We stayed here in early June 2025 while walking the Camino del Norte. Great location, steps away from cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket, etc. The hotel staff was very easy to communicate with, and very helpful, even brought our backpacks transferred with Correos to wait in our room. Comfortable room, overall a bit dated furnishings. Exposed brick is the theme. Bathroom a little cramped, but has shower doors (yay!!). Table with a mini-fridge in the room (yay!) and a shelf above it, closet with plenty of shelves to unpack and repack. I don't remember whether there was A/C or fan, but we were there before it got too hot and before any possible flies. Overall great value! Llanes seems like a great coastal town. We got in late exhausted after another amazing (& long) day of walking the coastal Camino, and we would have loved to stay in this town another day/night, but had not time.

A little loud in the room through the window from the street/restaurants below, but it's part of the Llanes town charm (fyi - the room we had was the basic double room, no harbor view).

The location was wonderful, right in the city center. We were also able to walk to several nearby beaches. The staff was pleasant and the room was large. We heard the sea gulls and other birds in the morning.

I will mention that there was no AC only because we happened to be there when the area was experiencing warmer than normal temperatures. We were able to open the windows, but being in the city center there was quite a bit of noise from the adjacent restaurants.

Perfect location close to everything, no parking but car park was nearby .

Reception only staffed some of the day so if you arrive when no staff there you need to get the key out of the keysafe .My phone wasn't working so I didn't get the message , but easily sorted and we enjoyed our stay .The Room was clean and comfortable the only thing it lacked was a mirror in the bedroom, as only one mirror and that was in the bathroom .Receptionist was lovely and helpful

Excellent location for restaurants, supermercados. Early check in...with perfect instructions. Refrigerator included. Nice view from window. Immaculate!!! Owner was super responsive to inquiries and gave restaurant recommendations! Highly recommended!!!

Hot water plug in kettle in the room would be an excellent addition.

Very nice, spacious room with very comfortable big bed, a fridge and good view. Great location too..

We found it difficult to locate (the address takes you somewhere else using Google maps) and the room was noisy at night due to the bar just outside the window. We used earplugs.

Location, good view, chairs and table in the room, lots of space. Parking is away from the hotel but an easy walk through town rather than the long 1 way street to get there.Got very clear helpful check in instructions

No kettle or restaurant or Cafe means going out for breakfast.

The location of this hotel was great, the room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Also, the staff was absolutely amazing, they are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The wifi connection was not stable for working remotely.

Again the location was excellent in the old quarters. A very well sized room with space galore. Very close to cafes and restaurant’s, and charming looking over the canal.

Coffee, tea or water would have been a bonus

The hotel is located in a fantastic position opposite the harbour/marina and in the area of lovely bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The bathroom had a walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. A really great place to stay.

This was a very nice and new facility. Amazing bathroom and bedroom. Nice amount of space and perfect location. Very clean.

The only reason we didn’t rate this a 10 was the fact that it cost over 120 euro and did not offer breakfast. Cost was somewhat high compared to other hotels in the region.
