Nice hotel with beautiful and comfortable spa area ( steam room , jacuzzi, heated pool with massage jets , experience showers and a cold plunge pool ) Beds very big ahd and comfortable and same with bathroom. Had a little balcony. Breakfast was plenty of choice and we had dinner in the restaurant where the menu of the day was tasty and good value. Had a secure parking garage with even tools to fix your bike if needed. Staff very friendly.

Just a heads up if you use the spa you need to bring ( or buy slippers 3 euros ) and a swimming cap

Passing through the area, great spot to rest for the night. The decor featured photography of the region- which was a lovely touch! Comfortable bed. Ample parking, very personable staff. Breakfast buffet pretty standard- with an excellent coffee machine- brewing a cup to perfection (sometimes the self serve machines aren’t do great- this one was!)

Maybe update the bedding. Otherwise it’s perfect! The catedral has scaffolding- nothing that the hotel can do to change that- but wow what a beautiful view awaits when the restoration is complete!

The hotel has very good location, not in the main street but 5-10 min away on foot from it, with easy parking and a small playground next to the building (which is a plus if you go with kids). The room was clean and comfy.

We had the breakfast included but finally, we had to check out really early, so in the reception they told us they were sorry but they could not prepare a "to go" breakfast.. Fortunately, when we suggest "at least some fruit?" they agreed and prepare a bag with an apple and a pear for each of us.

The spa was great! It was just what we needed. The wet room, jacuzzi and pool felt just wonderful! The rooms are also well equipped and the location is just a few minutes walk to the centre. We loved el Burgo de Osma with its historical cathedral and streets. Definitely worth a visit!

The location and the fact that parking was available. It not in the middle of Bruno but within a few minutes walk. In my opinion this is ideal.

I liked the view the most. It was great being able to see the cathedral and walls from our room and balcony. Breakfast was very good (despite the fact that we unexpectedly arrived at the breakfast room in the midst of about 30 senior citizens who'd just shown up for a spa day and, apparently, breakfast - the young women who ran it did an amazing job). Nice to be able to walk so easily into the old town.

This was temporary but the parking lot was under construction which caused some minor issues moving luggage and checking in.

Very good, clean facilities. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good, they served typical food (cheese, ham, omelette, juice and coffee). We have not used spa or pools. There was a place to park our car in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly, we would come back.

Everything was fine, nothing negative to point out.

The view is incredible from this side of the hotel! The prize/value is very good, the rooms have all you need and a lot of space. Loved that they are becoming a sustainable hotel taking care of products and water/ cleaning policies!

The terrace could have been a little bit more clean, but they came and cleaned it quickly when we asked for it, so not a very big problem for us.

Good stopping point on our journey between the med and the north. Spa was enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was good.

It should be clearer when booking, that use of the spa is not free for hotel guests. (17 euro per person for 1 hour). Evening meal was OK but disappointing. We hoped and expected a better quality of food.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It looked out onto a housing estate behind the hotel. We were able to park when we arrived around 6.30pm and the walk into the town is quick and easy. The receptionists were helpful with information.

We only had the option of a room with breakfast and breakfast was definitely not worth the money. The croissants were inedible and there wasn't a lot of choice.

It was an amazing experience. The spa was fabulous and a great view of the city. I will definitely go back. Friendly staff as well

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.
