This place is incredible! The staff are so friendly, helpful, informative, polite, caring... We stayed here 21 years ago and hoped it would be as good as we remembered - it was better! The rooms were so clean and beautifully presented, great showers, the views from all rooms are amazing. The breakfasts and dinners were so delicious, filling and carefully created, great value. The location is unbeatable; stunning scenery, the village easily accessible on foot. So many things to do in the area, walking, climbing, kayak, we could have stayed for weeks and will definitely return. We weren't part of an organised group but everyone was very friendly and great company.

The breakfast buffet was diverse and nice. You could ask to have eggs (with or without bacon) on most mornings. Lovely location with great views of the mountains. Great friendliness Spanish-style. Good cuisine with varied dishes. Lovely slow-cooked pork.

The bedroom was not overly big. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator and a water cooker for some tea in the room.

This hotel was the highlight of my holidays. The owners and all the staff were so friendly that I felt very much at home. The rooms were comfortable and the large lounge was a lovely place to relax after a long day of outings. I recommend this hotel because of its hospitality and its quirky, cosy nature. Location to the town is excellent all within walking distance. The hotel is located in beautiful fields with lovely mountain side views. Breakfast was excellent especially the eggs down fresh by the lovely hostess in the kitchen.

I can't mention anything I really enjoyed my time there.

This is a fantastic hotel, just a short walk from the center of town. The staff were welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast very much. We had a room on the first floor and liked sitting in the chairs out front of the room, taking in the view and night air. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest bringing earplugs as the walls are thin. Luckily our neighbors went to bed shortly after us so the noise wasn't too disruptive.

The bathroom had a bit of a sulfuric odor which permeated into the small room.

Nice little hotel and a good choice for visiting Ruta del Care / walking nearby. Las Arenas is far enough for peace and quiet and near enough for convenience. Set menu for evening meal with a choice of three main courses and priced well but there are also restaurants nearby if you don't like the choices. Room was a bit basic but bathroom was really nice and everything was clean, Excellent breakfast was included so good value for money. Easy access rooms available with no steps and car parking was plentiful and right outside the room.

Bar area could have some more comfortable chairs but that is a very minor point. Restaurants in town not open until 8.30pm as is usual - not much available any earlier

Breakfast was very good: lots of variety on the buffet plus eggs and the best bacon ever cooked to order. Location was great: beautiful rural view from window but just steps away from a cute town with all necessary facilities. Very close to many hiking trails including Ruta de Cares.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful! The dinner was soo good and worth it and the breakfast is decent too. The WiFi is very fast. The back patio is a dream and the vine covered windows with windows that open to the field in the back, the flower garden and the fruit trees are such a vibe

The shower was very tough to use without flooding the bathroom

Very cute hotel in beautiful location surrounded by nature with a retro vibe kind of summer camps for kids. Staff unbelievably friendly which does make a big difference. Breakfast was awesome too, continental buffet with eggs made on request. Thank you!

Room was a bit small, very bad soundproofing, pillow too tall and hard. Towels could be changed to new already.

The location was fabulous, lovely views, off the road but two minute walk into the village. Lovely communal lounge with great views. The breakfast was fantastic.

A bit of plumbing noise from other rooms but would not stop me staying here again. No kettle in the room but we did use the dinning hall to make a hot drink.

Convenient location with Parking. Pet friendly. And a great restaurant in the hotel (we had dinner there for all the nights we stayed.)

The lack of air conditionioning may push you away in hot summer days. Owner said they were not approved to obtain more electricity and so there is nothing they can do.
