Room and bathroom were very clean, bed was large and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and provided useful information and answered requests. Public transport networks from the property were very good so although it is out of the way it is very easy to get around Valencia.

Room itself didn’t have a mirror and there was no bedside light or safe of any kind. The property was quite far away from the centre making it difficult to get back from late nights.

A nice room (our was India) and spacious bathroom. A very large and comfortable bed. Room cleaned every day, bed cloth changed every 3 days. Bus stop very near and the bus (No. 60) goes right to the historical center (15-20 minutes). A good cafetería for breakfast nearby. Quiet area if the room has windows to patio.

Almost everything OK. Although there's no table, for a few days it's OK. At first I was surprised by self-check but it was easy. The only little drawback - walls are not very "soundproof", so sometimes one can hear speech/sound from neighbouring room.

- Room size - contact with reception staff only via WhatsApp - per friendly - location with a lot of shops around - after we asked the girl next door to put down her music we had a good night of sleep (I wouldn't install TV on hotels to avoid people turning it too loud)

- Toilet bowl placed too close to wall (we had to seat crooked) - shower area too small despite the bathroom been big - base of columns/statues too wide, we stumbled on them several times - tobacco stink came into the room from the outside, we had to keep the windows closed most of the time - it was not too easy to find a parking spot in the area. Next time we will go to a private parking.

The hotel is good located, there are 2 bus stations in the proximity, so you can access easily the city center and the train station. We had to get very early to the airport, so we took a taxi which costed ca. 25€, otherwise it takes ca. 1 h to get there. The rooms are very interesting decorated. Facilities simple, it's not the newest anymore. The bed was big and comfortable. The room + bathroom were very clean. In the hallway there is a machine, you can buy drinks, snacks and coffee, tea. Communication with the stuff was easy, they gave a lot of tips. All in all we were satisfied with the hotel.

The room had a desk, a chair, some shelving and dresser space, and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is too fun - we were in the Babylon Room - and loved the kitsch. The reception person, in our case it was Belen, was fantastically helpful - giving us so many tips of what to do nearby and in the city, and overall was absolutely wonderful. The room was large, and the bathroom was large, and had a great shower.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff and I loved the commodity of the self check-in.

Everything was good except it was difficult to get hot water to shower. I had to leave it running for around 5 minutes and I don't like to waste water.

The Rooms are tastefully decorated in different styles from cultures around the World, ours was the Indonesian Style. The Bed was very comfy, staff are great and helpful. Highly recommend for you next visit to Valencia.

It's a little far away from the centre, but there are several busses nearby

3 things we valued the most: 1. Parking - free, really nearby; you get instructions before arrival (it's not the hotel's parking, though) 2. Location not too far away form the old town - at a walkable distance, so we didn't even use public transport 3. Staff extremely kind, helpful, and patient with my payment issues - in fact, I would give an 11 for the service
