The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location in the old town. You could easily walk to all the sites in the old town or get out further into Valencia as bus stops were easy to walk to. Our apartment was well equipped and with a Carrefour Express round the corner and a pizza place across the road it was set up for cook in, eat take away or go out as there are loads of restaurants in easy walking distance. The layout and space was perfect for a family. The staff were really helpful and accommodating when our plans changed and we needed to arrive out of hours and suddenly needed a parking space too. They were also great with providing tips, a map and a new bottle opener when needed! 😃

One of the a/c units was playing up and we reported on departure as we hadn't needed it after arrival. It looked like it hadn't been working properly for a while as the skirting board was damaged from dripping water.

The location of the property was excellent. The communication and response of the management was excellent. The apartment was roomy and spacious; the A/C was very good; and the “extras” like espresso packets, sugar, spices, mini-croissants, etc was excellent. The lighting in the bathroom (a particular concern of my wife’s) was exceptional, and the shower was very good. The balconies and overview of the street “action” were very good, and natural lighting was nice.

The counter space in the kitchen area is too limited. We had a leak from the A/C the first night, and although management addressed the issue immediately, it was an inconvenience to have the workmen spend time to fix an issue that should never have been an issue. The microwave and toaster were originally stacked on one end of the counter, but removed when the workmen had to address the A/C leak. They never returned to clean up or put the appliances back on the counter. That was the only thing that allowed sufficient counter space to prepare small snacks and meals. Otherwise, there wasn’t space to use the cutting board because whenever we put it on the counter stove top, warning lights for the burners came on, making it impossible to use that as additional counter space.

We had a lovely stay at this flat. - Location: Perfectly situated! The flat was close to public transport, local cafes, and within walking distance of the historic centre. We loved exploring the neighborhood—it had a great mix of local charm and convenience. - Room: Spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the interior felt well-maintained. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like a small welcome pack. - Breakfast: While breakfast wasn’t included at the flat, there were several great cafés nearby that served delicious pastries and strong coffee.

One thing to keep in mind: we visited during a particularly hot period in Valencia, and while the living room had air conditioning, the bedroom did not. Even with the door open, the AC struggled to cool the entire space. It wasn’t unbearable, but it might be challenging for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to heat during summer months.

Super central location - nearby the old city! Walking everywhere is possible but we rented some scooters around the corner which made it very easy to get around the city. The building itself is really beautiful and the apartments are clean. The reception was super helpful and nice - they even let my husband take a shower after the Valencia marathon even though we had already checked out. Would definitely recommend this for a city trip to Valencia!

There are doorbells outside the apartment doors and two days in a row we had someone ringing the doorbell in the middle of the night (assuming it was another guest who was confused about the apartment numbers). And you are in the city center so it could be a bit noisy on the streets at night but still possible to sleep.

The location was amazing. Central to everything. The secret restaurant Terrace was incredible. Delicious food! Lots of amenities in the kitchen. The mattress was comfortable and so were the pillows, though Lots of good lighting and little tables and plugs in the right spot.

It took a minute to figure out the air conditioning. The AC does not reach the bedroom very well, so we bought a fan. The parking underground was very difficult to navigate. Tiny spots and tight turns. A pain to get in and out of the parking garage. The bedsheets were not very soft.

I chose the loft apartment because it had a washing machine. That was really helpful. The cleaning ladies were very good. The bed was very comfortable.

Because the floors are tile, it would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up from time to time. Also, I would have liked to use the outdoor common area in the back of the building, but it seemed to be where all of the smokers went.

The location is amazing if you want to be in the old town. The lobby is beautiful, as are the very large doors. Staff we informative and friendly. The apartment for 5 of us was a great size and had everything you could want.

The apartment had a bad smell, which we couldn't locate, which was attempted to be masked with scented sticks around the apartment. It was an unpleasant, musky smell. There isn't a lot of insulation or soundproofing in these old buildings, and with tiled floors, we were kept up until late by chairs scraping on the floor and voices. Stay on the top floor if you get the choice.

The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to many places of interest, cafes and restaurants. The building and foyer area is very charming and full of character. We had the loft apartment, and it was a very comfortable size, and handy to have a washing machine.

Unfortunately the guests in the apartment above us were extremely noisy!! Apparently it was a Hens Party and furniture was being constantly dragged across the floor until approximately 11pm, until they left the apartment for the night. Even though it stated in our rules that parties were strictly forbidden and no noise after 9pm. As well as the loud yelling, thumping and furniture noise, the pipes running through the apartment in a cavity in the kitchen were constantly thumping from the numerous and long showers taken by the guests above! Fortunately those guests were only there for our 1st night, but the pipes were still noisy when being used.

We had a wonderful stay in Valencia! The apartment was in an excellent location and offered everything we needed for a perfect trip. It had 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area where we could all relax together. Although there was no open terrace, the apartment was very cozy, with perfect beds, large pillows, and blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep. There was also a lovely view from the terrace space. We truly enjoyed every moment here — a 10/10 experience!

The apartment was nice size (except the kitchen is small). It is a strangely laid out hotel. It is relatively close to most sites, but you will have to walk a lot. Most import was Guillermo in the reception area. He works to solve all issues quickly and to satisfy the customer. For instance when our plane was going to be late in the day he allowed us to sit in this huge space they have across from the office and read.

The kitchen tap needs to be replaced. Also the size of the kitchen is way too small to do any real cooking.
