The location was rather lovely. It was close to the beach and to Consum market where we did our basic groceries. The place was easily accessible by buses 31, 92 and 99 (possibly some more). It was also really easy to get there from airport (or the other way around) with metro line 5 and bus 99. It is also not too close to the city center which guarantees a bit calmer neighbourhood. The staff was really nice and really helpful, every time we asked for something our expectations were met. The room was simple but nice - bedroom with private bathroom. The room had a table, night table, night lamp, overhead lamp and a big wardrobe for clothes. The bathroom had a shower. We were provided with two pairs of towels (face + body) and one extra for handwashing or feet after leaving shower. We also got a handwashing gel and inside the shower there was a body showergel. The breakfast is available from 7 to 9:30 on week days and from 8 to 10:30 on weekends. While it doesn't offer a great variety of food it was enough to satisfy us - you could get scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, bread, jam, coffee, juice and some sweet pastry. The place also had a terrace at 9th floor with a beautiful view.

During our second night we noticed a lot of ants wandering by the sliding doors of the shower. Thankfully after reporting the problem it has been professionally taken care of - some chemical has been used and all of our towels were swapped. We haven't noticed any ants for the rest of the stay.

Rooms were clean. Laundry facilities excellent. Staff lovely. So near the beach.

No security boxes. Breakfast was awful. We arrived down at breakfast at 9 with a big queue of people but there was nothing to eat… except for scrambled egg, which was disgusting, frankfurter sausages and fatty rashers. No juice, bread, cake, pastries left. Yogurt was awful. We didn’t waste out time going there the following days.

We enjoyed our whole stay a lot. Nice room with a little kitchinette, which was higly appreciated. Beds were comfy. Receptionists very nice and communicative, we were warm welcomed and also felt very nice at the check out process. Everything went smooth and we couldn´t find a better location. The terrace with the view was unbeatable. Didn´t use the pool, because of strong wind, but I believe, it might be only a bonus. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from the beach and the bus connection was great. We would definitely book the same place in the future. Maybe a slightly better selection on the breakfast tables. We ate the same for 7 days, which is understandable in this case, since we were there for a whole week, not just for two or three nights. Coffee was nice, but there was missing some fresh tomato, cucumber, pepper to have some balance between eggs and bacon with the toast (on the other hand, for 2* it´s still a decent choice :)

Excellent hotel with a great range of facilities: entertainment floor (library/reading room, table football, billiards), small cinema, laundry room, gym, swimming pool, and guest kitchens on every floor. Room was slightly smaller than expected but comfortable for two people. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast had plenty of variety — savory, sweet, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee, and more. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Several restaurants are along the beach, making it a perfect place to relax. Overall, well worth the price paid.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the dishes.

The hotel is wonderful. It is close to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. The maids cleaned the room every day, the towels were changed every two days. The breakfast was satisfactory. The offer was good, but it is the same every day, so it can get boring after a week. The pool is nice, not too big and deep, but enough to refresh yourself. There are sun loungers and chairs next to the pool. There is always one part in the sun and the other part in the shade, so it is suitable for sunbathing and resting from the sun. The hotel has a reading and entertainment area (they have billiards and table football). They have a space on the roof where you can go out and watch the beautiful Valencia and the sea. They also have a small gym, not overly equipped, but quite enough for basic exercises.

The breakfast should perhaps be more varied. Also, I was annoyed by the elevators. We were on the seventh floor and had to take the elevator. The hotel has three elevators, but there is often a long wait for them to arrive due to the frequency of people (of course, if someone wants to take the stairs, they have them too, but I didn't want to climb to the seventh floor). It wouldn't be bad if they decorated the roof terrace, at least put some chairs and tables so that it would be more pleasant to watch the city and the sea.

The light and colour concept is fun. The staff is friendly. The rooms are kept clean. The rooms are very simple but have all you need, including a microwave (you have to ask for cutlery) - I didn’t use the kitchenette. There is a coworking space that will do for a few hours. It’s rather dark and has only few power outlets. There is a bright fitness room and a swimming pool that will do for a quick dipping in the water, but I wouldnt have stayed there for a full day. Great sun rises from the rooftop. The hotel is just a few blocks away from the beach, so quite ideal and days on the beach are probably the main purpose to choose this hotel. There are several bus stops around the hotel that take you in 30-40 into the city centre. Breakfast was included. It is a simple buffet without frills that is enough to get you started (if you’re willing to forgo a typical Spanish breakfast with fresh orange juice). The price is probably fair for the season.

All was ok.

Excellent location with direct beach access. The room was comfortable and clean, though a column in front of the balcony door made access less convenient, and the balcony itself needed better upkeep. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace offered great views. Most staff were polite and professional. The facilities, including a cinema, workspace, and reading area, were an impressive surprise.

As I mentioned above, good location and nice facilities, but management was disappointing. While reception staff were polite, during breakfast I felt unsafe due to another guest’s behavior, and staff on site did nothing to help. When I asked to speak to a manager, no one responded despite my request. The pool was small and crowded, and the changing rooms were dirty and unusable. My room had a balcony, but it seemed they do not consider it necessary to keep it clean. Overall, the hotel relies on its location and amenities but fails to ensure guest safety and professionalism.

For this price, you have the most comfortable beeds and air con system, also a very rich breakfast to keep you on the track for the whole day. The view from 8th floor is amazing and you also have access to the pool and gym. What can you want more ? ... oh wait read the cons

The parking costs 20eur per day, sound incredible, but the public parking around is surrounded of broken car windows, hehehe The room looks tidy at first but if you go into the details you can spot different stains in the bathroom and walls. Overall clean, what can i say. The breakfast area is indeed dirty in my opinion, the clean platers had stains, they were not washed well. Where you eat, and where everyone eats should be hospital clean .... spanish standards.

The building in which this hotel is located is actually a former student dorm. Throughout the building there is evidence of former student use such as large study rooms, big kitchens, computer rooms etc. the former student rooms now function as individual rooms. However there is everything you need for a good nights stay such as a decent size room, ample storage, clean toilet and bed. Breakfast is varied and offers a good selection. Staff are very helpful and WIFI is fast. Easy to get to the city as there is frequent bus services right from the front of the hotel. The beach is within walking distance of the hotel.

Given that this is a former student dig, the corridors are not noise proof and late night arrivals and people talking at a normal voice in the corridor can wake you up from sleep.

Wonderful for my daughter and I. Used to live in Valencia so know area well. Couple mins walk to Patacona beach. Comfy bed, desk/workspace, decent sized wardrobe, good power points. Loved having a fridge in room. Pool was fantastic clean and always ample beds/chairs. Roof terrace to take in views/watch sunset. Common areas always clean and option of housekeeping as required. Easy to work AC. Breakfast with DF/GF choices. Right by bus stops into town/Turia.
