Clean, all the needed appliances were in place, the communication was easy. It is well situated with two large stores, coffee shops and on a walking distance from the city centre. Subway is few minutes away so it is very easy to get to the property from the airport. Even if you fly in at night the L150 bus can get you near the apartments. The check-in and check-out are based on codes with no human interaction so if the apartment is cleaned and ready you can enter at any time. Convenient public transport to beach, Science museum and Oceanographic, 25 min walk to Bioparc.

Small wardrobe.

Large, impersonal and quiet apartment in a group of remotely managed ones. Convenient location at 15-20 minutes walk from the town center. Several shops in the area. Essential, comfortable, Ikea-like furniture (including. two large sofas) and complete set of appliances. Electric windows and good wifi connection. The remote management was kind and responsive in fixing (with good will and partial success) a small but a bit annoying problem with both soap dispensers in the bathroom.

Only two windows; large (ground-ceiling) but opening toward a modest, elevated, and not accessible inner court. Undersized ventilation in the bathroom.

The apartment was clean and good value for Valencia (considering accommodation in peak season is very pricey in the city). The hosts were easily available for any queries. The automated check-in worked well and we much prefer that than having to coordinate meeting someone in person. The kids loved the bunk bed. The kitchen didn't have a lot of utensils - it was fine for a couple of days as we didn't need to cook but would be tricky to cook a full meal. It was very handy having a Consum supermarket round the corner - we parked there to unload and reload the luggage as it was closer than the car park down the road.

Street parking was impossible to find and the commercial parking down the road was a bit far to take all the luggage back and forth, although it was amazing value at only 7 euros a day!!! We sorted the luggage issue by doing some shopping at Consum and using their car park temporarily. The location isn't right in the tourist area of the city centre, but it was about a 20 minute walk which was still manageable.

Great localization, 20 min walking to the city centre, close to them metro station and bus stops. In the same building huge Consum (supermarket) with everything you might need, open till 10 pm. A lot of tiny cafeteries and bars arround, clean and safety part of the city. The apartement is spacious, comfortable and nice, IKEA furnitured. Clean bathroom, many towels, soaps and other. Easy contact with the owner (by app).

If you spend more time inside than outside the apartment, you might be disappointed by the window view :) In hot nights the sound of working AC could be a problem - but we didn't check that. Sometimes the neighbors are noisy - happens - you never know who you will share the wall with :)

Spacious family room , fairly close to the old town and near a metro - hot powerful shower - very clean and beds were very comfortable.

1-It was not possible to get onto the WiFi on the first two evenings - the last night was intermittent. 2-You could here the waste water ie toilet flushing and shower water draining away, quite loudly from neighbouring rooms however apart from these 2 things everything else was very good - would definitely recommend.

Nice spacious apartment, well equiped and clean, very comfortable for 7 days stay. Great location - 20 min walk to the city centre, 5 min walk to metro station and supermarket just around the corner. Very nice and helpful host, excellent communication. Checking in/out process was super easy. Also, there is a luggage room available which was very convinient since our flight was in the evening.

We really had a great time here. The studios are very clean and quiet. There is a small and well equipped kitchen. The location is very communicative, close to a station of the metro from the airport and various bus stops. Its on a walking distance to the center. It is very comfortable that there is a separate room for luggage if you arrive earlier or depart later. The staff was very kind.

Very well located flat with all necessities, next to supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and many other shops. 15min walk to city centre!

There was a construction the first two days with a lot of noise. Nonetheless, the staff was very nice and helpful to make our stay comfortable considering the situation! I would recommend the property.

10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town, 4 minutes from metro station on the airport metro line, still in a quiet street. Plenty of restaurants nearby visited by locals, not tourist traps.

Maybe the WiFi could be a bit stronger but basically this is a very good apartment for a decent price, would rent it again.

The apartment is nice and clean. Access is easy because the instructions are really clear. The owners are very friendly, as they often ask if everything is okay.

The air conditioning in the apartment didn't work well because it was dirty, and the windows don't open fully, so it gets really hot in the apartment. It's hard to find parking around the apartment.
