The staff were amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Marte and Daniel, who helped me when I arrived at the wrong airport to find my way to the hotel. I had an interior room, and it was small, but the bathroom was well sized and it had space for everything you need on a short city break. The location is amazing, right at the edge of the old city in walking distance from public transport and most of the sights. The breakfast room is perfectly positioned to watch fireworks on the square in front of the government building.

Note the building is old and therefore the plumbing is quite noisy even from other rooms. So I would advise to bring ear plugs and expect some noise.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is extremely clean and very pleasant, with a great location – just a 15-minute walk from the metro and bus stops. The staff was always smiling and incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed during our stay.The room was cleaned and tidied every day, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious, offering everything you need to start the day right. It can be a bit noisy in the evening due to the central location, but that wasn’t a problem for us.A big thank you to the entire team – such lovely people who truly made our stay even more enjoyable

The location was fabulous as it located in the central of the town. It was easy for me to access tourist spots on foot. For the room, it was clean and spacious although the remote controls of TV and air conditioner were not found in my room. The staff kindly turned on the air conditioner for me after I raised this situation. The breakfast was 9.5 euro. If you would like to save some money, you could have breakfast outside the hotel.

The sound insulation wasn't great. As I mentioned above, the remote controls of TV and air conditioner were not found in my room. I would regard it as the random case and I was unfortunate guy allocated in that room.

Location is excellent could not be anymore central. Historic building with a real good theme to each floor we were on the Beatles floor 6 and had the abbey road theme in our room which we liked the breakfast area was great on floor 2 overlooking the plaza. Rooms were a good size we had a king size bed in one room and 2 x single beds in another. Nice complimentary soaps etc and fresh towels a plenty.

The property is part of a lot of historic buildings so vertically designed and we took the stairs to our room which was fun for us. Rooms were more than adequate comfort as we expected for the price.

The location was 10/10, no noise of an evening considering we were on the square. Clean room and bathroom. We wanted a room with a balcony, this balcony was the most amazing for views we’ve ever had. Absolutely stunning views of the architecture on the square. 24 hour reception and breakfast if you wish to add. We would definitely recommend to others and return to Casual Hotels Valencia 😊 thank you for having us!!

The only minor thing that would have been perfect is having a mini fridge in the room to store some bottles of water, however this wouldn’t stop me from staying again due to that gorgeous balcony 😍😊

The location was perfect — centrally located with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring. When it comes to staff, everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and felt welcome throughout my stay. If you're looking for a hotel that offers excellent service, comfort, and convenience, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The best thing about the hotel is the location, the central square! Make sure you don't book an economy room. We got it by mistake for one night, a small room with a window that looks nowhere, that is. it opens into a skylight through which the sewage connections pass with the accompanying smell. The changed room faced the square and was excellent in everything, large, bathroom even too big, comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, hygiene is at a high level. Kettle, mini fridge is missing because we stayed for 7 nights.

A way to make hot water for tea or coffee in my room. (Electric tea kettle?). Was told upon check-in I could have coffee in the lobby. Thought it was complimentary. On checking out I was told I owed 1.50 euro for a coffee I presumed was on the house. Also on my 2nd day I decided to have breakfast, which I had been told would be 8 euros when I checked in. Then I was charged 10 euros and informed, you have to book both days for breakfast and let them know the day before to get it for 8. I paid 10 and the breakfast was great but it felt a bit like a bait and switch to get more euros out of me.

A great place to stay when visiting Valencia. In the center, with a great view. We were on the 8th floor, but I imagine that on the lower floors it may be a bit noisy. The metro station in close, as is the bus stop. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely chose this hotel when I come back.

You need to tell in advance what time will you be having breakfast. The first morning we woke up earlier than expected, spoke with the man on the reception and we were able to have breakfast earlier than the hour we previously selected, so it was great!

Perfect location for a solo traveler. I felt safe, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice, there are many options. I liked that they kept my luggage because I arrived earlier. I will surely stay here again next time I visit Valencia:)

I had to choose the time I want to have breakfast. It was between 8 and 11 am, but I had to choose the exact hour. For me it was difficult because when I'm on vacation I don't really have the same schedule everyday. Still, it was alright:)
