Easy and quick check in/out, clean and quite spacious. 5 min walk to a local supermarket and 20 min walk to the centre. Very useful to have the underground parking, especially travelling on a motorbike.

Radiator in the bedroom could not be turned off, unless the whole heating was turned off. Clothes dryer rack was broken. I sent a message as I arrived but never heard back. With only one window in the front and one at the back it's a bit dark inside even during the day. If you're planning to use WiFi for work forget it. My room was right next to the access point outside and the signal was poor. Was getting better signal and speed from 5G.

Comfy, good size...convenient to shop, restaurants, bar and beach. Area quiet in June. Access to Picos de Europa.

Minor things ... As we wanted self catering it would be helpful to have a cooking knife as well as bread knife and sink plug for washing dishes. hot water is only just so making a coolish shower for early June .

Very clean, well organised flat. Quiet location very close to the beach and within walking distance to the centre of the village. Very friendly reception staff, keys were to be picked up in a hotel close to the apartment (5 min walk).

Some equipment was not provided: hair drier, toiletries (except toilet paper: no soap, no shampoo), kitchen basic ingredients (eg salt, oil). On the other hand, an iron and ironing board were provided, as well as all cleaning and kitchenware. Quite weak wifi signal, working only in the sitting room, not in the bedroom.

It was very clean and there is private parking. It is right by the beach and there is a nice walkway nearby. There's a supermarket at walking distance about 8 min away, we went by car to the town center but you could go by foot of you prefer. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to be able to prepare meals. We went in family and appreciated the quiet hours it was easy to sleep without noise during the night.

It was quite bright in the morning. It would be nice if the curtains were a little more opaque. But this more for light sleeper's. In general we were very pleased with the apartment.

Simple apartment right on the beach playa de toró. It is 15 minutes walk to the city center, the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes walk away.

The kitchen could be better equipped. No water boiler, only 2 hotplates, no oven.

Location was great if you wanted the beach but we weren't expecting it to be so far out of town that we needed a car to go for dinner. Not exactly a complaint! More an observation.

All was good.

Very clean. Good bedlinen and decent towels. Extremely good value for money.

To pick up the keys one has to drive to the main city Llanes to hotel-spa "La Hacienda de Don Juan", which is about a mile away form the property. The reception charge you a deposit of 100 eur on the top of the full price.

The check-in hour is 6pm, which is very late. To add to the pain the check-out is at 10am in the morning, considering the time to returning the keys to the hotel reception mile away from the property. This is very inconvenient.
