The hotel was located in a marvelous part of Asturias, the drive there was a joy. The premises of the hotel were very nice and well maintained, the building itself was just fantastic, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed how family friendly this hotel was, and how everything that we needed was just there. We had a great time in the lovely spa, and the breakfast was just superb! Highly recommend this place.

Although I need to stress that at no point were we cold, it felt like the rooms could have been a bit warmer. When the heating was on, the rooms were just lovely. However, at night we were wishing the heating was on.

It has a very complete spa (with everything you can think of). The buffet dinner (with alcohol included) at 25€/person was pretty nice. It’s right on the “ring road” if you’re going around the Picos de Europa.

Rooms are in a separate building than reception/restaurant/breakfast and there’s no covered walkway between them. You actually have to bring an umbrella if it’s raining. Also, if you book a room with spa, you the. actually have to book a slot. And, unfortunately, you can only take kids in from 13:00 to 17:00.

The spa facilities were an additional cost including use of the swimming pool which was not advertised on booking.com, we booked that particular hotel because of the Leisure center facilities, for 2 of us to use the pool etc was an additional 140 for 2 days

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery of the mountains. I chosen a room with Spa access. The Spa is compact and have everything you need. You'll need to book ahead of time and allows you to enjoy for up to 1.5 hours. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Buffet style breakfast with lots of selection of pastries, cold charcuterie, hot dishes, variety of bread, fruits and many more. They even have a hot food station where they cook you fresh eggs, omelet and pancakes.The room is a little outdated in terms of deco, needs a little updating but I didn't mind because the accommodation is clean.

Nothing that I do not like, but the deco in the room needs a bit of updating. The air condition unit is quite noisy but i sleep through anything, so it didn't bother me that much, but it will for light sleepers.

Breakfast was amazing and the spa was great. Area of outstanding beauty with lots of outdoor activities nearby. Bathroom was great

Reception staff did not explain a lot at check-in, flies in the room, pricey for an old-fashioned room, staff were not aware of me bringing a pet after I had specifically said before arrival, communication between booking and property not good. Having to purchase a swimming cap at the hotel after price paid is ridiculous.

Fifth time here and another moment to enjoy, perfect stay , very good half pension buffet and spectacular weather, SPA as always was great and location is amazing to disconnect and relax. a place to repeat and repat.

Really friendly staff, great location, great food.

Room was very hot at night (air con not great) and it would have been great to use the well publicised spa/indoor pool area without having to pay extra.

Good SPA zone, a clean and cozy room, the location is great and staff is happy to help with any needs.

The air conditioner had no options to change temperature and it was noisy. The bathtub was a bit rusty and some tile seams were moldy. No vegetables were presented in the breakfast selection.

Very clean and well presented. Private parking for bikes.

35 euro per session to use the spa facilities with a pre booked appointment.

Staff were excellent. Hotel is immaculate. Cool space for kids to play in. Entrecot was massive!

Charging 25 Euros for a babies crib is a robbery.
