I’m so picky with picking hotels and am always worried however this hotel is SO worth it, it’s close to the metro, rooms are clean and big and are cleaned regularly. Also the breakfast is good and worth it, the staff are friendly, the rooftop with pool is SOOO nice and the views are amazing. I booked it for my birthday and it was just great, and it’s close to the station. I saw some average reviews after booking and got worried but honestly this was such a great find, bath room, bed is all good. The other visitors were nice too, the area is good, can access the metro which is cheap and can get travel tickets.

Room doesn’t have a kettle.

The room was large, well appointed with all the usual amenities. The rooftop pool, while small is certainly adequate and the bar/coffee shop well stocked and reasonably priced. It's location right next to a metro station and a hop on hop off bus stop is great for tourists and business visits.

Finding the hotel to start with was difficult. It took us three circuits of the block to eventually realise that it is situated above the Illunion hotel. The reception on the street level is a small entrance leading to a lift that takes you to the hotel on the 14th floor. Better street level signage is required.

Really lovely hotel - very, very clean, fabulous "monsoon" shower and great breakfast service. The reception staff were lovely and friendly - and very helpful re local transport and sights to see.

The hotel is on the top part of the building so, other than reception, it all starts on the 14th floor - so you need to use the lift. We thought we'd try the stairs one day - got all the way to the bottom to realise there was a locked door and no way out - despite the "fire exit" sign above it. As well as having to climb all 14 flights back up, it made us very anxious about the ability to rely on the fire escape - should an emergency arise.

Very spacious room for 3 persons. Very clean. The staff is very friendly. Free parking around the streets near the hotel, even in front of it. Metro station close to it.

The swimming pool closes at 8 PM in the summer.

The fact that the lift was so slow going up to the 19th floor and pretty much stopped on lots of floors before we could get out . Also the fact that there was only 1 member of staff on reception when there was a queue of people waiting to check in. And the fact that the male receptionist who was on the late shift was hesitant to give another bottle of water when it mini bar hadn’t been stocked up And the fact that we needed 2 towels for a shower and I was told by reception to ask the pool staff but they had told me to ask reception so I went down in the lift and then back up again. There isn’t great communication between staff memebera and that example didn’t make it seamless for the customer .

Very close to the subway, the food is tasty, the rooms are comfortable, you have a great view.

The check-in is way too late (3 pm), on weekends the breakfast starts later even though the hotel is more crowded on those days, no water to drink in the room.

Nice and clean gym, sauna and outdoor pool. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit outside of the city center but very good public transportation nearby. Takes only about 15 minutes to reach the historic city center by metro or bus. Several good restaurants and bars within walk-in distance from the hotel.

Despite everything was fine in general, the Hotel itself somehow did not develop the desire to spend more time outside of the room than necessary. The reception area is more like a quick check-in check-out space and the bar in the 14th floor does not really provide the atmosphere of a lobby kind bar.

The hotel is out of the centre, and we booked it because we needed a car park. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. We liked the care taken to get the details right, eg, like the way the front door of each apartment had soft closing doors (no slamming!). We liked the double door isolation of the toilet, and the fact that we could adjust the temperature. We arrived early to drop our bags and were very grateful that we were given early possession of our room. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of varied offerings.

We found it a long walk to the historic centre. Perhaps there was a public transport option but it’s hard to find out about how to find the right mode. It seems would help if hotels specified the nearest stop or station and the line number.

We had a good experience in this hotel. The room looked exactly as they showed in the photos. Friendly staff, very efficient check in and check out. We asked for a quiet room and they were able to provide us with a room that had no noise.

Breakfast could improve and offer more variety. Also there was just one person responsible for the breakfast and he was efficient but clearly under a huge amount of stress.

Really good localization close to underground. Big rooms very well equipped. Rooms were cleaned everday. Room service was more than perfect. Very helpful and friendly personal. Very good breakfast. Great view from window - we had rooms at 19th floor. Possibility to park for free on the street. But there is also possibility to get a parking place from hotel.
