Quietness, clean room, and the location which is near to the needed amenities mainly transportation.

Lack of communication from the administration on the procedure of check-in and checkout, i.e., I have sent a message a day before, asking for the checkout procedure knowing that I have an early flight. With a lack of response, I had to leave my room's keys on the reception desk.

Great value for money, good location, very clean room with a comfortable bed and clean bedding, the stay was in general very pleasant and recommendable.

A shower cabin was quite old and not very comfortable, it definitely needs to be replaced with a new modern one. A bathroom window did not close fully, it was not a problem as it was warm anyway but it needs to be repaired.

Beautiful view, safe area, lots of supermarkets, and local cafeterias excellent pressure in the shower, hot water, clean inside, friendly staff

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working very well

The room was nice, small but clean. The bed and the pillow were extremely comfy for my liking. The location is fine: the city centre is reachable by bus, the stop is nearby. There was a socket right near the bed and a bedlight.

No soap or shower gel of any kind in the bathroom, which is an absurd way of cutting costs. The window faces a noisy roundabout. The staircase is not lit in the night.

You cannot beat the price. It is close to lively areas of Valencia and rooms are decent and clean. Its a good place to stay for a few nights when on a budget.

Rooms on the frontroad side are extremely noisy. This probably is the bad Spanish construction and lack of proper double glass. Check-in time of 5pm is just outrageous and very annoying. Why would you not pay your employees a few bucks more, so reception is staffed during the day?

I was scared after reading the reviews, but I was lucky and got a very nice and clean room, the person at the reception was very informative and helpful. The room has a small toilet with shower, hot water, there were clean towels, soap and shampoo. There was a radiator which I needed at night, a place to hang clothes and a desk.

Location was central and convenient, close to public transport.

My room was very small, on the 6th floor, and it was facing the street. However the street noise was bearable with the windows closed. I spent 2 nights there in October and the weather was good. However, I did not see any airconditionair, so I'm not sure how hot that room gets in the summer.

Great place for the given price. The bed was super comfy! Nice location, only 20 mins walk to the historical center. Many decent places to eat around too (about 15 mins away from the hotel).

A bit noisy because of the people who live in this building permanently. I stayed for 4 nights and every evening someone listened to reggaeton very loudly + could smell all the residents' cooking.
