Check-in process was super easy, the apartmant was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that we had two different pillows (one regular and one with memory foam). The location is also very good, 15 minutes walk from the center.

We didn’t get the exact same apartment we booked, this one was on the ground floor, right next to the noisy street, which made it hard for us to leave during the night. There could have been more kitchen utensils (spatula, for example). It would have been nice if there was a cotton kitchen cloth too, not just a spongy one for wiping the surface.

Hotel is streamlined and efficient. Nice to have a kitchenette in the room. Nothing particularly fancy, but they've gone after the "e"-model with no front desk, no breakfast, no service, etc. Once I adjusted to this fact, it worked out fine.

This "e" concept (i.e. so-called "Smart"-concept) is not so great. I prefer the personal touch of real people, to have someone at the front desk, etc. Fortunately, I made contact with the hotel staff-worker (in an office somewhere) before she left for the day at 6pm. She came to meet me at the door and gave me the code to enter. Otherwise (i.e. a little later), I would have been digging around in front of a locked hotel looking for phone numbers and web sites to figure out how to get in. Beyond that, nothing really went wrong during my stay so I survived without the need for any further interaction.

Awesome stay near park, city center and botanic garden. The stay was super clean and actually brand-new with a nice view to Turia park and palms. Location has very good access to all public transport to travel around Valencia or even by foot everything is quite close. Apartments have a reception, own gym and cowork in progress. Our stay was during Fallas festival and the windows have good sound-proofing so we did not hear any noise even our little 2yo slept well. Also the curtains are darkening for a nice skeep. Well equipped kitchen has all you need.

The room was big with good storage space, the kitchen was fully equipped although we did not cook, they have a gym which is just getting set up but was good to be able to use the equipment, it is accessible as there was a lift, rooms were quiet so was good because we could not hear our neighbours, station to the city centre was close by and we got to check in early. Would recommend for a quick, short trip to Valencia. Rooms were quite clean.

Not super close to centre if you want to walk but 30 minutes wasn’t too bad for us, we were told someone would be at reception to check us in at 10:30 but nobody was there so waited around for quite a bit, coffee pods in the room weren’t great, did not feel super safe walking around (for two young women) especially at night.

The hotel was unexpectedly wonderful! Location: close to the metro, the city center, and an incredible park. The room was very comfortable, with everything you might need. The bed was sooo comfy! The ladies at the reception were lovely and very welcoming, but in general, you can check in and stay without any contact with the staff at all—just open your room with a card on your phone. Overall, the conditions were much better than in other hotels I've seen for the same price. I'm planning to stay here again next year.

The accommodation is nicely situated on the Turia park. Very nice when you have a dog. It’s a good room with everything you need. Small point of improvement, bigger towels in the bathroom and something to dry the dishes.

Everything, the apartment, the facility, the location, the staff and the environment. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend for family with children.

The fire alarm went off with the steam of the shower. Our room was next to the street and at street level, so it was a bit noisy. For the check in we had to try it 3 times apparently there was a problem with the link.

There was one night when my phone key didn’t worked. Seems like someone didn’t updated it. I was left outside for a long time before being able to enter the apartment at night.
