The hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing!

We would have loved having the smart tv allow us to access our own Netflix or YouTube streaming services. That is such a huge help for non Spanish speaking visitors.

The location was near to many of Valencias attractions. The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. The hotel was spotless, with staff continually cleaning any litter, wet feet prints left on the tiled floor, and the ladies cleaning our room were really excellent and again really friendly and polite. The pool and surrounding area had plenty of areas, both in and out of the sun where we could read, sunbathe, eat and drink comfortably, and again, all of the staff were so friendly and efficient, even when it was really busy.

As in most hotels nowadays, the piped music wasn't to our tastes, and a bit annoying. However, that certainly did not stop us enjoying our 12 night stay, and would certainly recommend the INNSIDE by Melia Valencia Oceanic to anyone who asked me where to stay in Valencia.

The pool was very shaded for most of the day!

We like location as it's close to the Centre of Arts and Sciences, but at the same time not in the middle of crazy busy tourists location, so it's relaxing in the evening. It's easy to get to by bus from the old town or other Valencia areas. The breakfast had a good selection of choices and as we stayed 7 days, we could see they make an effort in providing options for different tastes and requirements. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, rooms and bathrooms are spacious which is a plus. Staff is reasonably friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed with very comfy pillows and duvet, although bed oversized (literally 4 people could sleep in it) unnecessarily taking up a space which could be used for something else, say a comfy armchair, etc.

The room is very basic in the design, amenities and practicality. I expected much more for the price we paid. They advertised it as sound proof room, but we could hear the neighbours. Window was dirty; nothing to hang towels so they could dry out over night. When we took a shower in the evening, by the morning the towels would still feel wet. Not enough space in one wardrobe. The wet room doesn't have a cabin, so due to lack of glass door the water gets splashed everywhere, floor is all wet and it leaks to room. No proper ventilation in the bathroom. No kettle in the room, I thought that the sleepers would come with the room, but you had to ask them one of the cleaning ladies. No shelves in the wet room / shower, so nowhere to put your shampoo, sponges, etc.

Firstly, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and cool when the city was 36 degrees! The staff were very helpful and were friendly, whether this be front desk, cleaners, bar staff or at breakfast. One example was that we were by the pool for 5 hours, and the sun beds next to us had towels on, but without the people turning up. As it was very hot, some people didn’t have sun loungers, and when we told the staff, they took the towels away, giving a nice couple the beds. Breakfast had a great variation and lots of options for all food types. Everything was very fresh and changed daily

Really easy to find and park up. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good sized balcony. Breakfast offered a wide choice and was tasty. Nice bar and pool area. Very clean area with big, wide streets and a science museum in the park less than five minutes away.

I had requested a balcony but it was on the 10th floor (mistake on my part)! While the pool and garden were lovely it was always crowded, almost to seaside resort standard. The location wasn't really near anything e.g. old town or beach, and I couldn't see a Metro station in the vicinity, so it meant for a lot of walking.

The location and service at the hotel were great.

We did not like that it was under construction and we were not informed before we arrived.

The hotel is literally right beside a huge shopping center you just have to cross the road it’s so cool. The staff were super sweet. Amazing clean place my goodness! Breakfast was very tasty!

The only thing I would say would be a bit more choice for breakfast like I had to ask for olives and little things every morning which I was given on demand anyways. Also, the elevators were very slow. You may want to leave your room 5 minutes earlier if you are planning on heading downstairs (or up) on time.

The room was big enough and very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast - was excellent and it had everything to feel comfortable Location - this is the greatest advantage of this place! The location is just perfect. Everything is close by like - oceanographic, museum, Sphere, beaches the mall and much more. From the hotel you can pick any buss line and reach any destination at Valencia

The only thing I would recommend is to make mandatory for the women to wear a cap. This will make the pool cleaner and keep a hight standard for the place. If you keep all women's to be in the pool without wearing a cap it would lead to hairs everywhere in the pool and not only.
