Our group of nine had a fantastic stay at Dorm4You Arena 2 Apartments in Valencia. The apartments were modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot summer days. The location was also a big plus – there's a bus stop right in front of the building, so it was very easy to get to both the city center and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. We highly recommend Dorm4You Arena 2 to anyone visiting Valencia, especially larger groups. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice, modern, comfortable apartment. Easy location to park in. Very well connected by bus to the city centre and beach. Bus stop right in front of the apartment. Easy access with the codes to the building and the room.

The room didn't have shutters and the kitchen didn't have any kitchen paper or serviettes in the room.

The front desk was staffed from 09:00 - 18:00; the staff members were very nice and spoke some English and were patient with our Spanish. The room was a good size, with a ceiling fan over the bed and A/C controls, a large TV (perfect for cheering on Spain when they won Euro 2024!⚽️) and we had a view out towards the Hospital. The kitchenette was very functional - no oven, but a convection stovetop, microwave, and D’Or pod coffee maker along with a big refrigerador (not a mini-fridge.) We were able to do basic meal prep with the pots and pans, there were plates/mugs/glasses/ silverware for four so we didn’t have to wash after every meal, and they provided dish soap and microfiber towels. The couch was fairly comfy, there was a small circular table with four chairs, and the blackout curtains and sheers were nice. There’s a lift for bringing up your luggage, but it was easy to walk up to the first floor so we only used it when moving in and out. There is a laundry room with two washers and two dryers; 4€ for a wash, and prices vary for the dry (3€ for 30 min on medium heat.) Easy walk to a number of different bus stops, so access to the entire city is simple. (The SUMA 10 bus pass is a great deal this summer!) I like that the hotel was on the first two floors of a larger, new apartment building with a separate entrance, but note that there were not yet businesses or cafes on the ground level. But it wasn’t far to Carrer de Malilla where there were shops and bars and cafeterias and restaurants and groceries. As we stayed for 8 nights, our room was cleaned mid-trip and the towels were exchanged.

The room felt a bit sterile, as there was no artwork. The AC had a timer that we didn’t figure out (but then again we didn’t ask) so we woke up hot in the middle of the night a few times. The shower controls were confusing at first, but then we got the hang of them and the shower “door” and stopped splashing water out of the shower enclosure.

Stayed at superior family room nr 8. Actually it was not a room, but apartment with 2 bedrooms. High ceiling, lots of storage space in bedrooms and good air conditioning. Loved good smelling hand soap, shower gel and hand/body lotion. Safe neighborhood, the building itself is new and surrounded by new buildings. There was constructions work near by, but it did not bother at all our stay and sleep.

The dining table and toilet were a bit loose and shaky, but that did not ruin our stay because everything else was perfect.

The apartment is very nice, clean, big enough for a 4member family. The bathroom has a shampoo, bodylotion, towels, hair dryer.There was a very nice guy Denver at the reception. He helped us any time we had some questions. There is no metro near, but it is very good bus connection, in all ways to Valencia city center, Oceanografic, Bioparc, beach...the market is also near, a bakery and everything you need. We had a great time here.

The only thing missing was maybe some coffee pot or another small pots to cook in.

Excellent communication via WhatsApp, Email and telephone from team @ Dorm4You Arena 2. Apartment was sparkly clean, and had everything you would need. Very good sized fridge freezer and kitchen area . Great for a base if visiting Valencia, 10 euros max taxi fare into the centre of the city. Bus route no 8. Ideal location also if at Hospital La Fe or for recoup, as just across the road. Beds comfortable and clean. Apartment is new, with IKEA fittings. Air con a bit rattly, but worked absolutely fine! Very, very happy. Would highly recommend.😃

Wanted to stay longer but couldn't ☹️

It was very clean and well-organised, we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay and more. It is well equipped for a longer stay with cutlery, towels, coffee machine, stove. Really close to a bus stop and a supermarket.

I felt a bit uneasy about the fact that there were no receprion desk and staff on site, but it worked out just fine. We were assisted through the phone efficiently and fast. There are currently building sites around and it’s a bit noisy and messy, but it did not bother me.

The apartment was bigger than we expected, everything was new, modern and exceptionally clean. The kitchenette was perfect with everything you needed if you wanted to eat in. Fridge / freezer, microwave but no kettle. There was a coffee machine though. Toiletries in the bathroom so no need to bring shampoo or soap. The lady at reception was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the area. Only 20 minutes walk from Ruzafa District for Tapas and drinks. A little further along into the Historical Centre, but there was a bus stop right outside the Apartments if you didn't want to walk. We did like the walk as it took us through the Malilla District which had plenty of places to stop for refreshments and coffee.

Nothing we didn't like

We had a great stay at this new hotel, which fully met our expectations. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed, yet quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was a big plus: it had all the essentials for cooking, including dishes, utensils, and cookware. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern spacious well-equipped apartment. It is not in the centre. But we chose it as we were traveling by car and it was very easy to park in front of the building for free. They have a paid parking also down the street. But from our experience it is more convenient just to park in front of the building. Very helpful friendly reception staff. They only work until 6pm so a door code is supplied. Good kitchen. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. I would definitely stay there again

A kettle would have been nice. But there is a top class microwave and stove
