Nice central location, yet fairly quiet as the hotel is on a pedestrian side street. Comfortable, tidy and clean as expected. Did the job of providing a base to explore the town from, but nothing special to write home about.

There is no staff on site, and you check-in using an automatic terminal. This in itself is fine, as long as it works. However, the staff are responsive on the phone if there is anything urgent, and fairly responsive in WhatsApp for anything more casual. The cardboard features in the ceiling in the lobby - although cute - seemed like a fire hazard. Drinks supplies were not always stocked with the daily cleaning.

The room was in the heart of the town, you can walk to the main attractions easily. The place provides you with all the essentials in the room and daily cleaning service. The entrance hall provides you with a water dispenser and lockers all we found to be very useful. We could store our luggage in the lockers after check out, which was very nice.

I found the registration at the entrance complicated given the fact I had already given our details with an online form.

Location is really great, our room was very comfortable and big. People from contact center was helpful and nice.

It is a bit inconvenient when there is no reception, we missed that part. The selection of TV channels in the room is very bad and needs to be improved. The hygiene in the room is ok, but they cleaned our room only once in three days - they simply forgot. Be careful in the toilet, it's very slippery, I had a serious fall and hit my back and head - I think the building shook - luckily no injuries. Taking all this in consideration, price shall be lower.

My stay was fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. I arrived early and was pleased to find I could leave my luggage at the office, where the property managers were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even had my room ready before the official check-in time, allowing me to settle in earlier than expected, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was excellent: spacious, modern, and equipped with great A/C. Located in a prime neighborhood right in the city center, everything I needed was within walking distance. Despite being so central, the room was quiet, and I enjoyed a very peaceful stay. Every staff member I encountered, from the managers to the cleaning team, was extremely friendly. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

Amazing location, can’t fault it, super sized rooms with stunning decor. This is not a hotel though so be prepared for self check in ( tip- you need your ID including for minors!!!). If possible, check in in advance! And request a second key card as using one is tricky as it operates the room facilities and the lift. That said, would choose again in a heartbeat.

Clean, functional, scandi style rooms. Loved the simplicity of the bathrooms. Rooms had everything you need including hairdryer, USB charging points, coffee pods for the morning, full length mirror in wardrobe, clean towels and Rituals soap/shampoo. Location is fantastic if you want to be in the thick of it (especially during Fallas festival) Quick walk to travel links.

Passport wouldn't scan for check in so took a short while to enter all the details - while it was nice not having to speak to anyone, perhaps a human would have been helpful. I like to ask hotel staff for recommendations, so you're missing a personal touch in some aspects. Very loud when others are walking past your room but it wasn't disruptive and didn't keep me up.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The staff was kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peace and quiet – a perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation. The hotel’s location is ideal, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to make the stay pleasant.

We liked the location, also we didn’t see any other people at the property. If you needed any help the staff were on hand, very helpful.

We didn’t like the set up initially, we couldn’t find the hotel. However we got off the train too early and walked 30 minutes, it was midday very hot and this was quite stressful. The staff came and met us near by and escorted us which was greatly appreciated. Once we got used to the system of how the door works on arriving and leaving we loved it.

Really nice hotel for a stay in Valencia! :). The hotel is located right in the city centre so it’s perfect for visiting and exploring. Moreover it is new, modern and has everything you need for an amazing stay: - really comfortable beds - coffee machine + coffee tabs - fully equipped bathroom - fresh bottles of water everyday - we had a late flight and the hotel stuff offered us free lockers to store our luggage for the day. The check in process was a bit complicated (our online check in form hadn’t gone through for some reason). But after contacting the staff they were able to help.
