Perfect location in the old town. Comfortable and modern room. Everything was just great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Location is unbeatable: walking distance from the center and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. Staff: they were accommodating and kind. They kept our bags until the room was ready and provided advice on where to go. Room: The room was spacious and had a cute small balcony. The bed was spacious too and very comfy! The AC was dripping at some point but it looked new and it was obviously one of the usual malfunctions that happen (even happened I nmy house when a new AC was installed). Did not cause an issue, hope they solved it for the next guest :) Also, room was clean and cleaned daily. Honestly, HIGHLY recommended.

Lovely staff, very attentive. Our initial room we were given was not to our liking, as it was one floor up from the reception/entrance and noisy. It also had a lot of light entering from the courtyard at night which made it hard to sleep. Upon request the reception staff changed our room the following day and we were extremely happy with the exchange. Rm 305 was comfy and overlooked the alleyway, with a small balcony and doors that opened out from the room. The hotel is situated in perfect walking distance to the historic area and surrounded by fabulous plazas full of bars, cafes and restaurants. The 31 bus stops directly in front of the hotel with a service to the Renfe train station. A taxi from the airport was 25 euros.

Unfortunately in most cafes, restaurants, shops and our hotel, there is a smell from the drains.

Pleasant hotel. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious, but the selection is the same every day. The variety might not seem very large, but everything is tasty and filling. The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping does a great job. The rooms are also very warm. Our windows faced the road, so it was a bit noisy at night, but closing the shutters helped. There is an elevator, which is very convenient.

They asked guests to come for breakfast at a specific time because the kitchen is small and there are many rooms. This is manageable, and you can probably arrange a different time, but it’s something to be aware of.

Quirky small hotel in a great location, just a few minutes' stroll into the main tourist areas of Valencia like the Mercat Central, the Cathedral and the Jardin del Túria. It's also basically across the road from Centre d’Art Hortensia Herrero, a new modern art gallery and bit of a hidden gem. Perfect base to wander and explore this great city from. Also a short walk to the metro for getting to/from the airport and outside is a bus route that goes to the beach.

We were in a room that faced onto the street rather than the internal courtyard, so it got a little loud with traffic and street sounds sometimes at night, but other than that it was great. Didn't get the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Perfect location in the city center, in walking distance of the city center and many bus stops and of a metro station with direct connection to the airport. The room has the perfect size and amenities for a nice city trip, a comfortable bed, private bath and shower and optional breakfast.

Noise from the hallway is also audible inside the room due to poor noise insulation of the doors. The staff provided earplugs (which I already had myself, but I appreciate the gesture), but that doesn't fully cover the loud closing of other doors and general commotion on the hallway when people go in and out of their rooms. Not a huge problem for me but might be worth considering if someone is sensitive to noise.

Location is very good, close to all main areas. Rooms nice and fairly spacious, not too much though. Breakfast was OK-ish, but somewhat disappointing fruits and coffee. WiFi was good most of the time.

We had a room on the 6th floor, with very small lift, which wasn't ideal. Breakfast is somewhat limited (rather bad orange juice, not great coffee), with tables only for two people at the time. Our room was facing the main street, with small balcony. Trouble was, the balcony door had a sizeable gap in the them, impossible to close. They tried to fix it, but it didn't really change much.

What did we like?.....pretty much everything! Hotel in brilliant location for walking into the centre or venturing further with buses or metro. Hotel room good and quiet and bed and pillows extremely comfy. Great shower too.Breakfast (which was included in our stay) was lovely and has sufficient choice for everyone. Breakfast room quite small but there is a rota for breakfast time for guests which eliminates everyone arriving at the same time and causing queues. The staff are very cheerful, friendly and most helpful. Thoroughly enoyed our stay here and would definitely to come back.

Nothing really, it was just what we needed for our week stay on a winter break.

The location was very good, centrally located and just 5 minute walk to the metro station as well as one of the main squares. Room was spacious. Breakfast was Ok with decent options. Amenities were very good in the room. Check in and out was very fast.

My room was a handicap room, don't know why. So I didn't like that. Also, my room was on the main street and was quite loud at almost all hours. Air conditioning wasn't the best, even in May when it's not that warm. Breakfast room was small so I had set hours I could eat. No hot water pot in the room. Price was pretty expensive for the stay to be honest.

Great location, spacious room, very clean overall. Great breakfast as well (both hot and cold options were available). The staff were quite accommodating and did a do a room switch for us because of the noise from the street. Excellent value for money overall.

Windows - this seems like a rather old building. It has been refurbished well and the rooms are great, but the old windows are quite terrible at blocking out noise from the street. Other than that I have nothing negative to say.
