The experience with this hotel it was good... but dystopic. First, google sent us two times to a garbage disposal place when coming from the North (from the South it was ok). To the direction of the hotel: improve the directions for those coming from the North! Then, when I arrived, the self digital check in, it was a real pain... even asking to take picture of your ID to be uploaded... Finally, when I managed to find the entry... There was NO ONE there... nearly a sense of "The Shining", in a big and beautiful hotel was in the air. Nobody in the lobby, only a sign saying: If there is nobody here, go to the adjacent bar... where there was nobody... a feeling of complete emptiness was filling the atmosphere. Two ladies appeared outside talking over a table... I thought they were part of the staff. When I approached them, they answered: "Oh, no, we are just neighbors that came in to the (now empty) place up to a few minutes ago, to checkwhat is going on...". At the end someone appeared... apologizing.: "I had a couple of users with some difficulty", acknowledging she was overwhelmend. To the Hotel direction: Please do contract some more people if you want to maintain a professional Hotel!, Besides this, the hotel, experience and staff were lovely.,

The hotel is at the main street outside from El Puerto de Santa Maria. It has a wonderful inner courtyard which protects the hotel from any street noise. It is very nice to sit there in the evening and having something to eat or drink. The restaurant is nice and offers food and drinks for reasonable prices. Although it is outside the town you can reach the town easily with your car and park for free at the beginning of the town. From there anything is in walking distance including the ferry terminal to Cadiz.

Very nice, clean and fresh room with a newly renovated bathroom. Very good beds. Nice and friendly staff. Nice area, close to several beaches, Cádiz and other interesting tourist sites. The hotel offers really good value for the price. Very tasty and quite large breakfast for an additional 10 €/person. Very good coffee included!

Not very sound proof walls between rooms, lots of noise from other bathrooms. A bit complicated to order the breakfast. You need to mention every tiny thing you want to have to the waiter in order to receive it, even though everything is included in the price. You can't just ask for it all, so it takes time and several conversations with the staff, especially if you don't speak very much Spanish. Why not put little things like bread, butter and jam etc. on a buffet so guests can serve themselves? But all in all, very tasty and and filling, just a bit complicated.

Wonderful property, isolated and self-contained, but close enough to El Puerto de Santa Maria to explore and travel around.

The check-in process is horrible and over-complicated. At times, the property felt like a ghost house, with nobody in sight.

Hotel itself was nice, decent enough location. Still have to drive 10 minutes to get to the centre. Staff were very accommodating

I booked a room with a double bed but we were given 2 single beds. Shower could do with a revamp. Other than that it was fine

Good location as a base to explore western Andalusia with a car. Staff was very nice. The overall surroundings are unexpectedly pleasant, especially the beautifully designed restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean with good heating via the AC. Great value for your money.

It was extremely noisy, especially over the weekend when it got busy. There is zero soundproofing and both other guests and the water pipes produced a terrible amount of noise. This is a real shame, because otherwise this place would deserve 10 points. A fridge or minibar would be nice.

The staff is awsome. Very clean all around, with a very pleasant mission style architecture. If you are driving it is very conveniently located. I returned there for a longer stay as oppose to being close to my point of business.

The breakfast

The lady (I didn't get her name) at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She explained that she had recently been hired and went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care. The extra effort and pleasantness was exceptional. Parking on site was a bonus.

Excellent location for Cadiz and Jerez. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We were there for 5 nights. Loved our stay

An absolute nightmare to find, the satnav will not pick up this location correctly!! We drove around for an hour trying to find this place.
