We spent three nights at Hotel Palacio Vallier in Valencia – and honestly, it’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. Our room (and that heavenly bed!) felt like sleeping on clouds. Everything worked flawlessly, was refreshed daily, and the cleanliness? Absolute Champions League – even the scent throughout the hotel was on point. The rooftop bar is a hidden gem, and the location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of everything. What really stood out, though, was the thoughtful attention to detail: great partnerships with flamenco shows, bike rentals, and insider restaurant tips. And when we mentioned our engagement, they surprised us with a small gift – totally unexpected and incredibly kind. Huge compliments to the team – true hospitality at its finest. This place has set a new standard.

There were two gentlemen in white shirts who did an absolutely outstanding job, but unfortunately, they weren’t wearing name tags. We’d love for you to pass along our compliments and let them know how much we appreciated their exceptional service – they truly made a difference!

The hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building overlooking the main square — truly a stunning setting. The room was beautiful and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate. It’s always a priority for me when booking, and I’m not sure how this detail was missed. Additionally, the room cleaning did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. Considering the high prices — well above the average for Valencia, even among five-star hotels — you would expect a flawless experience.

Incredible experience, all members of the personal are always smiling, like they enjoy being there. They are doing their job perfectly and makes you feel welcomed. Thank you ! Location is exactly in the middle of old town, they manage everything if you are coming with a car. The hotel is perfectly clean all the time and the breakfast delicious, I recommend to choose the breakfast when you make the reservation. I will return to Valencia just to stay again in this hotel.

Breakfast was superb, all the hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Location couldn't be better, right in the historic centre, but tucked around a corner. Everywhere was walkable, and the riverbed park was a short stroll away. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus. Lovely place to take in the views with a drink. Our room was kept immaculate throughout our stay.

I really don't like glass doors on bathrooms and toilets, even though the glass was frosted. Didn't like the toilet being separate from the bathroom wihout its own handbasin. Constantly having to go from one to the other to wash hands. Other than that, a really lovely spacious room.

From the moment we walked through the door, to the minute we left it could not have been a more perfect stay. The staff are exceptional, so helpful and thoughtful. I love the fact breakfast is off a menu and NOT a buffet, so much more sophisticated. The room was perfect, the view from the roof terrace sublime and the location could not be better. It was my birthday while I was staying there and the staff went above and beyond to make my day so very special and memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be going back.

I think my only suggestion, as a woman, is a full length mirror is always nice, but not essential in the bedroom. Other than that, I cannot fault this hotel at all.

From the moment we stepped into the front doors the extraordinary experience bagan. We were greeted by two members of staff who took care of everything for us. Parked our car, organised our luggage, provided us a welcome drink. Our room was lush! So beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom products were divine. The staff gave us the best recommendations for places to eat - do ask them, they will be so helpful! Breakfast was an extraordinary 4 course al a carte affair - very delicious and friendly service. We didn't want to leave! But alas we had to and the friendliness continued as they packed our car and made sure we had something to drink for our journey. Honestly, do yourself a favour, there is no better place to stay in Valencia.

I can't imagine anything could be better!

This is our second time staying at Vallier; it’s an excellent hotel in the most perfect location for a date night out in old town Valencia. The staff are amazing; they meet you with smiles and offer you a drink during check in. The fact that they noticed that it was my birthday, and left me a birthday surprise at the room was incredibly kind. The hotel is set in a beautiful building, and the rooms are clean and elegant. The marble bathroom is amazing! Love it here, and will be back again 100%

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in (and we have stayed in very many over the years). It is as beautiful on the outside as it is inside. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The room was lovely, well equipped with a great view out on the square in front, which looked stunning at nighttime when the surrounding buildings and area were lit up. One very tiny gripe would be that the water in the shower was very temperamental, going hot and cold when you were in there - a very minor hiccup! Would definitely stay there again.

A standout of this property was the staff - upon arrival, they welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Everytime we entered or exited the hotel we were greeted by the staff. They even organised a taxi for our airport transfer upon very short notice. We cannot praise them enough, all the staff were amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean, we really felt at home. Additionally, the hotel is located in an amazing spot - right in the middle of the old town… plenty of things to do and places to eat. Very authentic area and was such an amazing experience for our first time in Spain.
