Great central location, on a quiet street but close to the market, restaurants etc. Mini supermarket right next door for essentials. Staff were superb and friendly. Rooms were clean and cosy. Amazing hot shower! Plentiful buffet breakfast. Lobby was inviting and airy.

Rooms didn’t have any coffee making facilities which was disappointing..Not everyone wants a full breakfast and the availability of basic tea/coffee making facilities in rooms would be beneficial. Although there is a free coffee machine in the lobby which is only available from 1300 till midnight. There is a great cafe nearby if you don’t want to pay for a the €14 for the full buffet. Beyond the lobby the lift was quite jerky…needs looking into. Corridors were dull with patched up holes in places and general looked tired and scruffy. These minor things leave a lasting impression and could be greatly improved. If you want room with a view get the balcony. Other rooms looked out onto other internal windows of then property.

Everything! The location, the rooms, the decor, the breakfast, the staff…it was the most perfect place for our few days in Valencia. From the moment we checked-in late on Friday night by Laura, we were well looked after. The location is perfect, up a little side street off the main street. Straight across from a cool cocktail bar ( for a pre-dinner drink), close to the hop-on/hop off bus stop, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. The staff were so lovely and helpful (especially on our last day when the power blackout hit). Great choice for breakfast in the mornings , spacious rooms, very calming vibe. Also, a water fountain in reception to refill your water bottles. Honestly, a fabulous hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Location. Location. Location. Single room is quite small and I could say a bit claustrophobic, but the toilet itself is renewed, modern and big enough, which is a great value. The size of the bed was nice and I can say bed was pretty comfortable. I liked the big mirror in the room and air conditioning was working properly. Room was clean and I had all necessary toiletries. Elevator is a bit small but it’s all ok since location is perfect for sightseeing and area is beautiful and safe. Staff was ok.

Great central location, very friendly staff, the spaces were simple but nicely decorated. The breakfast wasn’t exceptional but had a pretty good selection and we appreciated the extended hours. We arrived in the morning and the desk staff kindly let us use our room well before check-in without any extra fees.

There wasn’t great sound isolation, particularly from the front door, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you plan to sleep in. We were really excited to use the free bikes but never managed to reserve them in time as there were only five. Not a big deal but as they’re so popular, it would be great if they could get a few more!

Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Staff was pretty helpful (kudos to Marta and Laura if I recall correctly) and flexible considering my flight time in and out of Valencia was pretty inconvenient. Breakfast, although not huge in options, was pretty good and I had everything I hoped to find. Room is small but clean and with a quite comfortable bed.

The door to the room close to mine was reaaally close and it's easy to hear whatever is happening there. Didn't detract from my overall experience though.

Fabulous staff who were always very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold food and if you eat well it is very good value. Excellent location to explore all historical sites on foot. Rooms have very comfortable beds, excellent air con and super showers. Complementary tea and coffee in reception throughout the day was a lovely little extra.

Decor could be improved as corridors to bedrooms are a little tired looking and this gives a very poor impression of this excellent hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Raul who helped us with various queries during our stay. House keeping was of a high standard.The free use of bicycles was an added bonus. The hotel is perfectly located for the historic centre but also very quiet which is unusual for such a central location.It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport by taking the Metro to Colon and then a short walk.

Our room (105) was tiny and very awkward for two people to move around especially in the bathrooom. It was difficult to walk around the bed as there was little room.It did have a balcony window over the main street but it was not noisy at night.Would recommend a room above the first floor.

Great position. Hotel was as described & very clean . Bathroom towels, toiletries, power shower were great . Breakfast was plentiful and refreshed continuously. Staff were very accommodating.

I’d booked a double room which for a single person was ok but had we been 2 it would have been too small - in particular the bathroom whereas the twin rooms which others in our group shared were more generous in size . Unfortunately my room faced inwards and was dark whereas rooms facing the street (which is exceptionally quiet )were bright

The location was perfect for exploring the city. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Pere, who gave us recommendations about food and things to do. The decor is modern and stylish with special touches that made it very unique. The air con was a great relief after the sweltering temperatures outside. Overall our stay was exceptional with no drawbacks. Thank you for helping to make our vacation special.

A well presented hotel in a simply fantastic location. The main square is a mere 2 min walk away - from here you can stroll through Valencia's beautiful streets to reach all the major things to see. Next door to the hotel is a mini-market for all your essentials. Opposite is the fabulous Cafe Madrid - well worth visiting for an Agua de Valencia. The staff are lovely - very swift and pleasant check in with Raul. The rooms are a decent size and are well equipped. Special mention to the rain shower that was lovely to just stand in. Things like an iron or corkscrew are available from reception. Good sized TV with the ability to use YouTube on it. I'd happily stay here again.

Towels were not changed when maid visit - the room was just cleaned. Very noisy, echoing corridors - doors slamming or people talking are aplified.
