Very easy check in process, and very good communication with the staff. There were a couple of free to use storage lockers for suitcases which was very handy as we didn't have to leave until late afternoon.The room was very clean and had everything for a short stay. The location was very good, close to Carmen and the train station. Considering the location it was very quiet, we would certainly stay again.

Location was amazing for a València city break. Walk a few minutes and you can find everything.

Advertised as with parking- but was a public to pay car park. View from the balcony. It was facing a wall of apartments. But was a nice surprise finding the balcony from the dining area.

The location was great, within walking distance of any points of interest: restaurants, bars, shops and public transport. The apartment is furnished with modern pieces, very airy and quiet. Well maintained as well. We really appreciated the communication with the owner. He helped us with every kind of information we needed. As a bonus, if you arrive earlier, there are 2 lockers where you can deposit the luggage, if they are free. Otherwise, there is a locker 50 m away from the building.

The location was terrific, and the flat's looks, it was stylish and modern.

Being a flat or apartment, you expect certain amenities like paper towels, napkins, dishwasher liquid, and more than just two coffee pods, given that we were two adults staying for two nights. Another thing that bothered me a little was that the flat was not thoroughly cleaned, and the shower clogged up the very first night. I stayed and didn't complain because I had no time to waste claiming or complaining over WhatsApp with God knows who. Don't get me wrong, I liked the place, but it could improve those little things.

Good, comfortable base for a short stay in Valencia. Excellent location quite near train station, city centre, old town, bars, restaurants, etc all within few minutes walk. Good communication from hosts and ease of access via provided code in advance. (No reception and never saw any staff apart from cleaners but not a problem in any way.). Reasonably furnished and appointed apartment to enjoy a short time in Valencia.

Nothing to complain about. (For information- the Google maps street view (June 2024) of the premises entrance must be older than when converted to apartments and does not look the same as it is currently. This initially caused some confusion for us beforehand when trying to locate the address before concluding the entrance must look different now to that shown. The address provided is definitely correct and was easy to find. There is a Voghe sign beside door. Just thought should mention in case anyone else has same confusion.)

Very spacious apartment in the heart of Valencia. All major attractions were within walking distance. Luggage storage was a big plus to us! Very easy and friendly communication with hosts.

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner - especially the shower. There were still used shower gel and shampoo bottles in it when we checked in. The sofa in the living room needs proper cleaning or replacement - it was stained and had some small holes in it.

It’s very much in the center so most tourist spots are accessible in 10-20 mins! They also have 2 luggage lockers which was very helpful for us as our flight home was in the late afternoon and we could store it inside even after checkout.

The bathroom sink was pooling and also it could use a built in shower caddy as there’s nowhere to put the toiletries in the shower. And unfortunately, the neighbours on top of us were very noisy, but I liked how the staff managed it by giving them a warning.

Perfect location - many of the main sights are within walking distance, and the metro station is also nearby. Valenbisi (bike rental) stations are close as well. It is very easy to get there from the airport. Very clean.

A dish drying rack would have been a useful addition to the kitchen set up, otherwise it was nicly equipped. I especially liked the tableware :)

Lovely apartment, great location. Easy to find and check in was easy No noise from the streets nearby. Sofa bed and bed was comfortable. Showers lovely and warm.

There was 1 mirror in the apartment above the sink, would be nice if longer mirror was added to bedroom or living room. Being a group of girls We found these in the hallway so not that useful when getting ready

Location , Location , Location ... no parking garage as we pick an location with parking ( they need fix this as the location do not offer garage ) , everything else is just as describe . I will definitely come back .

Noise from rooms next to us , the means they need install time frame to start noise and finish , also the clean staff start work to early with vacuum and talking , they need to respect the costumer and clients who to sleep a little more .
