Very comfy bed, nice decor of the room and hotel in general. Amazing location.

Please try to follow my logic here: Let's assume that you stay for just one night. Your room would be provided with 2 small bottles of drinking water and 4 coffee capsules (since the room features a nice Nesspreso machine), right? Then why is it that if you stay longer than just one night (our case and most cases I assume), you're provided the above mentioned items just on the first day and they are not replenished afterwards. Am I the only one that thinks it shouldn't be like this and water and coffee pods should be provided on a daily basis?

Few little things that can improve the stay and satisfy the customers: - tea bags, - slippers, - trash bin in the room I believe the slippers (which I bought in primark for 1,5 euros), can be cheap even if thrown after each guest, and tea bags (the packet of 20 bags bought in supermarket and shared on 3 floor rooms is around 2 euros - my 3 night stay would be 3 bags=30 cents) won't lower the profit of each stay at all! And can have more efect for each guest

Very comfortable room; nice bed. Very central location with easy access to everything. Arrived about three hours before official check-in time, so were pleasantly surprised to get immediate access to the room.

It was only after booking that I was made aware that there was no reception and no facilities in the building. Check in was done at main hotel which was just around the corner. All facilities are at this adjacent hotel. That wasn't a problem but it wasn't clear beforehand.

My first impression of the hotel was very positive: the receptionist was courteous, the room was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. I was especially pleased to find the room stocked with everything one might need, from Coca-Cola and olives to body lotion. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the historical center, yet it's also easy to get to the beach. Additionally, as the hotel is situated within a courtyard, there's no disturbance from street noises. The majority of the staff were both friendly and welcoming.

The menu in the room was evidently outdated, with several items missing. Furthermore, while I was excited about the coffee machine in the room, the capsules were never restocked throughout our stay. Additionally, although we arranged for breakfast at the hotel's restaurant for our entire stay, the staff consistently greeted us with an unwelcoming demeanor, frequently asking and double-checking details. The interactions were profoundly unpleasant.

We arrived at the hotel really early and check-in should of been 3pm (ish) but when we got to the hotel to check in and drop our bags off our room was ready for us which was great after a long morning of travelling. The room was lovely with a nice Juliet balcony and a very comfy bed. The shower was very very nice and powerful! The room comes with a mini bar fridge which is well stocked (all comes at a cost but this is a nice addition to the room). The staff were also extremely nice and very helpful. The location was also perfect, a 10 minute walk from the metro stop which takes you to the airport, right in the heart of lovely bars, restaurants and shops with plenty of sightseeing locations around you.

Nothing to dis-like really as all was lovely - only suggestion is a long length mirror in the room as there was only the bathroom mirror and then the rose gold mirror behind the bed which wasn't super reflective.

The hotel is centrally located to many attractions. The room is clean and spacious with a few nice touches like 2 free water bottles and several coffee pods. In addition, the breakfast is very good with a wide variety.

The building is not part of the actual hotel, it is a 2 min walk to the hotel building They allowed a late check-out that was 12pm, otherwise we had to pay extra for an additional 2 hours

Great location in terms of centrality within Valencia city centre. Shops and many restaurants close by.

A little noisy at night from party goers coming back from bars etc.

Was upgraded to split-level junior suite with bathroom per level. Couch with large screen tv and office space on lower level and comfortable bed with minibar/safe/small tv upper level. About 40min to beach by bus.

No luggage rack had to use nightstand as stand by (not putting bag on bed). Lack of power outlets and no USB ports. Both issues easy fixes would make at 10/10.

Perfect location in a quiet street yet still in the heart of the city. Good quality furniture, modern and clean. Housekeeping was faultless. Really enjoyed being separate from main hotel. Would definitely book again.

A kettle in the room would have been more useful than the Nespresso for which we ran out of pods
