The rooms are a bit dated and could do with some work but the beds were really comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and had a brilliant selection. Good air con. Really close to the metro and bus stops in less than a 5mins walk. You are 3 metro stops away from the centre of the city.

The hotel is doing renovations to the pool outside so it wasn’t usable when we were there. It would’ve been nice to have an outdoor space to sit. The hotel is close to a busy main road, but noise wasn’t a problem. Though may be different on lower floors.

Good room well stocked and equipped and a very quiet floor (my wife loved the bed which I thought was on the firm side) hardly saw another guest on the 10th floor. Nice lobby area and breakfast room with comfortable seating. Very helpful check in staff. Staff very accommodating and friendly. The pool area was good if a little small and towels available from reception. The hotel is in a nice area of Valencia, quite upmarket shops dealerships restaurants and cafes close by.

We had a long wait to check in as only one guy on duty,but once at the desk he was very helpful. So a bit more pro action from other staff would easily have made the checkin flawless. Breakfast was good and well presented,but not a great variety if you stay more than one day.The pastry,bread and cereal section was excellent with plenty of condiments and jams,seeds, fruit and always lots of very good olives and oils.No egg station and the fried offerings were a little sad and didn’t differ from day to day although omelettes were available and very good. If you have a car the parking is a bit steep at 16 euros a day but the underground car park is next to the hotel and there is free on street parking if you can find a space. So a good 8/10

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend it. Bus and metro right outside the hotel and only takes a few mins to get into the city centre. Tram is also only 5 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants right outside the hotel (if you like Italian food we highly recommend Pinsa di Roma). Staff were very Friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. A/C in the room was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Shower is lovely but if you are over 6”1” you might have issues fitting in it. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. TV is not a smart TV and has not much to offer.

Location was excellent close to the bus,metro and tram. Very easy to get around the town. The old town is only 2 metro stops away. Excellent value for tickets 5 euro for 10 journeys. Very safe neighbourhood. Alot of restaurants around so no need to go to the old town at night. The bars and restaurants only open until 11pm so this was a bit annoying. Our room was cleaned every day. We had tea and coffee in our room which was a huge plus. Very comfortable room.

The breakfast was the same everyday. Would of been nice to have something different. No cereals for kids mainly just plain cornflakes and muesli. No kids jogurts so my son just had a pastry each morning. The bar was very expensive compared to the town. The coffee isint hot when you order it. No storage in rooms for clothes for a family. More for single travellers.

We chose this hotel for our long city trip in Valencia, because of its breakfast, swimming pool and proximity to the Metro station and we were very satisfied. The station is two minutes walking away and you can also rent a bike two streets away. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool with little bar on warm days. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and you could even sit outside!

Of course, the location is somewhat far from the beach, but with public transportation (tram) or bike, you can easily travel there within 30-40min.

Location very convenient for bus, metro and congress centre. Supermarket at back of hotel. Loads of cafes and eating places in nearby streets . Room was clean bed was comfortable

No toiletries in room. I was provided emergency dental kit on asking as my luggage was lost during flight and I had no dental kit or toiletries when I arrived. No tea/ coffee in room . Not even a glass or cup to use for own bought food . I had to buy disposable glasses.

On the positive side, the employees were fantastic, and the location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of transportation services nearby. I appreciated being able to grab a coffee to go before breakfast officially started.

However, there were some drawbacks. The room maintenance was lacking, with a window that wouldn't fully close, causing noise issues. While this was fixed upon request, it was still an inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast options were repetitive, offering the same items every morning. Overall, while the service and location were great, improvements in room maintenance and breakfast variety would make for a more satisfying stay.

The hotel is not too far from the airport. It took around 10 minutes in a taxi (Sunday lunchtime, so might be busier other days) & cost around 15Euros (September 2023). We arrived an hour earlier than check in time, but our room (807) was ready & we were let into it early which was amazing. Check-out was brilliant too - no issues & very helpful staff. Our flight home wasn't until the evening and we were able to leave our bags safely for the day. Although the hotel is located outside of the main tourist area, it is on major transport routes into the city. There is a metro (Benniferri) just a 2 minute walk away. Trains are frequent and take you into the main area. Buses are also excellent, with fabulous bus lanes whisking you into the city. We went for a T3 ticket for 11 Euros or so (amazing value). It's valid 72 hours & can be used on all EMT buses, metro and trams & some local trains in zone A & B (the airport is in zone C so it can't be used to travel there). One evening we got a cab back from the old town & it was around 10 Euros, so not too bad. The area around the hotel feels safe & is peaceful. The room was okay - a little dated compared to the lovely lobby area, and was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults, but we were hardly there really, so it wasn't an issue for us. We loved all of the enviro friendly toiletries. We opted to include the price of breakfast during our stay and were so pleased we did. In our opinion it was lovely. Lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, lovely bread & coffee. The scrambled eggs are the best, just delicious, and my husband loved the bacon & tiny sausages as well as the wide selection of cheese & meat. The restaurant area is well laid out and tastefully decorated. Even at busy times it didn't seem overwhelming. We didn't use the pool in the end, even though it was the main reason for choosing the hotel. It looked clean & nicely kept though.

The room was okay but a little tired & dated (room 807). One of the bedside shelves was broken and falling off the wall. It would have been a 10 if the room was just that little bit better.

The staff were incredible, Alba went out of her way to help me with a confusion with my booking with Aqua Valencia - all the staff were really friendly and professional, I could not fault them at all, just lovely. The breakfast was great, good variety of food, clean, fresh and well presented. The only thing I had a compliant about was the room service - not the service itself as Fatima was lovely but the food was not good at all. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel is well placed for public transport access into the city centre, and for the red hop on hop off bus (get the 2 day ticket as the second day is only €2). There is an app for the EMT bus to pay for tickets on line. It is 15/20 minutes frim the airport in a taxi (€25 roughly). There are great coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel and the breakfast buffet has an excellent choice of items. Staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well kept. The room is a good size, ours had a double bed and bed settee. The bathroom was clean and there was always hot water for the shower. There is air con thankfully (28 degrees in Oct). The mattress was very firm, could have been a little more comfortable but that is individual choice. It was great to have the mini fridge in the room.

The only thing missing was tea/coffee in the bedroom. Unfortunately we forgot to check if this was available when booking. There is coffee in reception for €1.50 but no tea.
