Great location. Lovely bed, huge! Great pillows, overall really great facilities

The doors on the room! Horrendous. I was woken in the early hours by my neighbours returning to their room, there are no dampers on the doors, so they just slam loudly if you're not paying attention, the hallway lights are also on a censor, so anyone walking the corridor sents them off, and they flooded our room with light as there is gaps on all sides but where the hinge is. You'd be hard pressed to put a damp towel down and keep smoke out in the event of a fire! Not great at 1am when I was woken the first night or 7am the second night.

Our 6 night stay at the Hotel Soho Boutique in Puerto Santa Maria was excellent. Although it was Carnaval week and they full and very busy we encountered nothing other than very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. We were offered free room upgrade at checkin . It has modern, clean and attractive interiors throughout. The rooms were spotless, extra tea bags and coffee pods available on request. Soho Boutique Puerto is well located for the ferry, buses and trains to Cadiz. Puerto Santa Maria town has lots of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Everything was great! The view is the best possible, in my opinion, the port is very close (you can swim to Cadiz in 30 minutes one way), paid and free parking, parking at the hotel. In addition, there are 2 bodegas nearby, Osborne and Castillo, just 3-5 minutes walk away. Excellent room, with 2 balconies, we got an upgrade. There are only 2 nuisances, one of the sheets (which is instead of a blanket) smelled of dampness and the stairs to the pool are very dangerous, it needs repair. Everything else is top notch. Thank you very much for a great holiday!

Wonderful place, with great staff who are very child friendly. Excellent breakfast.. nice touch with the crepe station - was a big hit for my kids. Very close to the Beach, Jerez and Rota but the pool and grounds are also awesome if you do not want to leave the hotel. Aldi is on the next street. Came on the trip as a solo parent with kids and still left refreshed. 10/10 for both families and solo travellers

The room was a decent size, and had a mini-bar (which we didn't use) and a safe (which we didn't use). A couple more hangers in the wardrobe would have been useful, but we managed. The air-con was effective and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The shower was great. Hotel staff were were helpful and we were grateful for the left luggage room on our last day. The roof-top pool was lovely, though very cold! The hotel is in a great, quiet location, well placed for the ferry to Cadiz, and the river walk to the train station. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby - we loved the tour of the Osborne bodega. The Cafe Bar Sanluca, about five mins away, on Pl. del Polvorista welcomed us every morning, for a coffee and tostada. We enjoyed the food in every restaurant/tapas bar we ate in and look forward to our next trip to try more of them!

We stayed quite early in the season, which might have been why the hotel bar was not staffed; there was a bell to ring, but it seemed as though the hotel would rather its guests drank elsewhere. Prices were good though, and we enjoyed the wine. The reception area had tourist information leaflets - it would be good to include a little more local information - maybe there is when the season gets under way.

Great location for visiting the town, beach and ferry to Cadiz on walking distance. Easy and free parking next door at public parking space. Spacious junior suite with superlarge bed, and little balcony, very nice breakfast with lots of choices.

Toilet kept flushing which should have been noted by staff, swimming pool quite small and uninviting when occupied, not very warm welcoming upon entering the hotel, lots of signatures needed on various forms which is strange

It was very close to the city center, restaurants, ferry to Cadiz and not far from the beach (1.3 km). The hotel provided a free upgrade to a room with balcony. It has a beautiful inner courtyard and a small pool on the roof. Free public parking can be found just beside the hotel, close to the ferry. We were happy to have stayed in El Puerto de Santa Maria with its calm and beautiful inner city, and good parking options instead of paying much more for a hotel in Cadiz, without parking but with narrow and busy streets. The ferry cost just 2.80€ pP and takes 30 mins, the train back was not much more expensive. We would stay there again and would do it in the same way. There are great restaurants in El Puerto de Santa Maria, a cute little castle, and good beaches as well.

One reason for booking this hotel was, that it was advertised of having (paid) parking. On arrival we realised, that the hotel car park was underground and the entrance was so narrow, that it was very difficult to get inside (with a VW Tiguan), especially since cars, that are parked on the street, make entering the car park even more difficult. Parking costs 10€/day but since there was plenty of free parking along the street and beside the ferry terminal, trying to get into the very narrow underground parking entrance was not necessary at all.

Amazing housekeeping staff. Very clean room every single room. Comfortable bed. No noise and it was Jerez racing. Pleasant reception staff . young dark hair girl. Bar closes very early. Unfair for me no space in garage for my car .I had to park 30 minutes away but it wasn't a problem because it was millions of people.. Very good pool on the roof top were I was with my son watching the Sunset with no people at all..

The bed was comfortable and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The room with two full beds was just too small for two people with two suitcases. Nowhere to put suitcases but the in the middle between two beds. It was hard to maneuver around. It was also really hot in the room because air system is central for the building and they had heat on even though temps were in low to mid 70s in the day and high 50s to 60 at night.

Parking - in front of the hotel is very big free parking although hotel says it has no own parking. Next to it is also paying parking. We didn't checked the price but the quarter isn't lovely so I don't think it is expensive. Nice room as is on the pic. Very nice polite receptionists.

Location is'n on attractive place but the price beat the view on industrial area. Great for 1-2-3 days overnight stay to go to Cadiz ( cca 20min driving) if you book in the last minute.
