Very nice host made us feel welcome on arrival. The place has a nice, clean homely feel. Our room was bright and clean and comfortable. The double bed was very comfortable and the room was warm (we were staying in a winter storm) and we slept really well. The bathroom had a bathtub and was spotless clean. No minibar, fridge or tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Parking was easy and convenient. The short drive to Llanes is on a back road, via a stunning lookout and winding through a delightful village. A car is a must have, but the location is great.

Interesting building. Welcoming staff. Local information available. Very clean. Food available in local bar almost next door. Quiet village location but only a few minutes drive from the motorway and to the delightful town of Llanes.

Nothing. Parking could be a little tight if travelling in a large vehicle, but the receptionist was very helpful in providing alternative parking space on site. Thankyou

This is a beautiful hotel, we only stayed one night and were tired after a long journey, so didn't see much of the hotel or local area. There is a small communal lounge where you can get a beer or coffee and seats out side to enjoy the sunshine and beautifully kept gardens also private parking on site. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Beautiful historic building. Very helpful and friendly staff. Atmospheric. It was raining hard so we were unable to appreciate the beautiful grounds and views .

It was as a bit inconvenient for a couple in our 80’s, but definitely doable.

Room was fabulous with a fantastic view of the mountains. Bathroom was spacious and had all the amenities. The breakfast was lovely and all the staff very attentive

Sooo comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. And the breakfast was was beautiful and delicious.

I did not understand that the property was outside of Llanes, in an area called San Roque. It would make it much easier to find.

The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice served in a very attractive breakfast room. The bathroom was very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable.

The room was a little dark but it didn't really matter. It had a lovely view over the immaculate gardens.

Everything- the best place we stayed in a three week touring trip- super comfy beds, all the extras included that you would get in a top hotel - we had a suite with lovely big patio- breakfast was lovely and staff were very kind so we ended up staying for 6 nights
