The staff also handled our concerns very professionally.

Due to frequent power cuts, the lift was not functioning properly, which meant we had to climb up and down four flights of stairs. Additionally, the lift was quite small and could only accommodate two people at a time.

The room was really modern, clean and great air con, clean bathroom. Location was amazing, we could walk to everything and loved being so central. This is a digital motel, so there is no reception service, and they communicated around this super well and the process was really easy.

The room is extremely small. We could only just move around each other around our bags.

The location is excellent. The air conditioning worked well. There was a balcony. It was extremely clean.

I didn’t realise that it was a totally digital hotel. You check in via a link from booking.com. Initially I was reluctant as this was my first time staying in a hotel with no reception. However the link was secure, I received the codes on time and the hotel responded to any of my questions.

Room was comfy, clean and right off the main square and 2 mins walk from Xativa metro station. There were good tea and coffee facilities on 4th and 5th floor

The lift wasnt great and there were no drawers in the room so storage of clothes was a little difficult

The hotel has a great location. It is in the city Center and at walking distance from other area of the city. Well connected to the metro that reaches the airport and to buses to go to the marina side and to other attractions. Room was clean, very comfortable pillows. There is available a coffee machine and coffee pads.

Amazing stay, very clean and in perfect location. Very easy to enter the property and 24/7 support from staff in necessary.

The mini fridge wasn’t working properly - it wasn’t too much of a dealbreaker for me though as everything else was perfect.
