The apartments were in a lovely setting surrounded by very well kept gardens. They had gates that you had to have a fob to enter so it was quite secure. There was a beautiful swimming pool but was only open Saturdays, Sunday and Monday (being a bank holiday). A beautiful beach was just across the road which was ideal. There was a bar/restaurant on site which was very reasonable for food. The view from our apartment was a motorway and the sea in the distance but our balcony was large and roomy.

It would have been nice to have a booklet in the apartment with details about times the pool was open. Where the bins are. Where the nearest supermarket is , restaurants, buses etc. General info on the area. I found the cost of beds on the beach a little pricey compared to other parts of Spain that I have stayed in. Facilities on the beach were excellent.

As we arrived after normal office hours, we were contacted by the very friendly and helpful reception with very clear instructions on where to collect the keys and access the building. The instructions were sent with videos and images which enabled easy access to the property. The actual property is nice, spacious and mostly comfortable. However, it could do with a good fresh-up as it seemed rather old. We also had a large terrace with scenic views above the penthouse which was very nice.

There was quite a distance from the parking area to the rooms which make getting the luggage upstairs rather difficult. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was close to the beach. It has a nice pool. Nice balcony.

The pool opened at 11 in the morning which I found to be quite late. There was very little for cooking in the apartment (no spices, rather little pans, only one big colander, etc.). There is only a small market close. The big supermarket is a 20 minutes walk away. There aren‘t many restaurants close by. They are a bit further down by the beach (around 15-20 minutes walk). The kitchen hours of the restaurants were late evening which was a bit inconvenient for us.

Location and apartment was lovely. No complaints there.

Our contact for the apartment, Luca. Very rude. Keys weren't where they were supposed to be, he said "impossible". If it wasnt for male receptionist who spoke to him to say, that, no, the keys weren't there, Luca wouldnt have come. Arrived 20 minutes later, no apologies, got keys for us, from office NOT lock box where they were supposed to be. Gave us instructions on how to get to the apartment complex and drove off on his moped. Our taxi had left so we had to walk about 10 mins with our luggage and then spent another 10 mins finding right block.

We really liked the room; it had an amazing view overlooking both the sea and the swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with enough cutlery for four people, which was convenient for our family. The site is very kid-friendly and calm, making it perfect for families. The swimming pool was clean, and there were always at least two lifeguards on duty around the pool. The room was also very close to the beach, which was clean, and the sea was warm and clean too. Additionally, the room's proximity to local markets made grocery shopping easy

The bed in the main bedroom is fine, but one of the beds in the other room was uncomfortable and very squeaky, so my son preferred to sleep on the couch in the living room. Additionally, the pillows were too thin for our liking.

Rite on the beach , felt very safe , apt had everything we needed , lifeguard on duty all day at the pool which is great if you have children . Huge flat screen TV, beautiful bathroom perfect flat for 4 great view miss it already

A smell of sewage every so often but it seems to be the whole of velencia not just patacona, apt could do with a new fridge we stayed in apt 17 floor 5 block 7, staff in patacona resort not that friendly but we got that vibe off alot of Spanish in the area they are very racist and as a irish person it's my first experience of racism and I'm really not impressed by them at 44 with a beautiful family it was a little off putting

The apartment is perfect for living in. This is not a holiday resort !! Beach is very close. Washing machine, fridge good air con, apartment is clean and large enough for family of 3 or 4 adults and 2 children. Front and back balcony! Basketball court and soccer pitch on site. Restaurant/Bar onsite

We made the mistake of thinking this is a holiday resort, it is not! It is a gated residential block with apartments owned by locals who don’t particularly enjoy people coming on holiday! No shops nearby! You need to speak Spanish to use the restaurant !! One set of keys per apartment made it very tough as you cannot use reception you book through an agency which is a 10 min walk away from entrance and not on site.

Location, location, location! Stayed for 2 nights with my sisters and it was perfect. Literally right across the road from the beautiful beach and a 5 min walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. Good public transport about a 3 minute walk to get up to the main center of Valencia. The apartments are well equipped. We really just used it as a base but you could easily take a longer break, fully equipped kitchens and our apartment had a balcony with a view of the pool and the beach.

That we couldn't stay longer! Didn't quite understand the pool wristband system, you paid per person but then it would be refunded at the end of your stay - maybe to keep non-residents out?

Fantastic apartment, 2 bedrooms, good balcony, nice pool, close to beach. Felt very safe and secure. Helpful hosts. Local bus into valencia.

Lots of rules .... pool, no towels on balcony, etc. Unclear and limited recycling for rubbish. Supermarkets were 20 minutes away. We would welcome clear map and more details.

Great location, clean, the apartment has everything you need for your stay like towels, shampoo, shower gel, the essential in the kitchen, watching machine, WiFi, TV. The swimming pool, playground and the beach 2 mins walking kept the child very entertained, there were few restaurants around and chiringuitos at the beach.

The property was great maybe outdated but it did the job.
