Spacious room, comfortable bed, hotel location near the center within walking distance in 15 minutes, terrace on the roof of the hotel.

There was a fairly good selection for breakfast, but vegetables (tomatoes, grated carrots, olives, sliced ​​cucumbers) were placed in very small bowls each. The bowls was the size of one, or two serving, and there was only one bowl of tomatoes, one bowl of grated carrots, one bowl of olives etc... So if someone took one serving, there was nothing left for the next person. The staff occasionally replenished the bowls, but only once in a while, so if someone for example took the tomatoes, more appeared maybe half an hour later. Also on the hotel's rooftop terrace was impossible to have a drink, because nobody from staff was there (at the moment, when I was there). Some hotel guests brought their own drink from outside and they sit there and drink it with a nice view of the city.

The hotel is located in a relatively central area, which we appreciated. There's even an El Corte Inglés right next door. Additionally, it's only about 50 meters from the long park that runs through Valencia, which is very peaceful. The Botanical Garden is just a 10–15-minute walk away. Some highlights include the rooftop terrace, which features a gym and an indoor pool with panoramic views. Another nice touch is the option to decline housekeeping in exchange for a drink voucher at the bar. We liked this idea, although in only one out of three cases were the vouchers left in the room — for the others, we had to request them at reception. Breakfast was interesting, with some local touches that we enjoyed.

On the downside, the hotel is not renovated and shows visible signs of wear. The style is outdated, and the doors creak. Door handles are also awkward to use. We did appreciate that the room had a small hallway and two doors between the bed and the corridor, but sound insulation was very poor. You can hear everything — neighbors opening taps, talking, flushing the toilet. We had trouble falling asleep each night due to the noise, so we recommend using earplugs. For instance, we were once woken up by a neighbor’s phone vibrating.

This is a lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff in every area.Very comfortable beds. Bathroom clean and well appointed although emptying the bath flooded the floor and soaked the clothes that I had dropped there.(maintenence man arrived quickly)Breakfast absolutely brilliant and food and drinks in the cafeteria excellent

I had specifically asked if the pool would be open in May. I had an email confirming it would be. .A couple of days before we were due Booking. com sent an email which had a message hidden at the very end saying the pool would be closed due to coronavirus!! we persevered with the visit and were told on arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance..as it happened we still very much enjoyed our stay ..no further mention of coronavirus!!!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Valencia. The location is perfect. It is in the city center, but the street is quiet. You can walk to the main sights and the Bioparc (it took around 20-30 minutes walk). The breakfast is very good. There are hot meals, fresh pastries, fruits, cold cuts, coffee, tea, and even wine. The room was big and comfortable. From the upper floors, you can see the old city and the mountains. The view is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym, swimming pool, and sauna are free. It is all included in the price. This hotel is a great place to enjoy your time in Valencia!

I asked some questions twice from the Booking before arrival and the administration answered me in one hour after our check-in. So, I already found answers by myself...

Nice, big hotel, a lot of staff and they were very nice and helpful. Room was big and had additional bed for the kid. Bathroom was clean and nice, had some extras like audio and additional warm up. Pool was nice especially for the summer. When we visited water was really cold because they just closed it for winter but when I called they made sure and warmed it up on the next day.

It is a bit overused already - there are some small things to be fixed like a small hole in the window curtain - not hard to fix but looks bad. Pool was really cold but when I complained they turned the warm water and it was fine the next day :)

Staff were really friendly and recommended their favourite restaurants nearby which were all excellent. The breakfast was fresh each morning with a large selection on offer. Rooms were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk from the centre which was safe. There was a shopping centre a short walk around the corner which was very convenient.

The bar in the lobby did not offer a lot of drink options and staff had to be called via a bell to serve.

Location was great, 20 mins to centre of old town, shopping centre just around the corner. Rooms had good and quiet air con, were clean and good lay-out. We were a little concerned there'd be noise from next door bus/coach station as our window faced onto it, but it was fine. Pool was fun - too small for swimming but lovely for an end of day dip, and didn't need many of you for a good atmosphere!

The rooms were clean, and it was nice that there was a terrace where you could enjoy dinner and drinks. I found the food to be very nice for a hotel restaurant. They offered a BBQ a few nights a week. which was very tasty. The pool was perfect for a dip in the morning or in the evening after a busy day sightseeing.

The pool is a nice size for a dip in the morning or evening after a busy day sightseeing, but if you plan to use the pool as a 'resort style pool' for sunbath all day and swim laps this isn't the right size pool for this. The pool could be monitored a little better to keep it clean and tidy, along with the pool toilets.

We had a very lovely stay. It was our first vacation with our baby, and everything was perfect. The room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Baby Cot had a firm mattress as well. Our daughter slept very well. The bathroom provided all the necessary things, shampoo, body lotion, soap, shower gel, and conditioner. Also, the hairdryer was very, very good. Breakfast, we didn't take it, so i could not tell anything about it, but we took dinner with room service, and it was delicious. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over the city. It was a perfect spot for morning coffee. There is a swimming pool as well, it's a small size, but the water was very, very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walkable to the city centre , near the park and also there is a shopping centre next to it. We will come back for sure.

One thing that we found very strange was that the duvet didn't have a duvet cover (as a case). It was only rolled in two bed sheets. So, while you are sleeping, you can remove the sheets easily and cover yourself only with the duvet, which i believe they don't change it on every check in, or wash it regularly.

The hotel is good and very quite also clean.

At my second day in the hotel a guest opened my room and in using her own card it was embarrassing moment to me as I was naked. I called the receptionist to know how it was possible but to my surprise they told me I was supposed to immediately check out as I had one day sleep yet I had booked and paid 5 days. To me it was not normal I went straight to reception to show my receipt and booking code they confirmed and let me back to room but find the card disabled I went again down for activation. My take is the hotel should be more serious and apologize to clients when they make mistakes. Pls don’t display this
