Property is in a great location, walking distance to the heart of Valencia & also close to Xativa Metro station where you can catch the train to the airport & the beach. The hotel is not the fanciest place but it was very clean & the breakfast offering which was included in the room rate was really good.

Walls are very thin so you can hear people chatting & coughing etc very clearly from the next room.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Hotel has great location: just couple of minutes of walking to main attractions, not far from train and metro stations, plenty of caffe around. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially gentlemen at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very decent breakfast with selection of ham, cheese, pastries, yaourts, fruits, eggs, juices etc. Room was spacious, had comfortable beds and pillows, and good shower. The only downside we found during 5 days stay is poor soundproofing. If you have neighbours with children or with loud voices, you will hear everything.

Location was excellent. Within easy walking distance of the sights of the old town and the plaza de ayuntamiento and just a few hundred yards from the Xativa metro station with connections to the airport . The room was comfortable and clean , shower worked well . Breakfast was simple but fresh - plenty of fruit, breads, cheeses and cold meats . The staff were without exception pleasant and helpful the whole time - putting up with our faltering Spanish and then speaking good English if required.

It’s a small simple hotel so it doesn’t have a restaurant or any kind of spa/ pool etc but we knew that in advance so didn’t expect that. There is a kettle provided in the room to make tea/ coffee but at least in our room there wasn’t a convenient plug for it and so we had to use one next to the bed or in the bathroom. Some reviews have complained about noise from neighbouring rooms - we stayed during the fallas so there was a lot of noise outside the room in the street but again we expected that . On the nights we stayed after the fallas had ended we didn’t hear noise from the street or from other rooms.

The hotel is centrally located, with shops, cafes and bars nearby, and it's within a five-minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was adequate, though limited offering for hot food. Overall, a very clean hotel, and some of the reception staff were friendly and helpful in offering directions to the main sites and restaurants.

The only downside was the twin room overlooking a rather depressing dark inner courtyard. When we asked for a room at the front of the hotel, we were informed by hotel receptionist that all rooms were booked out and only double or family rooms had a city view! It meant that the room was very dark with no natural light during the daytime. While the beds were very comfortable, it's just as well that extra blankets were provided since the twin room was on the chilly side (no wonder as it gets no light due to a chilly inner courtyard!)

The location was excellent situated in the Old Town so the majority of the sites we wanted to visit were in walking distance. The room was big enough for us, cleaned every day and although a bit noisy outside the soundproofing on the windows was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a constantly renewed supply of meats, cheese, fruits, cereals, scrambled eggs, toast etc etc Oh and the cakes - wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but a special mention must go to Leonardo who was our perfect host.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great. Breakfast was exceptional with the best tortilla I've had for a long time. Bathroom was spacious and very modern. There was safe for all our precious belongings. Good amount of plugs around the room which is needed these days with so many electronic devices.

It can be a bit loud but we found all the guests respectful, just walls a bit thin which is normal in Spain. Bed was ok but not the most comfortable. The only thing that was really missing for us was coffee. There was a kettle and tea bags in the room but no coffee.

We enjoy our stay, great hotel. Room is perfect dor a couple. Very clean, smells good, we breakfast was very complete with good coffee orange juice and a varierty of bread, fruits, yogurt.

Lovely room quite compact but ideal for me a solo travel. The staff in particular Martina, so welcoming, advised for local places to eat and supplied a map with instructions on how to find various locations I needed to get to. A credit to the hotel. Had breakfast once great selection and staff working very hard with a full room, very friendly.

The walls were quite thin, once could clearly hear toilet being used then being flushed. Television from. another room, late in the evening whilst in bed. Minor annoyance I was so tired after walking all day didn’t stop me from sleeping!

The location is 5 minutes walk from the Xtravia Metro station - 20 mins from the airport. The old town sights and restaurants are an easy walk away from the hotel and there are plenty of bakeries near by if you don't want to spend €10 per person on the Hotel buffet (which looked very good). Our room was very quiet with an excellent shower, WiFi, Kettle and Fridge. The aircon is helpful when really hot. Opposite the Hotel is a supermarket and two minutes away is a Granier bakery.

A bit more help from reception on arrival to explain the sights, provide a map etc. would be nice.
