In a quieter part of town tourist wise. Lots on nice eateries nearby Close to a metro station and a 30 min walk to the old town and the indoor market. Room was very comfortable , we were in room 711 which had a huge terrace with chair, table and a sun lounger. This terrace you saw the sun rise and had sun on the terrace till late afternoon / early evening. So after a day sightseeing it was nice to relax on the terrace with a glass of wine . There is a supermarket near buy to purchase drinks and keep them in the room fridge. The bathroom facilities were very good plenty of hot water, good quality towels , bed linen etc. This room provided quests with bathrobe ans slippers House keeping was exceptional,towels and linen changed daily. Staff were very friendly,nice bar area. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food.

The road outside the hotel is a main road and can be quite noisy, fortunately our room was to side / rear of the hotel. If facing the road it would be noisier.

Breakfast is really great, there's everything you need (eggs, fruit, cheese, ham, etc) and everything is local and really good quality produce. We especially loved fresh orange juice. Location is good, 20 mins walk from city center. Room was spacious, with comfy beds and pillows.

The room doesn't have kettle, for a hotel of this level that should be a default. We ran out of hand soap on day 2 and it was not re-filled even though the room was cleaned every day and we additionally asked at reception.

The breakfast was good and there was always something to choose from. I especially highlight the service in the restaurant, namely Mrs. Diana and Sara. They were always smiling and willing to advise and help. The hotel has a very good location for exploring the city.

Late room check-in, they still didn't have it even after 2pm.

Returned to stay at this hotel a year later due to its location: within 5-10 mins of nearby underground central, and only a couple of stops to the city centre, and the same line takes you to Valencia airport. Excellent breakfast to cater a range of tastes; also had an evening meal which was reasonably priced and good quality. Bedrooms are a good size, modern and clean. I stayed on both occasions during Las Fallas and is a short walk to the night-time fireworks, and other nearby attractions.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable, quiet. Position is quite good and close (5-7 minutes walking distance) to bus and metro stops. Beds were very comfortable.

We had two room in total and in one of them it was not possible to properly control the temperature of the air conditioning system. This was automatically turning on during at the minimum temperature (19 degrees) even if we turned it off before leaving the room, with the result that the room was a little too cold in the evening. We told the receptionist about this problem and we were told the problem was fixed but, unfortunately, it was not.

-very good choice for the paid money -good location at ~30 min walk to the center and other objectives -many bus connections -tasty breakfast every morning and nice choices for diner menu -cleaning everyday and changing towels -staff is always kind and helpful :) Valencia is an amazing city with many attractions and sandy beaches We had a wonderful holiday at Silken Puerta Valencia

Parking on site was a BIG bonus. Lovely area nearby with a good choice of restauants. We walked into the centre in the morning...good 20 minutes and should have got a train or taxi back as it was hot hot hot! There was a drinks fridge in the room. We would have like a kettle etc to make some tea or coffee.

Key card not working around 11.30am so locked out when we got back from.our walk. So had to go down to reception to get that sorted..frustrating.

I came here in order to visit Valencia for a few days with my family. Price is very reasonable. Breakfast is normal with a lot of options. Personnel was very helpful and polite. Room was big and they kept it clean. It is not in the old city center nor so close to the beach. But still it is situated just 8 mins walk from Aroga metro station. The area is safe even during the night when we were coming back from old town. Because I also used my car, it is very convenient their 24/7 parking. I really recommend it.

We like it how clean this place and safe. Half board was amazing at restaurant evening time. Very quick response at any problems and resolve in minutes.

A bit far from the center but transportation is great especially busses. And in few stops you can rich center and beach. We bought a tourist transportation card with unlimited bus and metro. And it's great .

The bathroom was fantastic. We want to buy the same mirror for our house now! The room was spacious, obviously recently renovated. The beds were big and comfy. The breakfast buffet was great, giving you a lot of freedom to build your own sandwich and with an assortment of local delicacies.

The room walls are a bit thin. You can definitely hear your neighbours coming and going, conversing even, which can be very annoying late at night or early in the morning.
