Our lovely receptionists were extremely helpful when it came to information about the city - they all spoke English and really helped us find our feet and start exploring the city.

Hotel was lovely but rooms quite basic - just served breakfast which you had to order the evening before. No bar in hotel and not much in the way of bars or restaurants close by. Location was a little outside the city - great if you wanted to do the City of Science & Arts but a small tram ride into the centre of Valencia meant once your were out - you were out for the day - no coming back to have a rest or change for the evening.

The staff is really helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is at walking distance to the city of arts and sciences. If you are using a car you can find a lot of spots to park absolutely safely in the area.

It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. Also what kind of architecture decision is to put windows in front of the hotel lift so you can hear someone 's suitcases and conversations. My view from the room (double room #1) for six days was the elevator of the building. Also it would be nice to have some extra pillows, for example. The girl from the reception desk was very kind and made four circles of the hotel trying to find and give me an extra pillow.

Great location, a 10 minute walk from the City of Arts and Science, a 30-40 minute walk from the city centre, bus stop just outside the hotel taking you to the northern part of Valencia. Easy check-in, a few supermarkets close by and some popular fast foods if you happen to fancy them. A restaurant downstairs (didn't try it, so can't say anything about the food there). Huge sports arena being build just outside the hotel these days, so you might need earplugs (I didn't). Wi-fi working good. I'd say a solid 8,5/10 ;)

I was traveling alone and it was a double-bed room but can't really imagine two people in this room as the bed took about 2/3 of it ;) So while it didn't really bother me as I was there alone, if you're traveling with someone, keep in mind some of the rooms with a double bed might be smallish. Would be good to have a small fridge. It wasn't listed, so I can't really complain it wasn't there, but it kinda is a standard these days to have one in your hotel room. But these were minor things, nothing that would spoil your stay.

The staff were very helpful with a warm welcome and help with parking and transport into the city. Bus and tram stops were just around the corner and we had no trouble with the ticketing system. The bar attached to the hotel served good coffee and pastries for breakfast as well as full continental, English etc. The room was comfortable with hanging space, air conditioning and a safe.

The room was very small and a bit too high tech for us. You were supposed to look at the TV for instructions to get the WiFi code but having gone round in circles for some time, we gave up. Not a priority on holiday anyway. The shower flooded badly and the hair dryer didn't work but I did let reception know.

The hotel is in a good area, close to the aquarium, there are also two clubs in the buildings next to the aquarium. There were many buses and a tram so it was also well connected. A shopping center with a big Carrefour is in walking distance (12-13 min). The staff was friendly and the reception is always open. There is also a café on the ground floor where you can have coffee and breakfast.

1. The towels were leaving lint on the body. 2. The room we were in was very small, pretty much only a bed, so moving around was a bit difficult. It was quite humid in the bathroom so our beach towels and bathing suites couldn’t dry over night. 3. It could have been a bit cleaner. 4. This is not about the hotel, but the transportation: buses don’t come very frequently so it can be very time consuming to go places. However, overall it was very good and I recommend it.

I was attending an academic conference, very difficult to book rooms, and although I was rather far from the conference, I used taxi services recommended by the staff. The staff was very warm and helpful, Xeroxing copies of my handout at no cost, answering questions about Valencia, informing me about dining options in the area. They spoke Italian, which I speak, very willingly. The room was simple but spotless, cleaned and with new bath linens every day, comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay there!

You have to ask for AC to be turned on in your room. There are no options for drinks or snacks at the hotel, and you have to reserve breakfast at 10 Euros/day the day before. They do sell bottled water but are not always stocked fully with it. There is a coffee/snack bar just a short block away, which if it is open, is fine, but real food options are available only at Salar, the huge mall about 5 blocks away, with restaurants and Carrefour for food shopping. That was not that far if you have time, but as I was working it was a bit inconvenient. It would be good if there were some basic food and drink options at the hotel--just basic packaged snacks and water to buy.

Helpful and friendly staff, quiet hotel even though it is in a busy area. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very chic and clean. We also really liked the huge TV in the room perfect for watching a football match. Close to the Oceanografic and close to a metro station that is conveniently connected to the city center.

The window was facing the outdoor hallway so the blinds had to be pulled close the whole time in order for people not to see inside.

The hotel was easy to locate and very accessible to transit. We also found some local shops and restaurants within a 10min walk. Our room was a decent size, had a good shower and a small desk. The staff were friendly. Our windows opened, which was nice. Bed was comfy. Despite being on a major road, the area is fairly quiet at night.

The room lacked a small fridge and coffee making supplies. We asked about getting hot water, and they found us a kettle. Except for one small chair, there wasn't really any place to sit down except for on the bed. A small lounge type area for guests would be nice with a little coffee station.

The hotel room was simple yet efficient. However, the shower glass design could be improved, as it allows water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Providing more than one floor towel per stay would be a thoughtful addition since the towel gets soaked quickly, making it uncomfortable to walk on. On a positive note, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is fantastic for exploring the city.

They use a short glass instead of a shower curtain and the floor get wet.

Our stay at this hotel in Valencia was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the restaurant they have, with lots of variety. The location was ideal, close to major attractions. It was a good place to relax after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia!
