The location is perfect for walking to the beaches, restaurants, shops and along the coast. The hotel's sea views of the rocky bay and the beautiful beach were mesmerizing, and with two comfortable easy chairs to enjoy with the view. The hotel management was terrific, helped with our need to check out a day earlier by communicating with booking.com and were friendly. A definite yes on all counts!

The radiators did not seem to emit quite enough heat at night, though we were comfortable with the extra blankets.

The hotel is ideally located between a beautiful beach and Llanes old town. Our comfortable bedroom looked on to the beach and the cliffs beyond, while being a short walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and the harbour. The hotel has a convenient underground car park directly opposite where we parked our motorbikes. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. A real gem of a hotel

This hotel is all about location, location and is great value. We had one of the rooms that looks out over the beach and it is truly amazing. We were given some good tips by the reception staff about a lovely walk from the hotel along the cliffs which was stunning in the morning and a wander around the old town was also fascinating. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a great garage for storage of our bikes.

The hotel is just a little dated and weary. We were visiting off season and so that probably doesn’t help.

It’s right next to the beach and the car park is across the street. Room was dated but clean and an exceptionally comfortable bed! Restaurant is good with an outstanding terrace area. Very pleasant staff.

It can be a bit noisy as the windows are single glass. Ear plugs help. Having said that it was very well priced and had a very comfortable atmosphere.

The view from our window of the ocean coming into the area between the hotel and a spit of land opposite it was outstanding! The beach there is beautiful, as well as the walk and views of the ocean along the top of the land on the other side of the beach. We liked the hotel’s location within walking distance of the restaurants downtown and we really liked the ability to walk over to and on a part of the Northern Camino de Santiago trail which goes through Llanes.

From pictures, we expected the hotel restaurant to be open, at least for breakfast, but when we were there during the first week of November, it was closed for the Season. It would be nice if either an electric kettle were in the room or, at least, coffee and tea were available somewhere on site.

The sea view was exceptional and going to sleep with the sound of the waves in the background was relaxing. The location could not have been better and Llanes is a charming town.

There was no breakfast but there was a cafe below under different management. The breakfast was limited and disappointing but there were plenty of other cafes nearby.

Wow what a beautiful hotel overlooking the small sandy bay in Llanes. Our room and bathroom were huge, with a fantastic sea view from our hotel room window. Staff were very helpful and provided us with secure underground parking for our motorcycles. The town was a short walking distance away and we found a fabulous restaurant.

I swam in the sea on a couple of occasions, the hotel had its own access to the beach but lacked an outside tap to wash sand off feet This is a very minor gripe, it would be good for the hotel owner as it would reduce the sand getting taken into the rooms.

The location is a big plus! The room was clean, with a lot of towels. Sea view room, which is special to stay in. The people working there, are very kind and helpful.

The restaurant is separated from the hotel, we weren’t a big fan of the breakfast (basic for the price). We choose to get our own breakfast, which is okay.

We arrived almost 2 hours earlier absolutely wet because of heavy rain and the lady let us in the room without smallest arguing. This is how the personal should always act towards clients. The hotel is situated on the beachfront, but as the weather was very bad, we was not able to receive any benefits from that fact. The room was spacious, with large bed and spacious bathroom.

Location, location location. Right on the beach. Great sea/beach view from the bedroom. On the edge of the medieval town. Close to the marina. Good parking garage with easy access.

Breakfast was offered as an extra in the hotel restaurant which seemed almost like a separate business accessed from outside the hotel. First day was very good. Second day was an entirely different bad experience. Needless to say there was no third day.
