The location - right beside the spotless beach. Excellent pool - plenty of sunbeds. Our room was serviced everyday. Breakfast was also outstanding- as was the evening buffet. If you are not going to Cadiz to eat (great selection of Restaurants) then eat in the hotel. Finally the Reception staff were amazing. This hotel has 340 rooms and the reception is constantly busy. A special mention to Ayda (Excellent) - we had issues with our rental car and she went out of her way to get it sorted.

In a nice location, close to the beach and not too far from El Puerto. Room was recently refurbished so very nice. A few good restaurants in the immediate area. For a 2-3 day stay, it was nice. Any longer would be too long, though.

Check-in was extremely slow. The only hotel I’ve stayed at where you have to take a number! They explained that new police rules on collecting guests’ information are prolonging the process, but a different, more efficient check-in system must be adopted as soon as possible!!! Breakfast is very average, & with so many people it was a scramble to get to the food, etc.

I stayed in the hotel for a week with my husband, half-board 1. The hotel was very close to the sea. 2. Pool is wide and tidy. 3. Gym is open from 8 AM to 11 PM with free access for guests. 4. Buffet had sufficient choice, even if you don't eat meat. 5. Very good flamenko show on Thursday. 6. Cleaning was fast and of good quality. 7. Staff was friendly and welcoming. 8. Accessibility matters there, tables for disabled people are booked in the first row.

1. There were no umbrellas owned by the hotel. If you want one, it is 5 euro per day plus 5 euro per bed. 2. Spa was not included (although discounted for guests). 3. Dinner was very late (starting at 8:30 PM). 4. Almost same menu for breakfast every day (though enough choice). 5. Internet was weak, especially in the evening. 6. There was a very strong wind moving the sand up and around. The exception was mornings. During the day the water could cover the beach (including the umbrella area) and go back, presumably due to the wind. 7. Check-in process is a bit long, a queue appears at the reception close to the check-in time (cita issued by a machine). 8. Food gets burned on the grill and has black surface (eggs, hamon). The cook could leave the food on the oven and leave the place.

The hotel was very nice, well located next to the beach and with a nice view from the balcony, the breakfast was varied and delicious

There were ants on the bed, we mentioned this 2 times and the ants kept coming, sadly this was very uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful, amazingly so. On-site parking and reserved parking for handicapped persons. The premises were spotless, the dining facilities spacious and the food was good, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The swimming pool was large, had an ample number of sun loungers and a nice, large poolside bar. Poolside saxophone music was offered in the morning.

The elevator situation was in shambles. The elevators were too small to accommodate the number of hotel guests and too few. The waiting time was much too long and many guest opted to negotiate the stairways. Although the hotel is a beachfront hotel, you have to walk out to the street, past shops and restaurants before hitting the beach.

I am expecting a coffee machine and some mini bar products in my room..also some amenities like shower cup and etc. but nothing for the money we paid i think its a bit expensive

Great location with a good range of bars, shops and restaurants starting just outside the entrance. The beach is across the prom and is lovely. The hotel was very clean and well kept, with glass screens separating the hotel grounds from the prom. The pool was great too, 1.4m deep at the shallow end and 2.2m at the deep end. There’s a ramp to allow easy access in the shallow end for people with mobility issues… This town and most of the west coast is still very Spanish and non-commercialised and is we’re they holiday. We didn’t hear another English voice the whole time we were there (July 2022) which made a nice change! Rooms are large enough for 2 people comfortably with a newly refitted wetroom type bathroom. We were B & B only. The breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold dishes. The dining room god very busy later and is open from 8:00am where it was much quieter

You can’t access the pool area until 10:30am which was a shame for days when you’re going out in the afternoon, but you can go across the road and go to the beach and swim in the sea. The evening entertainment was pretty loud and didn’t usually finish until midnight. The entertainment is focused towards the Spanish holidaymakers who are the main clientele. It’s probably worth asking for a room on the pool side of the hotel if you want to get to sleep before then.

Beautiful big hotel, the location is great, just in front of the beach. The hotel has access to the beach, rooms with balcony facing the beach as request. The breakfast is good, with plenty options for vegan and vegetarians, the restaurant has visibility to the beach as well. The hotel is near the area for the restaurants and bars. Valdelagrana Train Station at 15-20min walk. Nice bar area, with big glass windows, family atmosphere, and the staff is always willing to help. The receptionist are very nice, Irene gave us the welcome and even the hotel was busy at the time we arrived, she helped us with no rush and she is really kind. Miguel gave us a great recommendation to go to Cadiz and explained to us how to get there. (30 minutes in the Catamaran, Ferri, and only €2.50 the ticket). The Supermarket only 5 min walk. Recommendation: take the time to walk the trails in Los Toruños Natural Park, beautiful place.

I stayed one week and I enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was with a wonderful view. I could see the sun rise and sunset and the beach. The beach fine sands a few steps and the Railwaystation to Seville and Cadiz about 10 minutes walk. One night we had a concert. But all the other nights I heard only the waves if the Alantic. Many restaunts on the Boardwalk. Mostly Spanish guests. I think you will like it.

Everything was like I expected

In general the hotel was lovely. The reception was really neat and spacious. Had a lovely bar area and next to it the buffet restaurant that had a wide variety of food divided during the week. Direct exit to the beach front and a large pool to chill! Rooms are very spacious, empty minibar which is a plus in my opinion and room cleaning service was very lovely. Safe box for wider security and room keys are made so you can tie around your wrist to avoid loss. It was our first low cost couple holiday and we really appreciated the quality considering the price.

We kind of expected this due to other comments but as we didnt choose beach view, we got a room that faced the parking. We didnt mind the view as expected but we had the balcony just above the truck/maintenance entrace that made lots of noises in the morning when workers passed by. We are not people who tend to be bothered by these things but our hotel neighbours did and complained and got offered a new room. Probably what my partner and I hated the most was the bed quality. My body ached more once waking up that going to sleep after a long day walking. Expect some back pain!
