There is a lot of space and a lot of light in the loft. I stayed with a colleague, and each of us basically had their floor to themselves. There are two bathrooms and the beds are on different floors. The staff was really nice and helpful. When we could open the balcony door, they came right away and showed us how it is done. The view from the balcony was also great

There is not much in the surrounding area, but it's close to a metro station, so it's at least easy to go to the city. The bed on the first floor is right under the stairs, so the second floor is for sure more comfortable

The property is an incredible use of space! The rooms we booked held up to six people very easily! The pool is great, and padel court is incredible! I highly recommend this location to all!

There was little to nothing wrong with this property. The staff were amazing, the property is very modern, incredibly comfortable, and had high quality facilities. The only thing I would mention is that the hotel is a little bit out of the city centre (10-15 min drive), so if you do not have a car, the taxi prices cqn add up quickly if not in a big group!

Very spacious, modern and clean. Good kitchen. Washing machine was useful. The 2 bathrooms are in separate rooms, but everything else, including the loft bedroom, is an open plan studio room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not separate bedroom as advertised. It is an open plan studio room, including the loft area. If you book extra beds as we did it's a studio twin room. I needed a separate bedroom. If I'd wanted a twin room, there were many much cheaper options. So for me it was poor value for money. The receptionist said booking.com won't let them change the advert, so I understand if this isn't their fault, but it was a bit frustrating to have my money wasted due to false advertising.

The loft is equipped with everything you need for more than a comfortable stay - a dishwasher, a nice kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms. Really clean and comfortable property very close to the train stations, LIDL, McDonald's. Staff was also very helpful.

You can tell that there has been a lot invested in the property so the only fault we found the shower curtain in the down stairs bathroom. It would look so much neater and nicer if there was a cabin rather than a shower curtain (which looks cheap and does not fit in with the level of greatness of the loft).

1. Responses. Really admirable. Even messages sent via booking.com or whatsapp, responses come. Sometimes immediate and sometimes with a little delay, but never ignored. 2. Ready to help attitude. 3. Metro station, hypermarket and a hospital are nearby. 4. Balcony option and city view also nice. 5. I will say, overall a good experience, and a special thanks to the host Ms. Laura, the one I have been dealt with.

1. For me it was the first experience of "loft", probably other people already knows that "If the stay is less than 7 days, you have to do the cleaning yourself. As alone traveler, it doesn't bother, but if going with a family, please consider it. 2. Room garbage you have to throw yourself. Again I always have been staying in hotels, so it was slightly disturbing, 3. Gym area needs an improvement. Yet the stay was a Value for money, such small tasks can be managed :)

Fantastic accommodation with self catering facilities plus sun terrace and roof terrace - very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Few mins walk to Empalme metro which brought us to city centre ( Angel Guimerà or Ponta Fusta ) in minutes - manager excellent/ we had small medical issue and he could not do more - very highly recommended . Two supermarkets very close and morning Restuarant beside accommodation- so all good

A change of towels mid week would have been great - for some people location might look not so great but with Empalme metro on its doorstep Valencia city centre very accessible .

Very nice and large apartment. The people at the reception are great, they always try to help you with everything. Late check-in is easy you just get the number to open the door. There is a pool and gym on the first floor. You can play paddle tennis for free, it is enough to go to the reception and make a reservation they will give you rackets and balls for free. It is possible to rent the bikes directly at the reception.

Unstable and slow wifi/internet on the eighth floor (room 801), as I needed to work. A little bit far from the beach. But we rented bikes and it took about 35-40 min by bike to the beach (faster then by metro and then walk - about one hour).

The apartment is huge, the kitchen is well equipped Padel court is free and always available Easy check in and check out

The loft is a 35min commute by metro to the city center and last metro is at 10pm (not easy to eat dinner out), and there is nothing to do around the building (industrial zone) Not very isolated, heard the cars all night (high speed road right below the building) The swimming pool is ridiculously small The gym looks very old Bad communication between the different hosts (the ones we see vs the ones we talk to on whatsapp)

Very big apartment, very well equipped with micrwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, big fridge and cooker, tv and aircondisher. Two bathrooms. In the building is the gym and swimming pool. Near apartment you will find shopping centers and restaurants. Only ten minutes walk, and you have metro station and tram, which takes you to old town or beaches.

Little bit far from the beach. You need around half an hour. But you still have the swimming pool which is great for kids.

Beautiful view from a wall of windows. Electric shades can completely or partially close. Nice balcony looking out to the mountains. Super comfortable sofa in a large living room. Bedroom is upstairs in an open loft with a master bath. Quality bed upstairs. There is a separate fold out bed downstairs, but we didn’t use. Full bath downstairs as well. Kitchen has the essentials, but nothing more. Elevators (6) were large and fast. There appeared to be available free parking in the building parking lot, but there is a large free lot 200 meters away on flat surfaces. Very modern and as clean as a hospital room. Easy to get here from airport. Take the M3 from airport to Empalme. 700 meter flat and safe walk to apartment. No need for a rental car. Use same Empalme station to get anywhere. Very easy. Great overview of the city provided by the office. We checked in late and picked up keys at the front desk. We could easily stay here for months.

No clothes washer! No mirror in downstairs bathroom. No towel, cloth or detergent in kitchen. No spatula. No sugar, salt, oil, or coffee. Given the GREAT price for the Valencia area, I will come back every time.
